We originally went to the ihop off interstate drive but they were slammed so we went to this one for the first time. It was pretty quiet we were one of the only tables there. Our server may have been new as she had some issues with the tablet but she was very polite and helpful! We ordered quite a few things and it all came out pretty quickly and tasted amazing! We spilled a drink and someone quickly brought us a towel to clean it up. We had 4 people with us and I asked for a box and the server went to get it and came back with the check no boxes. She also didn't ask if we wanted it split at all and had put it all on the same tab and we did have to ask for it to be split. We paid and a manager brought us back our checks and the boxes. Overall it was a good experience but I do prefer the ihop on interstate drive. read more

Was coming to Norman OK from Dallas TX and ran into a tornado advisory, so had to pull off and take shelter. After I was given the all clear to drive again I was starving and looking for something open on a Sunday night, had limited options. Found this IHOP and was happy to be able to get a warm cooked meal after a long day. I wound up getting the cowboy bbq burger and enjoyed it, unfortunately they ran out of onion rings so that was the only thing missing on my burger but I understand these things happen. Wasn't many customers inside so the food came out fast too. read more

My wife and I have come here a couple times in the past and the place as a whole has gotten exceedingly better. Our waitress Kayla M. did a phenomenal job; very attentive to what we needed, helpful with menu options, respectful, kind and you could tell she loved her job! The crepes were delicious, highly suggest the pesto chicken and fresh mixed berry. Also to top it off we got a fresh pot of coffee read more

I found a long hair in my food and they didn't care about it and just ignored it and went to serve other people and the same thing happened with someone else in the restaurant. read more

I will never eat here again, the service was horrible, waited 30 minutes to get a waitress to even take our order, another hour to get our food and thing is, it was even busy. The food was incredibly greasy and the waitress only came to check on us one time after our food was served the place is way overpriced now it went downhill fast from what it used to be. They need to hire more help ! read more

We had a few issues with our order, but the manager took care of us, and made it right. Kiara was extremely polite, and apologetic. I appreciate her professionalism. read more

Worst ihop I've ever been to. Manager and wait staff NEE TO BE FIRED!!! Cooks were on the ball but our waitress (name was Skylar) was terrible. Manager walked around and saw how long we sat there and did nothing. She didn't check in us or help out the waitress. I will not be visiting this place ever again and recommend you keep driving until you find another place to eat. read more

This is the worst IHOP that I've ever. Went in with my granddaughter. The place was empty. I ordered the mixed berry crepes. Granddaughter ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. While we were waiting for our order, we were tormented with loud annoying Mexican music that was playing behind us coming from the kitchen. 30 minutes later, still no food. After 40 minutes we were served. My crepes were not mixed berry. Just bad tasting with a few blue berries scattered on them. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was salty and overcooked to the point of being terribly dry. We went to the check out area and delivered our concerns to our waitress. She went into the kitchen directly behind us and was met with resistance from the cook concerning our complaint. She came back and was still going to charge full price for bad food. The manager came over and took the sandwich off of our check. This was at the 12th Street location. Stay away at all costs! read more

I have to say this place has really gotten better! I recently got invited to go to lunch here, I was very nervous as it's been a few years but my friends assured me they had great lunch specials. We got seated right away, I ordered the French toast with extra crispy bacon. It came out hot and delicious. With yummy crispy bacon too! Servers were friendly even with all the safety protocols of mask wearing and individually serving if the condiments. I was so pleased I came back with my husband a couple weeks later. I am so pleased I can enjoy IHOP again! read more

Great service! Such friendly people. Very clean and the food was great! Definitely our favorite Ihop in the area!

Service is good and the fare is..well it's ihop and I've never had a "bad" meal here at this location so I can't complain but they have had my order wrong once so...yeah. lol Overall its a decent location. Better than some of the others. Some of the staff are a bit chatty which I do not particularly like. Maybe okay if I am alone, but when I am there for dinner at 8pm with my bf, I do not want some 20 something chick chatting me and him up for a solid 5min then returning non-stop every few min to ask if we "need anything" Yeah, you to go away. lol Oh here is a tip: To not have every appetizer arrive WITH your meal - order it, have it arrive at your table, THEN place your dinner order. Otherwise you will get everything at once...every time.. 3 stars. read more

I went with a group of friends to an ihop on a random Tuesday afternoon with no one in the store but one elderly couple. You could tell our waiter was a bit new but that wasn't an issue for us. After taking our orders and food taking way longer than expected, there ended up being a few issues but no big deal. The part that was upsetting was whoever was in charge should have known he was incapable of handling a party of 5. And for me to ask the person who looked like the manager (and was the only person in the front of the house) if my waffle was coming while my friends had all completed their meals already, she then said she would check and spoke to another employee saying "they yelled at me and it's not even my table" right in front of us. I just hope that in the future waiters that need extra help are helped by others when the restaurant is empty. read more

Oof. We're here at 4 am, and it's not very busy, yet people have been leaving because the one server on duty is not being attentive whatsoever to her customers because she is constantly counting her cash tips, and not only did they get our orders wrong, when waiting for our drinks it took 30 minutes or more before even ordering them and then another 20 after that to get 2 waters, a chocolate milk, and tea. We asked for our corrections (a side of avacado and mushrooms) and then ketchup. waited 45 minutes for them. and our food was cold by then. Also, last night, our friend ordered and paid for delivery, and never received his order. won't be eating here again. read more

absolutely worst service I've ever had. came here with the family to eat. server took 30 min to get our drinks and food order and additionally took another 2 hours to get our food out. I can not make this up. service was terrible and absolutely rude. 5 tables came in after us, got their food, and left before we ever got ours. hire new night staff or start closing. 2 tables had gotten up and left because food was taking so long. read more

One waitress for the entire restaurant (also hosting). Me and my bf watched them have to call in another girl because they left this poor girl all alone. Kitchen got my order wrong so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just for eggs while my boyfriend ate his meal. (Granted they brought me my side of toast but :/) By the time it came out, it was cold. Had to eat alone with him just waiting on me to finish. Also took 20 minutes to get the check. read more

Food was good, discounts were confusing. I was posted up at IHOP at 2 AM tryna cop some short stacks. But then I started looking at the menu and I found that senior discount. I was drunk so I ain't really remember the food but I do know they DIDNT give me my discount. Unbelievable. I spoke to "upper management" and said this, "why y'all didn't give me a discount if I'm a senior in high school?". They said, "we can't.". So I said, "Why you can't?". Then they had the AUDACITY to say, "you're too young for that.". I was so mad that I drank a whole bottle of blueberry syrup as I made eye contact with them so they knew I wasn't playin' no games. I calmly waited for my food to digest and then just before the flood gates opened, I hit the toilet and let Mt. Vesuvius erupt. Take that Carla. Stay breezy, Carl Wheezy read more

Been here twice and both times the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, but the atmosphere was heavy with the sound of kids yelling on a packed weekend. I started getting take out from here and it was always warm and still delicious when I got home. Best breakfast place I go to when I'm not craving biscuits and gravy read more

IHOP, what is this??? Because it's not chicken! If I wanted gas station breakfast, I would've gone to one. I understand advertisements of food aren't what you're going to get, but at least try to be in the same ball park. This is really stretching it from what I ordered... Our waitress was a doll, but wow this was gross. It doesn't even taste like chicken. And it looks like something that was pulled out from BEHIND the freezer. Never again. read more

I've wanted to right a review on this place for awhile now. The service at this ihop is poor and very unprofessional. The manager is constantly yelling from the back(I only go at night), usually it's inappropriate things that she should not be yelling while customers are out. The servers are not far from that, I over hear very inappropriate conversations constantly and it's exactly something I enjoy hearing while I want food. Lately the service had gotten slower and slower, taking 20 minutes to get food with less then half of a lobby of customers. The food has had its decent days and it's horrible days, lately leaning more and more towards horrible. Coming out cold, greasy, and sometimes burnt. I understand this is a college town and they probably have students working for them, but I think they need to rethink who they have working for them. I hope higher management can see this review and address some of the wrongs going on within this ihop. read more

Worst staff ever, there was 5 customers total in the store my boyfriend and I paid with a 100$ bill and the manager took 15 minutes to get us change, the food was over cooked and the kitchen employees were messing around in the kitchen, so it took us forever to get our food as well. read more

My roommate and I ate here about an hour ago. We had no problems with the service as others here seemed to have, but then again we were there at 4:30 AM. Our problem was with the quality of the food, which was very poor. Roommate and I both agreed that the meal we experienced there was the worst breakfast we've ever had anywhere. We've been long time fans of IHOP and the food of course naturally ranged from delicious to not bad. We are reasonable people and realize it's not going to be good every time, but this time it was so bad it reached the level of unacceptable. For starters, all the meat had the taste and texture of being left over, microwaved meat. It was downright disgusting. Something was off with my fried eggs, and my roommate said his scrambled eggs were rubbery and tasteless. He said that he accepts that with scrambled eggs, they are going to use a powdered mix, but his eggs were so bad it was awful even for that. The pancakes also had the taste and texture of having been made much earlier in the day and simply reheated in the microwave. Even roommates chicken fried steak was lackluster. And the soda was flat. The only decent part of the whole meal were the hashbrowns. The reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because I reserve one star for the places that are unsanitary and scary. So 2 stars isn't anything to write home about either. To be perfectly honest, every time we've been to IHOP in the last couple of years, even at other locations, the food quality seems to have deteriorated, so I don't know what's going on... but it wasn't a big deal until this gross meal we had an hour ago. read more

Started a timer and it took 16.5 mins for a table of two (us) to get a drink order taken. The entire time we were waiting there were, at most, maybe 6 tables occupied by customers. Two of which were students who were done and using the free wifi, and one table was an elderly couple of girlfriends talking over coffee. They weren't crazy busy. In the almost 20 minutes it took the staff of 10 people "running" front of house: two women were refilling the salt and pepper shakers AT THE SAME TABLE, a waitress was running around serving her customers with a HELLO KITTY BACKPACK ON, and we are being stared at because we are staring at the staff asking for help and getting NONE. I'm not sure what is going on at this ihop but I stayed because I wanted some pancakes. When the waiter, Zackary, finally is TOLD to serve us, we order a lemonade which we were told they had, they came back saying there actually wasn't lemonade. Then it was another 6 mins until they took our order. Food came out fast after we ordered but one of us didn't have a fork in our napkin wrap thing. We had to ask for one. Getting out waiters' (our Waitor was training a new guy) attention was ludicrous. The food was fine, the drinks were fine. If I could give less then one star I would. read more

we went there as they advertise a 6 dollar menu. we went around 2:45 a waiter came over stated it was his first day. i told him find everyone has a first day at some point. he came over with his trainer again after 10 minutes and we put an order in, then NOTHING i looked over at the two guys who were waiting on us took our order and noticed they put their coats on and LEFT! about five minutes later a young female waitress asks us if we need anything and i told her yes our food? as it had 30 MINUTES since our order went in and there were 5 employees in the restaurant that i could see the same number of patrons HORRIBLE service, it has been 5 years since i have been there it will be that long before we go back read more

I've been to IHOP more than I would like to admit but this is my second time at this particular location, Ihop as a restaurant it's three stars, this location gets four stars little bit better than what I normally get when I go the other locations. We had dinner there last night. It was 5:30pm and they were very slow (only 2-3) other tables. The service took forever. The food was good, but overpriced for the type of restaurant it is. The bathroom was disgusting. Someone had left an empty trash bag next to an overflowing can inside the handicap stall. Not sure why they hadn't just changed it. There was toilet paper and trash throughout the bathroom floor. read more
