Poor customer had a surprise.

Poor management! Needs to be looked at if you're the franchise owner. Or maybe the owner is in the wrong business. Nevertheless safety and staff training starts from the top. Wake-up! Felt bad for the one and only server. Otherwise, food was iHop good.

So back story. I go to a gym every morning which forces me to pass this IHOP which is in the same complex. I watch everyone with a huge grin on their faces, while I head into the gym getting ready to die from an intense workout. FINALLY I said that's it, I'm going their instead of the gym and it was magical. The strawberry banana pancakes were heavenly. My breakfast sampler was divine, besides the country fried potatoes which were way over seasoned. I know it's IHOP. There are wayyy better breakfast/brunch spots, but I've been so jealous of everyone walking into here instead of the gym it probably made my experience even better. If you're looking for a yummy cheap eat this is it (: 10% military discount.

I ain't gonna lie, I love this place! But it's an IHOP after all.. The food here was really good, it is true, but it is not really "great" food. For example, the pancakes were well cooked and tasty, but you still taste the powdery mix. The fruit is really good, yet mushy and formless. The bread is not artisan (haha!), and it comes with a side of margarine. I mean, yes, we are eating at grandma's and it is great, but Oh! I'm so fancy... Put it differently, if you can get over the fancy/yuppie factor, you will have a great time. The staff is adorable, the food is good and you can't complain, the place is brand new and still not sticky (IHOP trademark), it is suitable for a family, I would really love to give them the five stars but ... the cream/creamer is not from grass-fed cows... Now, I know the IHOP franchise is working on improving their operations with more environment friendly practices, and that they are somewhat concerned with animal welfare, despite the menu, but there is a lot of change necessary overall. And for this reason, I am not so bummed out about the 4 stars. But if you want to have some good family time, be my guest. See you at IHOP.

It's my bday and they didn't even care. No customer service. Hated the atmosphere. One person helped but still seems like I was a problem.

He stated, "I don't know where they get there chicken from, it's good chicken." I ordered the new menu item Harvest Hash with 2 medium well egg and coffee. The coffee is piping hot, just like a like it. I love a good hash. This one has brussel sprouts, spinach & roasted onions. I asked them to omit the goat cheese. The biscuit beignets are yummy. The crispy edges are a delight. Another Broken Egg Café has plenty of seating inside. It has a full bar that connects the inside with the covered outside seating. Service was fair but not stellar for having 2 people.... I was given a courtesy order of Biscuit Beignets which were delicious. Main dish was the Crab Cake Benedict. It was good and an unusual combination which I enjoyed. The hollandaise congealed a little quickly, so i am guessing it was packaged and not made in house. My side of bacon was very well done and almost hard...it tasted like it was a day old and reheated. Before leaving, I used the restroom and it was grungy...it looked like it had not been cleaned for a while....it was not encouraging and I questioned what condition the kitchen might be in since they neglected the bathrooms so bad. Overall not a terrible experience but I probably would not return....

They have a few nice craft beers on tap and the most amazing hummus platter ever. So many places give you a tiny dollop of hummus, a few crackers and if you're lucky a few cut up carrots. Not here, you get a giant amount of hummus - you get house made lavash - and you get beautiful baby medium sized carrots and all of that is only $8 on happy hour. The hummus is very flavorful with a tiny kick and the lavash is super crunchy with an amazing seasoning on it that reminds me of "everything bagel seasoning". You'll see two different pictures - these were taken a year or more apart but you can see things have barely changed. You always get the amazing crackers and carrots and a huge amount of hummus. They also have a few great wines by the glass on happy hour, some yummy sliders, and now a pepperoni pizza that looks awesome but I haven't tried yet.

Other than that, the food was great. I sampled a few items of the apps that people ordered. From what I can remember, the truffle fries really stood out. For my entree, I got the chopped elk medium cooked. It was fantastic. Very delicious and almost tasted like a really beefy meatloaf. Not gamey at all. The sauce drizzled on it was so savory. I wished there were more mashed potatoes underneath because those were amazing too. It was also a very big portion. Definitely recommend. Would come back again and try something else or even order that again.

Sure, the people are nice enough, but I am quite literally ALWAYS waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee. Often times its more, like 20-25 minutes. Like literally every time I patiently wait and it hits me - "hey, I've been waiting a while, wheres my drink?" The food comes out quicker than the coffee usually! I ordered food from a place across the street, walked over to Craft, order a coffee, it took 18 minutes, and then by the time I picked up the food and got back - my food was cold. Crazy work. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! EDIT: I forgot I wrote a review in 2023 being more forgiving but still complaining about wait times. Well, clearly that has not been fixed!

It's a pretty small spot with only a few places to sit, including a little counter/bar where you can sit and watch them making the bagels, which is fun. My friend ordered the two bagels of the day which were sprinkle and banana bread (thats one fun thing they do, is have a different bagel of the day, everyday, and for the month of March, they are doing a bracket, so have 2 per day). The sprinkle one was for her daughter and she loved it. She paired them with the cake batter cream cheese and the cannoli cream cheese, and I tried both and they were really good. Parking is in a strip plaza, so sometimes there isn't a spot right in front and you may have to walk a little bit, but it's not too far.
