Dined in here for Mother's day with my 5 year old because she wanted pancakes. As soon as I walked in, I waited at the front for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to seat us. (There was an employee right their cell phone, but ignored us). We get our seats and there are only two other tables occupied with customers who both already have their food. The waitress came to take our order and 10 minutes later I had to go find her to ask for our drinks, which she forgot to bring out. I ordered the veggie omelet and my daughter had the funny face pancake. The food came out in about 15 minutes. My daughter really enjoyed her pancake and my omelet was pretty good. I was craving their blueberry pancakes, yes I'm a fan of them! It was a Sunday before the rush so I was seated in less than 5 minutes. My waiter was good although he seemed a little stressed. As he only came by to take my order and bring my food. Never really checked on, or notice I needed a refill on my drink. While I was there they started getting very busy. I ordered sausage links, cheese grits, and two of the double blueberry pancakes. Everything tasted well. This location is on it's last leg in my opinion, every time I come here I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and I leave with DOUBT. It's always something at this location, either no one wants to work, workers are arguing, food is cold or carelessly made. Some of the staff members I give them their props where it's due but the workers in the back need to get it together. We wait for a long time just for the food to arrive subpar, I wouldn't mind the wait if the food came out up to standard. When we arrived, we advised the young man that my fiancé and I would like to dine in. He nodded his head then disappeared. While waiting for someone to seat us, I noticed about five filthy tables at the entry. This sight said it all and we should've left then. Finally, the hostess came to seat us. While walking around the hostess area to our table, we had to step over food, straws, silverware etc. on the floor. Even more filthy tables were now in sight. There was ketchup or something under the table the hostess tried to seat us at. The restaurant had one fairly large party and two other tables. It appeared to be well-staffed; however, everyone was very young. There didn't appear to be a manager present (if ever). We did not even sit down and immediately left once we saw just how filthy the restaurant was. I can only imagine how unsanitary the kitchen is. This location should be ashamed of themselves. The condition the restaurant was in was so horrible, I wouldn't be surprised if diners got sick after eating here. There is no way that they would pass a health inspection. In all the times I have been to this particular Ihop I have never had to wait to be added to the waiting list because there was no hostess, when asking a waitress ( bad attitude) about the hostess I was told there wasn't one toda, asked who was checking the gues in she said the manager Courtney who waa in the back. Courtney NEVER came from the back to assist her staff. The waitress Kelley however os a godsend she understands what customer service is & went out of her way to accommodate myself and 2 friends. I should have checked my Yelp before suggesting this place to my family. Well I have been to numerous IHOP restaurants locally and in my travels but this establishment by far is lacking hmmm customer service. We walked in at 3pm on NEW years eve to a practically empty and dirty restaurant. I am not sure why there was so much trash on the floor and tables. We sat for a while and had to ask who I believed was the manager where our server was. He motioned to a lovely pregnant female to take our order. She was nice but things coudnt be salvaged by this point. My coffee was lukewarm, we had no napkins and the slowness of the service ultimately made us cancel our food order and ask for our check (drinks only). Well they were nice enough to comp us on the liquids but it's not enough for me to go back to this particular business. I have not had a good experience with customer service these past two days I hope things get better in 2018. read more

The last few times my husband and I have been, they have been super friendly and helpful. Took on orders and got everything out in a timely manner. However, when my husband and I went today, we immediately got inside and the hostess sat us down. Once we sat down, we did our usual thing you know. Looked over the menu and tried to see what we wanted. The people next to us called over a manager and was stating that their food was cold and everything like that. The people behind them had apparently been there for quite some time as well and hadn't even received their order at all. About 20 minutes go by and my husband and I still hadn't even had our drink order taken. We were there for more than half an hour and just decided to leave. We figured out why we hadn't received any service and that was because one of the waitresses had family there. Now, normally I'm not one to complain about service. I don't expect perfection when I go into a restaurant. However, I don't expect to wait at a table for over half an hour without even getting my drink order taken. There were people that arrived after us and had already gotten their order taken. Hopeful that it will be better the next time. read more

I had a very bad experience at this ihop. I dined in and ordered pancakes to go for my daughter. I reached home and discovered a bug in the pancakes. What seems to look like a tick. I immediately went back to ihop and spoke with the manger who was very rude he first stated that it's nothing he could do about it once I walk out the door with the food then he insinuated that I may have placed the bug there myself. Further more he only offered me a four dollar refund.
