So it was dress like a cow and get free stuff day! Even with all the craziness all the staff members were really on top of things. The decorations were so cute and who doesn't love free stuff. I do wish my chicken minis had more butter/honey on them but maybe better for my health they didn't haha. It was such a fun time to see all the different people's outfits. read more

Congratulations. This restaraunt wins the award for the most pathetic, saddest, embarrassing chicken nugget I've seen in my entire life. Did you find these scraps from on the ground under the fryer? There's hardly any chicken in this nugget you might as well call them bread nuggets. Fries were also too salty. Too many people running around being loud and uncontrolled! I come to eat a nice meal with family and it's interrupted with chaos and screaming and crying. My nuggets are cold now and literally as I'm writing this review, I grab the third to last nugget and it's literally .75 x .9 inches and that's me being generous and rounding up! They call this gods chicken I call this the work of the anti christ! Safe to say I will NOT be back! Sorry I am not interested in spending 15 dollars on 12 tiny bread scraps! Thanks but no thanks! read more

I like Chick-fil-A and finally tried this location. The food came out warm and well-made. The fries were crispy and went perfectly with the Chick-fil-A sauce, and the pretzel sandwich was a hit. The grilled nuggets were just okay--some pieces were a little gummy, which threw things off. I also tried the Cherry Berry Sprite, but it wasn't anything special. Overall, the place was clean and made for a good visit. read more

Food came out quickly, the employees were nice and polite, and the ambiance felt very family‑friendly with plenty of seating. Chick‑fil‑A is always a convenient spot for a quick lunch or dinner. I gave it 4/5 stars today because my food wasn't hot and the mac & cheese was a bit flavorless, but I still enjoyed my meal overall! read more

I travel the country for work and have eaten at Chic-fil-a for lunch at many locations nationwide. I have never been charged extra for salad dressing before. I ordered a Market salad never tried this one before, but needless to say, I did go online first read the ingredients it wasn't the best choice. The first problem was it said it came with sliced chicken, it was not it was totally shredded, it said it comes with apples blueberries and strawberries. The fruit was so sour, 1 strawberry cut into 4 pieces. Jokes. Won't order that again. read more

I was having a hard day and decided to go to chick fil a for reference my my little sister is in the hospital right now and times have been rough on my family. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Amelia (I think or Emily not sure). She was kind and always kept a smile and a positive attitude regardless of who the customer was, she really made my day even if I didn't even feel like waking up today. It touches my heart. I ended up just getting a regular chicken sandwich and there was nothing you could go wrong with it absolutely delicious and now I have a new lunch place right next to my office. The atmosphere is so peaceful and upbeat and the employees do EVERYTHING they can to make Your day that much better! read more

There was some confusion about our order in the drive-thru (likely my fault) so we went inside and they were very accommodating especially the manager. The food was also tasty but special shout-out for the service! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru for a sandwich hash rounds and juice. Got the order & it was wrong. When I went inside the on duty supervisor Paula, wipe her nose & proceeded to change out my order without washing her hands. When I mentioned that I'd rather have a refund due to her not washing hands, she gave me the run around about getting a refund after I showed her the mobile order receipt several times. The transaction for a FAST FOOD restaurant turned into a 40min ordeal. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS. read more

This location is excellent. We came at height of Saturday lunch rush! Drive thru was 8 deep in both lanes, inside had about 100 people! We didn't wait to put our order in and received our meals in less than 5 minutes at our table! Kind courteous stellar service. Place was spotless during the rush and as it subsided workers came out to clean, mop floors and replenish condiments. This team deserves A+++! read more

Chick-fil-a remains as one of my favorite fast food spots (next to Popeyes)! This location in Schaumburg has always been good - they have fast service and the employees are all very nice. When I came here yesterday I got the southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing (such an underrated product at Chick-fil-a) and their chicken tortilla soup. The quality of Chick-fil-a never ceases to amaze me, both meals were super yummy. The reason I docked 1 star is because of the parking lot and the unclearness of whether the shop is open or not. The parking is relatively small in the front and reserved for curbside pickup only, so if you want to park to get inside the establishment, you will have to park in the back. Also, I can never tell if the restaurant is open indoor or not. I wanted to eat inside yesterday but it looked all boarded up and closed and I didn't want to park all the way in the back just to have it be closed, so I chose drive-thru instead. When I was going into the drive-thru, I noticed 1 family in the store so then I knew it was open. Overall, I definitely would come to this location again. The food is great and service is amazing! read more

I realize Chick-fil-A now goes the route of taking your order before you even see a menu. That was not lost on me when I pulled up tonight and asked to see a menu, and the young lady in a ponytail with glasses looked at me like I had two heads. After asking my name, she then asked me what I'd like to order. I asked for a menu. She proceeded to tell me that they need to take orders now so that they get the orders in. I explained that I can't order if I don't know what's on the menu. I realize they probably get customers who come in daily and get the same thing. I couldn't even see that they were offering some pretzel bun chicken sandwich from where I was sitting. Yet I'm supposed to place an order? I realize children are working there, but if this is the future, we are doomed. Yes,young lady, the laminated thing in your hand is a "menu". read more

Really busy at 1:30 pm on Saturday. The parking lot was full, so I had to park at McDonald's next door. There are two drive-thru lanes here to accommodate all the peeps, and there were still long lines for both. I was able to snag a table immediately to enjoy my lunch, and it tasted delicious. Yay! read more

Today, I placed my order of 4 items (soup, sandwich & 2 salads). The order was correctly repeated to me. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay, the order was again correctly repeated. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had not included the salads, only the soup & sandwich. I live 15 minutes away and did not have time to drive back. I called and went through phone prompts to only be able to leave a message. No one has returned my call. In reading other reviews, there seems to be a pattern of incorrect or incomplete orders. It seems this Chic-fil-a needs more attention to accurate fulfillment of orders. More troubling is the reported lock of concern shown by employees when errors are reported. As to being shuffled off to voice mail and not returning calls, totally inexcusable! read more

This place has not been the same lately. I recently went though the drive through, ordered a meal (sandwich, fries, and a drink), and two out of the three items were missing and/or wrong. The next problem was that I couldn't go back into the restaurant since I had a dog in my car on a 90 degree day. I had to actually call the restaurant from the parking lot, and only got forwarded to the voicemail...twice! When I finally tracked down a worker, he refused to correct the problem. I then had to yell to get a manager, and only then did the problem get corrected. This is on top of the fact that the restaurant's overhead menus are no longer back-lit, and if someone is inside, the whole place always looks like it's closed. This place has not handled the pandemic well. Hopefully it improves soon. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but this location is so inconsistent. Let's be honest, I'm addicted. Okay I said it! I visit this location at least once a week for lunch. Most days my food is hot and fresh. Other days it's cold or I have five French fries in my box. This week I specifically asked them to make sure my box is full of fries. Yeah...that didn't happen. Got to work and poured out five fries. I guess they thought since they were large that my box was full. Umm no it wasn't. This place isn't cheap but it's good. I'm sure I'll be back but could y'all please fill our fry box?! **Updated Review** Went back again for my usual Thursday lunch. I decided to use my reward points to order extra fries. I attached another picture showing how many fries were in the box. I was beyond pissed! I called to express my concern and was told that fries are placed in the boxes based on weight. Hmm...I don't know about you but this order definitely didn't meet the weight requirements. To someone else this may not be a big deal, but to me it is. I want ALL of my food. Y'all aren't cheap! read more

The ideal fast-food spot offering extremely friendly and attentive service across the entire staff who seems to work together like they are all trying to win more free chicken. There is a super positive happy vibe here from ordering on the EZ mobile app to having the staff deliver your food to your table. Our large group was served quickly and everything turned out great from my little side kale salad to shakes and sandwiches. I don't think I've ever had anything bad to say about any of these locations. I'm convinced that the workers get hypnotized before they start their shifts, leading them to turn into these über pleasant, courteous, and considerate workers. Being that this location is in a super busy area, lunch time can get crazy crowded, however, the line moves very quickly and smoothly. The McDonald's nearby looks very sad :-( LOL read more

Chick-fil-A fast-food restaurant knows how to prepare its chicken to the next level. They have the fastest crew that can serve massive mobs with hungry mouths lining up in the counter. It was bothering at first watching the place packed with people, but their workers make sure that nothing is to worry about. They clean right away any mess with and wipe the floor with disinfectant. They have strict implementation for social gathering, keeping social distancing in their customers. You only need to wait 5 minutes or so, and your lunch is on. Frosted Lemonade is a perfect combo with a chicken club sandwich that will resolve your cravings in just a bite. Kids love it when going to Chick-fil-A since they have a kids meal nugget dipped in their Chick-fil-A dipping sauce. Moreover, they offer the best chicken nuggets in the city and would love to order for more. The last time I tried one of their salad with chicken. mmmm.... it was delicious.. Another 1 star review. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickes, & 4 chicken tenders. Received two spicy chicken sandwiches and the tenders. No regular (non spicy) sandwich. No extra pickles on either. Now one person has no food because they don't eat spicy food. 1 star for another wrong order. This keeps happening here... I even went inside to order, so, this was not from some miscommunication in the drive through. It was empty inside. Sadly, it was such an easy order, I didn't bother checking the bag until I got home. My mistake for trusting in their competence. read more

Yelp family want to start your morning with a smile? Come down to Chick-fil-A and have team member Andrew assist you. No joke. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how I could be assisted. Fast n friendly with a smile a huge plus. The outside was free of debris , windows spotless and dining area clean, tables are wiped with disinfectant wipes and the air filled with the aroma of freshly made chicken, cookies and coffee! Here's the act that put the smile from ear to ear on my face. Andrew asked I wanted grape jelly or jam with my meal. This question caught me off guard. I asked "jelly?" Andrew replies "yes sir, tastes great with your hash browns." So Grape it was and OOOOOOMG what a treat with my meal. Something so small can be a delight especially when Andrews customer service was beyond exceptional. My coffee was brewed fresh. Hash browns warm and chicken breakfast burrito mouth watering. The bathroom was clean, glass spotless and floors mopped. I will be back. Great job Chick-Fil-A as Andrews service is a reflection of management. SYOY read more

My favorite fast food place on earth! So fast and easy! They always come out hot and fresh and tasty! They're generous with the amount of sauce packets they give, and everything is always on point! I love Chick-Fil-A so much! Their food is much better then other fast food joints, albeit much more expensive. I've dined here quite a bit since they opened. They have the juiciest chicken around, the chicken nuggets are so tasty (yet small) and their sauces...ahhh their sauces are so good! Better then anywhere else! The service is always top notch. But man oh man do I have an issue with their business practices. They donate money to anti-gay groups which I am SO not okay with (I can link you some articles if you have any interest). It leaves me feeling so conflicted each time I dine here. Yet...I can't stop because the food is so amazing! And the sauces are just so awesome, too! And I realize it's not this particular restaurant or these particular workers, but rather the chain as a whole. Thus I keep going for their tasty yums. I just had to put this out there though. read more

This might just be my new fave fast food place. And if you know me at all, you know that I am not a fast food type of gal. I have been hearing from everyone how Chick-Fil-A has the best waffle fries and the best chicken sandwiches. We wanted to grab a quick dinner the other night and we chose to check out Chick-Fil-A. We went in the restaurant because we wanted to see what they had. The drive thru is not the best way to experience a place, if you ask me. I'm glad we went in to get our food. The staff is VERY friendly. The place is CLEEEEEAN!! There was probably 50-75 people in this joint and the place was hoppin'; there were people cleaning tables and keeping the condiment station in order. Well trained staff, good job!! We took a look over their menu and the nuggets stood out to me. My fiance went for the sandwich. We shared a large waffle fry and there was more than enough for the two of us. The nuggets were perfectly breaded. Here's my favorite part: they had a Chick-fil-a sauce that I tried. Seriously!! Best damn sauce they offer. I wasn't a fan of the sweet and sour, but their chick-fil-a sauce was like a smokey honey mustard, and it was excellent. I'm not even really a fan of mustard but it was surprisingly good. My fiance inhaled his sandwich, so I'm guessing it was pretty good. I can't wait to go back and next time, we'll eat in because the fries were a little cooled off by the time we got home to eat. Way to go, Chick-Fil-A, you made a new patron out of me!! :) read more
