I always get KFC every Tuesday regardless of the city I'm traveling in. This KFC was quite good. I ordered the bucket for $10. Came out hot and fresh. ample parking and clean eating space. the guy who served us at the counter was great and very courteous, even gave me extra salt on request. will visit again. Mike read more

Purchased a basket of chicken and mashed potatoes. I have not had KFC in over 10 years. Decided to give them a chance again. Mashed potatoes from powder, inedible, chicken must of been on the hot light for hours, disgusting. Threw everything away, learned my lesson. No KFC ever again. What a dump. I remember the good old days when it was delicious. If there was a zero rating it would be it. read more

I've Been to a couple kfc's, and this one's the worst one!!! by far rude staff and they close an hour early, unbelievable

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered on the app for 8 pieces. There were no white breasts or wings. Substituted old and cold chicken for sure. We will never go back, the pieces given were small and poorly prepared. read more

Lady at the window was rude af. 0 stars not sure how this place is still open. Food was also cold and gross

All of the signs posted they close 1030pm however upon arrival at 1010 pm we were told they would not be able to serve us as they were already closed. the manager on duty was rude and I do not give them even 1 stars read more

My wife and I went this KFC to do a carry out order. The location was severly understaffed, i think only 2 people working, and that is cooking chicken, working front register/cashier, and also working the drive thru. There was 1 person that hopped through all 3 stations doing her best (no complaints on her), but this really slowed down service. Food was good, but prices has gotten way out of control. If you are not using a coupon or a special you are paying highway robbery for chicken. Hopefully they improve staffing and prices, and I can rereview another day... read more

It was surprisingly good. The chicken was juicy. The biscuits were perfect. Very happy with my meal.

I decided to try the new Mikes honey hot chicken. I ordered the 4 piece tenders and the chicken sandwich. I couldn't tell if they had put any hot/honey on the tenders or the sandwich. They both were also very dry and tough very disappointed I won't be ordering those again. read more

The service attitude is extremely bad, and service staff scolded the guests. The waiter showed impatience to the customer, and scolded the customer with his colleagues many times. read more

UPDATING after they just got my order completely wrong and I didn't check until I got home :( Oh my gosh this location needs HELP. I couldn't believe the 1 star rating until I experienced it myself. I don't understand why they're such a hot mess. Luckily the food is still decent since it's a chain. read more

I've enjoyed KFC for over 50 years. My first real job was at KFC, so I know a little bit about the operations. This KFC is the most unfriendly and unaccommodating KFC I've ever been to. The cashier is a woman who seems mad at customers all the time. Over the years I've eaten at KFCs about once a week, but only started eating at this one more recently. I've always been able to make reasonable and fair substitutions at KFCs. Today at about 2:00 PM, this lady would not allow any changes. I asked to substitute a wing instead of a leg. She meanly said NO. I asked to substitute cole slaw for mashed potatoes. She again meanly said NO. By this point I'm frustrated with her attitude, so I asked for my money back. She had the nerve to start fussing at me. I don't know if it's corporate KFC or just a bad franchise owner who is causing KFC to be so strict and unaccommodating to customers, but someone needs to get involved before this franchise drives more customers away. If she doesn't like working there, perhaps you can find someone else who will treat customers like customers. read more

Evrytime order is wrong and not fresh Been ordering from both on roselle rd Hoffman and schaumburg read more

This kfc location is one of the worst we've been too. This location is the only one in the near vicinity of where we live, but the service is so bad we are about to quit going here This location is always understaffed. Even when there are only two guests inside, the wait is at least 10 minutes to take an order. I feel bad for the employees who mostly seem to be hustling to keep things moving, but there just isn't enough people working the dinner shifts. This is a store manager of owners issue. They need to fix this before I'll go back read more

This place is horrible the workers rude and don't pay attention and the food be cold or not correct

The staff was sooo rude there was a Hispanic women who was telling us to get out of the restaurant when we just wanted some packets of ketchups the staff was ignoring us and being mean and rude to us and arguing with us read more

Consumer beware!!! I went through the drive-through and ordered a two-piece meal. I asked for the breast and a Hispanic woman told me it would be extra. Have ordered a KFC hundreds of times and have never been charged for this. But to add insult to injury the assistant manager was very rude, condescending, and obnoxious. I pointed out that he menu said nothing about a "Up Charge". She continue to yell I went down the street to Popeyes. Will never go here again. read more

Make sure you check your order before you leave window. I tried to call when I got home no one was picking up phone. I got gravy only and ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. Very rude when I told them I was upset. Raised voice and said I said I was sorry. Will go to Popeye's from now on and will still check my order. read more

Do you have minus rating? This KFC deserves minus 100 rating. Why? 1. Food does not taste like KFC food. It taste like a fried chicken made by 10 year old girls who just learned how to cook. 2. Very slow 3. Always get confused taking order 4. You rarely can find the chicken that you want, always have excuses. I have made my decision to stop going to this store. I'd rather go to different KFC. KFC does not do secret shopper anymore. I asked the employees in this store. read more

I came to this KFC branch and ordered his meal, and when I sat down to eat the meal, he told me that the restaurant was closed, as I ordered my meal inside the restaurant, and he did not tell me it was closed... and when I sat down, he kicked me out... as the food was cold and not fresh, and when I asked him to return the money to me because the food is cold and not fresh. He told me that I cannot return the money to you... I do not advise anyone to come to this branch for kfc read more

We went there on July 3rd to grab dinner and thought we would eat in due to the heat. Once inside the stench was like being inside a latrine or out house on a hot day. We ate as far away as possible from the restrooms but I still had to choke down my dinner. My husband can't smell a skunk so he was OK but I heard the man at the next table comment about the smell. He and his dinner partner ended up taking their food with them. I hope the health department checks into this. I suggest finding another KFC if you have taste for them. read more

2/2022 3* Losing ground at this location. It used to be an assumed 5* place. No longer. Last two times in the past 6 weeks I have tried to go there. I have gotten almost word for word the same responses from the staff. This time. I went to the drive thru. Wanted a 10 piece chicken only, original recipe. Staff "Mixed is ok?". I responded No. Original please. Staff "Mixed is ok?". No, original only please. 2 seconds later response from a female voice now, "Mixed is ok?". No I said. I want original please. Female voice says "That will be 25 minutes". I told her I was disappointed as this is the second time in a row this has happened. Female voice "Mixed is ok?". No I will have to go somewhere else. Female voice. "OK". This is customer service? No I am sorry. We had a large order, etc. Just Ok. Go somewhere else for your business. Well, I did. There are a few other good fried chicken places. Not the same. But at least I will get some respect, and some fried chicken. Have to start thinking twice before coming here again. Disappointing. 6/2021 5* We love the chicken. Don't do the sides very often. But who does not know and love the Colonel's famous KFC bucket? Never lose the bucket guys!!! 12/2020 5* Original recipe is our favorite. Love a whole bucket of chicken. Could eat it all myself! 8/2020 5* Found the people helpful and quick. Love the chicken. Hot and tasty. We will be back. Wish they had the grilled chicken too. read more

This KFC. Sucks to the fullest! I'm allergic to Pickles. And I ordered a spicy (not) chicken sandwich with No effing pickles. And once again they have F'd up and put pickles on my sandwich. kfc is not good because fries it was nasty sharp with a lot of oil. I'll not buy never kfc

Only because 0 stars isn't available. Ordered food today in the KFC app at 6pm it said the order wood be ready at 6:15pm. Got to the store at 6:15, didn't get my food until 6:45!!! Waited 30 minutes for my order. I get we are all trying here, but this is beyond trying. This is just gross incompetence. There was a gentleman in their still waiting to order even AFTER they asked him if he had been helped. He just left, don't blame him I would have to if I had not already paid. Arguing between staff about who did what, just a sad display. People ordered AFTER I had been there waiting for 10 minutes and got their order before me. I didn't even have a big order, just an 8pc meal. From the looks of other reviews management probably won't care to fix anything, but we choose with our wallets. Good luck with this place if you order from here! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. We ordered online tonight so that by the time I drove there it would be ready. I pulled up and there was only one person in the drive thru and nobody inside. I pulled through the drive thru because my 7 month old had fallen asleep in the car. I told them I was gonna pick up an online order and she told me I had to drive around and come inside the lobby to pick it up the way this restaurant is designed is I had to pull out and pull around the block to go back. I then had to wake up my sleeping seven month old drag him out in 25° weather to go inside and pick it up. I understand if they were busy and it would be an issue to reach in and grab somebody's order, but there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the drive-through at this time. Then I looked to see multiple workers drinking beverages behind the counter and chatting, and nobody could bother to be able to bring my order to the window so that I didn't have to come back around and come inside. For 50 bucks I'd rather go somewhere else with my money. Don't waste your time here. read more

KFC needs to just close down all together. The food is just not the same. It's just disappointment every time. This restaurant is by far the worst on the planet. They serve anything to you and they have very poor food quality. Unbelievable! Not okay what their trying to serve ppl. I ordered wings and wedges and didn't get either instead they gave me burnt dried out wedges that were so flat and crispy. The wings were terrible, they had bones coming out every where. What they gave me was foreign and nothing I've ever seen before. It definitely didn't look safe to eat in fact the wings were quite scary looking. read more

Can I give them 0 stars. Lights on people looking through the window, closes at 10 and when I drove up people hide.. I don't imagine the food is good if they're to lazy to even take an order. Horrible get better workers read more

We ordered ahead online and arrived right at the pick up time. Half hour later we are still waiting. We pre-paid online so we cannot leave. Cars in the drive through moved along and people came in, ordered and got their food. And then the employees disappear so you cant even check on the status of your order. Ridiculous and extremely frustrating. read more

I'm very disgusted and disappointed with this location. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. During this covid-19 the lady giving me my order was not wearing her mask properly not covering her mouth and nose, instead it cover just her chin. I waited until I got my order before she get mad and throws it the order at me. I told her is that how you wear your mask. She said yes I need to breathe you know. I told her you know this order is for a Elderly person and your breathing in my face and on her food. The drive thru worker lady started to raise her voice and said well how am I supposed to breathe. I told her I work in the medical field and I wear my mask covering my face at all times even when I'm not with patients. I didn't want to fight with her anymore just give my hand to her face and drove away. read more

Wow, I've been here twice once to pick up which they forgot to give me something and twice to try to actually enjoy my food while the Hispanic lady at customer service started being really rude. Chicken feels old dry and the place isn't clean at all, the workers there have no emotion unless it's that Mexican lady (I'm Mexican myself) telling me to hurry up, giving me dirty looks when Unsure with my order. I do like the little Asian lady tho so nice but hearing people in the back yell at her annoyed me as she's the only one doing her job right read more

We keep giving KFC a try because our 12 year old son likes it and there is a problem EVERY SINGLE time we go. It's also dirty in the place at the location in Hoffman Ests IL. Tonight after months of refusing to go we went & asked for cheese to be put on the chicken little sandwiches for our kids. The cashier charged us $.30 for each sandwich (which was ok) and The manger came out from the back and said "we don't put cheese on that" "yes I know my husband said, I asked him to add it and charge me whatever" NOPE- manager wouldn't do it!! Are you kidding me??? Even fine dinning restaurants will alter an order for a PAYING customer. You will NEVER see us back again read more

Will never go to this KFC again! Ordered extra crispy, got home and the chicken was soggy and batter fell off. Called to let them know and the young female manager gave me crap saying if i come back I'd get the same quality. I went back to return and another employee tells me it was original recipe the manager gave me. There was no apology for their mistake she refunded my credit card purchase but wouldnt give me a receipt for the credit. She said i can take a picture of the receipt that she kept. read more

This KFC sucks and will not be returning. Ordered a 8 pc meal *extra crispy* instead I got a bucket of oily chicken. The chicken was DRENCHED in oil and no cripsyness to it. I had to place in the oven in order to eliminate oil and add crisp. The mashed potatoes were watery, not sure why? I had to make a side of mac n cheese because that's how bad it was. Def will not be returning. read more

I have to go to KFC about once a year. I don't eat fried foods very much, but every once in a while I have a hankering for deep fried chicken. And, the old standard of fast food chicken is KFC. This particular franchise location is not always the cleanest nor the fastest. They often run out of one kind of their chicken or the other. Unless you are not picky and don't really care about what style you order or what pieces of chicken you get, be prepared to wait. KFC is pretty standard tasting from location to location, so I don't have any reservations about the taste. But, I always regret it afterwards since all of the oil tends to upset my stomach. But, I still need to go there; about once a year. read more

Ordered the Honey Mustard chicken tenders(Nashville Gold). Got Nashville Hot! Found out you can't order them without getting a combo, so you have to pay for the tenders and then the sauce...so I paid for the sauce and they got it wrong. Too hot for me. The Famous Bowls had overcooked chicken and hardly any gravy. So I paid $33 for bad food. KFC you have gone down hill. And why can't I get Nashville Gold tenders with out the combo?? And not pay an arm and a leg??? Last time I go to KFC. And at this one, the entry way smelled like a mouse died in the vent. Ugghh read more
