Went here for dinner on Sunday night. The IHOP was clean and had a lot of empty booths and tables. It seems like there's only one person working in the front of the house and she was doing a phenomenal job. The price points were OK for the food that was provided. There was nothing outstanding about the food and there was nothing terrible about the food. It was an average meal for a decent price. I think my children were a bit disappointed that the drinks that they had selected did not come with unlimited free refills, so I would ask when selecting your drinks if they come with more than one refill. It is Mothers Day and they were busy, but not as busy as I have seen the store has been in past visits. Waited 30 minutes to get in and seated. We (4 total)ordered and I noticed it was exactly noon. At 12:45, the food came. We had noticed that the customer flow was substantially lower. Gravy on country fried steak was cold. Like straight out of the can cold. Everything else was hot. Server was good, but when I mentioned the gravy issue, she apologized, somewhat laughed it off, and said she would mention it to kitchen. Men's bathroom was disgusting. We won't be back. read more

International House of Pancakes brand. I guess we have shortened it to IHOP these days, but I remember this place forever. I would say that this brand is better for breakfast than other meals, but that is to be expected when pancakes is in the very name of their business. Strangely enough, I do not believe that I have ever had their pancakes. And I am a firm believer select the food that the restaurant is known for. However, I am not into sweet breakfasts for sweets in general. So I have always gone with the savory choices. You cannot go wrong with one of their omelettes. I would have to say that is my go-to whenever I have been to either this location or any of the other locations. Service here has always been very good. The servers are friendly and I have never had an issue eating here. All in all, I would recommend coming here. read more

So back story. I go to a gym every morning which forces me to pass this IHOP which is in the same complex. I watch everyone with a huge grin on their faces, while I head into the gym getting ready to die from an intense workout. FINALLY I said that's it, I'm going their instead of the gym and it was magical. The strawberry banana pancakes were heavenly. My breakfast sampler was divine, besides the country fried potatoes which were way over seasoned. I know it's IHOP. There are wayyy better breakfast/brunch spots, but I've been so jealous of everyone walking into here instead of the gym it probably made my experience even better. Slipping service. We visit this IHOP regularly. And have even through the pandemic (when permitted). We've been so very understanding and supportive when they were doing the best they could given the situation. Now it's time to step up to the plate! The last two visits the server was unfamiliar to us. Maybe the location has lost the servers we knew. Dunno! The guys they have are cordial but not diligent. Didn't serve both of us at the same time and one order was not completed. And they never refilled my drink, even after specifically asking. Note, I must have my drink to eat. So basically I had to stop eating. This was not a problem previously. A drink should not be allowed to run out. I hope this new crew steps up their game. We have enjoyed going here. I come here when I have a craving for steak and eggs. I'm not expecting high quality steak here. It does the trick. The entrance area employees move like molasses, which easily causes a traffic jam in the waiting area. (& irritation when you're the sole person there for a pick up order that you can see behind the counter) I feel slighted that French toast is a la carte at that price. I made my bed with that. I was very impressed when the manager Rick, who contacted me after he saw the negative experience I had at his restaurant, and the negative review I left. He apologize, and asked if I would consider coming back so he could make it right, and hopefully change my negative experience into a positive one. IHOP is a true institution. There aren't many restaurants open all day and night anymore for when you have that 3am craving for a burger- or breakfast for dinner. But IHOP is still there. This particular visit, the restaurant was more or less empty- we had an entire section to ourself for the most part. The young man who sat us was also our waiter. He was quick and attentive, that is always a plus. The food is where the one star comes off; my pancake was good, eggs were tasty tho a bit runny, and the hash browns could have used a bit more heat. My son's burger was great; exactly as ordered and tasty. It's a nice, inexpensive meal no matter the time of day you decide to eat. read more

Another 15 past before our food order was taken. When food finally arrived it was cold and the eggs were like rubber. of course ou drinks ran out and were never refilled. I ain't gonna lie, I love this place! But it's an IHOP after all.. The food here was really good, it is true, but it is not really "great" food. For example, the pancakes were well cooked and tasty, but you still taste the powdery mix. The fruit is really good, yet mushy and formless. The bread is not artisan (haha!), and it comes with a side of margarine. I mean, yes, we are eating at grandma's and it is great, but Oh! I'm so fancy... Put it differently, if you can get over the fancy/yuppie factor, you will have a great time. The staff is adorable, the food is good and you can't complain, the place is brand new and still not sticky (IHOP trademark), it is suitable for a family, I would really love to give them the five stars but ... the cream/creamer is not from grass-fed cows... Now, I know the IHOP franchise is working on improving their operations with more environment friendly practices, and that they are somewhat concerned with animal welfare, despite the menu, but there is a lot of change necessary overall. And for this reason, I am not so bummed out about the 4 stars. But if you want to have some good family time, be my guest. See you at IHOP. read more

Breakfast with your growing up 24 y/o first born before heading out to work is special. I'm more of a diner guy but he loves IHOP so I said let's give it a go. This place is small but lacks a powerful pinch. Always with a full menu having numerous selections to choose especially their super signature breakfast pancakes. There is plenty of parking in this plaza parking lot and the dining though open floor seating has plenty of corners and booths that give the feel of privacy. Quaint and quiet for breakfast time it was 0700 and there were two other tables with patrons. Coffee was hot and tasty and they even left a little pot at the table so we wouldn't have to ask for refills. We ordered pancakes, bacon, eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and ham, and this was all a part of one signature plate. Choice of syrup is a bonus. Breakfast was superb but one suggestion, the hash browns may have been over cooked. Price was right and fast was amazing. read more

This is a updated IHOP. I haven't been to one in a while, but I couldn't help but notice the modern and clean look of this location. The service was decent, even though the server came back more than twice to confirm an order at the table. Our food came out looking very good! I ordered their veggie omelette with a side of their nut and harvest pancakes. The pancakes were very fluffy, and the omelette was too, as they use the pancake batter for the fluffiness. Overall a good visit, which is great for this location next to arcade monsters, as this can draw in a late night crowd. read more

My friend and I went here after finishing a road cleanup with a club from our school. We were seated pretty quickly and the waitress quickly took and brought us our drinks. However, we didn't receive our food very quickly, waiting around 30-40 minutes despite it not being very busy. The food was a 7/10. It did feel like I was at home with the nice feel and look of the restaurant. They sort of tricked us with the billing system. The first bill they gave us (before we paid) was for a donation, so, YOU WRITE DOWN THE SERVER'S TIP AFTER THEY TAKE AND BRING BACK YOUR CARD. The misunderstanding led to us leaving and accidental $18 donation because we thought it was the tip. read more

My mother and I enjoyed a late breakfast today and we were seated and served by the lovely Ida very quickly. 2x2x2 for me (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 bacon strips or sausage links - all for less than $8). Mom loved her French Toast and when we asked for our eggs to be scrambled well, that's exactly what we got (perfect and you get a healthy serving of eggs). If I had one comment, it's just that a small orange juice cost almost $3. This is Florida - it's not like it's hard to find oranges here. But IHOP does offer plenty of savings for its customers, from senior discounts to free pancakes if you join their club. I will absolutely return. I am eager to try a lunch order here. My two sisters, my wife and I went to Ihop. When the first walked in the was a bad smell. We sat at out table and waited for the waiter. He finally shows up and we order coffee. He brings the coffee and sugar, but we didn't have utensils. We had to ask for them and that took a while to get after we saw him give some to another table. Those people were not happy either. Then I asked for more coffee since they only give you a small pot and there wasn't enough for me. We finally placed our order and they didn't get it right. My food was not good and they never brought my pancakes I wanted. The service was bad, the young people lack a lot of training. This was the worst Ihop we've ever been at. Her name is Nicole, first when I forgot to ask for no cheese for my mom's food she got us new order without charging us (I had offered to pay). I've been eating here every Friday for three years with a men's group. I have never had a bad meal. The service is always great, and Chris the manager always takes care of us. A lot of times I get the same thing, but then I mix it up for a few months. The bottom line is that every meal has been cooked exactly how I want it. This is a breakfast club and so I know a thing or two about breakfast and seeing that I've had well over 100. Now on occasion I bring my family there for breakfast, or even lunch or dinner, and we also have had great experiences. Fish and chips, burgers, you name it.
