My wife and I went this KFC to do a carry out order. The location was severly understaffed, i think only 2 people working, and that is cooking chicken, working front register/cashier, and also working the drive thru. There was 1 person that hopped through all 3 stations doing her best (no complaints on her), but this really slowed down service. Food was good, but prices has gotten way out of control. I decided to try the new Mikes honey hot chicken. I ordered the 4 piece tenders and the chicken sandwich. I couldn't tell if they had put any hot/honey on the tenders or the sandwich. They both were also very dry and tough very disappointed I won't be ordering those again. read more

I've enjoyed KFC for over 50 years. My first real job was at KFC, so I know a little bit about the operations. This KFC is the most unfriendly and unaccommodating KFC I've ever been to. The cashier is a woman who seems mad at customers all the time. Over the years I've eaten at KFCs about once a week, but only started eating at this one more recently. I've always been able to make reasonable and fair substitutions at KFCs. Today at about 2:00 PM, this lady would not allow any changes. I asked to substitute a wing instead of a leg. She meanly said NO. I asked to substitute cole slaw for mashed potatoes. She again meanly said NO. By this point I'm frustrated with her attitude, so I asked for my money back. She had the nerve to start fussing at me. I don't know if it's corporate KFC or just a bad franchise owner who is causing KFC to be so strict and unaccommodating to customers, but someone needs to get involved before this franchise drives more customers away. If she doesn't like working there, perhaps you can find someone else who will treat customers like customers. read more

This kfc location is one of the worst we've been too. This location is the only one in the near vicinity of where we live, but the service is so bad we are about to quit going here This location is always understaffed. Even when there are only two guests inside, the wait is at least 10 minutes to take an order. I feel bad for the employees who mostly seem to be hustling to keep things moving, but there just isn't enough people working the dinner shifts. This is a store manager of owners issue. We went there on July 3rd to grab dinner and thought we would eat in due to the heat. Once inside the stench was like being inside a latrine or out house on a hot day. We ate as far away as possible from the restrooms but I still had to choke down my dinner. My husband can't smell a skunk so he was OK but I heard the man at the next table comment about the smell. 2/2022 3* Losing ground at this location. It used to be an assumed 5* place. No longer. Last two times in the past 6 weeks I have tried to go there. I pulled up and there was only one person in the drive thru and nobody inside. I pulled through the drive thru because my 7 month old had fallen asleep in the car. I told them I was gonna pick up an online order and she told me I had to drive around and come inside the lobby to pick it up the way this restaurant is designed is I had to pull out and pull around the block to go back. I then had to wake up my sleeping seven month old drag him out in 25° weather to go inside and pick it up. I understand if they were busy and it would be an issue to reach in and grab somebody's order, but there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the drive-through at this time. There was a gentleman in their still waiting to order even AFTER they asked him if he had been helped. He just left, don't blame him I would have to if I had not already paid. KFC needs to just close down all together. The food is just not the same. It's just disappointment every time. This restaurant is by far the worst on the planet. They serve anything to you and they have very poor food quality. Unbelievable! Not okay what their trying to serve ppl. I'm very disgusted and disappointed with this location. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. During this covid-19 the lady giving me my order was not wearing her mask properly not covering her mouth and nose, instead it cover just her chin. I waited until I got my order before she get mad and throws it the order at me. I told her is that how you wear your mask. She said yes I need to breathe you know. I told her you know this order is for a Elderly person and your breathing in my face and on her food. The drive thru worker lady started to raise her voice and said well how am I supposed to breathe. Wow, I've been here twice once to pick up which they forgot to give me something and twice to try to actually enjoy my food while the Hispanic lady at customer service started being really rude. Found out you can't order them without getting a combo, so you have to pay for the tenders and then the sauce...so I paid for the sauce and they got it wrong. Too hot for me. I have to go to KFC about once a year. I don't eat fried foods very much, but every once in a while I have a hankering for deep fried chicken. And, the old standard of fast food chicken is KFC. This particular franchise location is not always the cleanest nor the fastest. They often run out of one kind of their chicken or the other. Unless you are not picky and don't really care about what style you order or what pieces of chicken you get, be prepared to wait. KFC is pretty standard tasting from location to location, so I don't have any reservations about the taste. But, I always regret it afterwards since all of the oil tends to upset my stomach. My husband and I picked up food here recently. While we were ordering, they told us they had no biscuits. A few minutes later, they had some ready. We finished ordering and took our food home. We both had ordered Big Box Tenders. I started taking my food out of the box an my potatoes were a bowl of gravy! My husband had potatoes, but they had just a spoon of gravy on his, so we shared my gravy and his potatoes. Two of my tenders were gnarly little things with to meat in side.
