    The drinks were yummy, food was out of this world delicious. The service was impeccable. The ambiance was nice, we sat by the fire. Definitely will be repeat customers.

    Lunch at Flint with friends from work. A great place to go for a holiday lunch. The hotel and restaurant are nicely decorated and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. We were able to get a booth across from the fireplace, with a view of Myrid Botanical garden. I ordered a pimento cheese sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very good. The pimento cheese had a little kick that I enjoyed. The french fries were excellent, maybe the best in OKC. One of my friends ordered chicken tenders with cream gravey. The tenders looked amazing and my friend shared. The chipotle chicken tenders were excellent. Loved the way they were breaded, seasoned and prepared. My other friend ordered the french dip. He said it was good, but messy to eat, falling apart. The tenders were $16. The gravey was a $1 extra. The pimento cheese sandwich was $14. The french dip was $18. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The atmosphere, the food and the service made for a lovely lunch.

    Went here on a Tuesday for breakfast. Was manageable to get in and parking was decent. Our server was so kind and attentive. She answered question and went above and beyond. The restaurant is SO cute and adorable. The food---large portions but 8/10 for taste. Not the worst but not the best ever. Would come back and try something else.

    The food was big portions but my food was cold .I went with a big group of 7 and they charged automatic gratuity and I had to go to the bar to get a drink .I sat at the table at least 10 minutes and didn't see the waitress .I feel like when they do auto gratuity the server may not care to do an excellent job because they are getting gratuity no matter what.i came in the south door and there is no one to seat you or greet you .the hostess is on the north side hidden ? Very strange vibe .

    We went for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were one of 3 tables of guests in the entire restaurant. We waited over 5 minutes to be greeted & another 5 to be seated. Our waitress was very nice & kind... it was her fourth day & she was working our table by herself. She took our drink order & then had to return to the table to tell us they were out of that wine. We ordered & she had to return to the table to tell us they were out of oysters. I settled for the crab cakes & a side salad. They were good, but not worth the cost. The restaurant is beautiful, but overall we left disappointed in our experience.

    Let's start with the good -- great ambience, great location near the Paycom, and solid service (plus the Christmas decorations are pure NYC elegance). Great place to gather pre-Paycom or post workday in the bar. The bad? The food was only okay. The skillet cornbread is GREAT; if you go there -- get it. The oysters - we were initially told they were out, then told they were not. Based on these being the smallest oysters EVER, I truly think they divided three oysters into six. The Tri pasta was solid; the cremini mushrooms in the dish were great and the pasta well cooked, but was swimming in so much over-lemoned wine sauce that I was only able to eat the top layer and leave the rest. I asked for no parm, and ...tons of fresh parm. No worries; I picked it off. The husband's chicken fried steak & potatoes were fine; just not memorable. Our server, although attentive, was clearly disinterested in serving. The wine list was extensive and varied; unfortunately the menu doesn't live up to the wine list and ambience.

    Today's dining experience was great. Food and service were good. I cleaned my plate! However, it took quite a while for food to be served. Chef Jeff checked on us and surprised us with the chocolate covered strawberries. He surprised me even more when he handed me a box on our way out! They are coming out with a new menu soon. Can't wait to be back!

    It's been a few years since I last went to Flint. The food has always been delicious, and the restaurant is beautiful. The new remodel, and new menu takes it to the next level. Garrett is an amazing server. He was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. Their manager Robin is absolutely top notch, she is the definition of hospitality. We were seated in the middle of the dining room so could see all of the action. Robin did not stop moving. She took the time to talk to each table, she hosted, ran food, helped clear, reset, and run food. Whatever her salary is...double it. She is a keeper. The spinach dip was something I will be craving now. That's going to be a staple on the menu. My only recommendation would be to serve it with a spoon and not a butter spreader/cheese knife. It was a bit awkward. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the salad with the slightly acidic dressing was the perfect pairing. The chicken fried steak was seasoned and cooked extremely well. The meat itself was equally as delicious. Finding a tender cut to use can be difficult sometimes. The dessert was a nice light cake with mangos (I think). Great end to a great meal. Can't wait to go back very soon! Thanks for a lovely evening.

    Came here for brunch a few weekends ago with a friend, and I absolutely adore the interior of the place. It's sooo so pretty! Think modern meets vintage but wonderfully executed. It'd 100% be cute for a night out, too, I bet! But let's get to the food! Prices are about alright, about on par with the other brunch places. Highlights were their potatoes on the chicken and waffles, and the French toast. Potatoes were nice and crispy, and French toast was super fluffy and thick. Loved those two! Avocado toast was a little odd. It needed something a little sweeter to lift the dish like a balsamic reduction or something. The kale salad on it was a little too acidic for my taste. The fried chicken on my chicken and waffles was a little too dry and needed a whole lot more seasoning, too. I think the fruit salad could also be a little fresher. Buuut - we had a wonderful waiter who catered to us great, and the team at Flint were very accommodating to us having our dogs on the patio. So the service is great! I do love the ambience, and I like the concept overall, so we'll come back for another try, perhaps someday.

    Flint has remodeled the entire restaurant and has recreated the menu with so many delicious new meals. I think the remodel looks absolutely amazing and their new meals have not disappointed, we loved every new one we try. High recommend stopping by for a drink after work or lunch to check it out.

    Made a reservation here for dinner with friends. It was quiet at about 8:30pm. Overall I was not impressed with the food. Found weird plastic in Crab Cake, will not be returning.

The Oaxacan Old Fashioned looked nice with the orange peel climbing out of the glass & had a really good aroma (I took a big whiff of it). The ginger beer was a spicy ginger beer & it was really good. With every sip, it was opening up my nostrils, it had some spice to it for sure. I tried my friend's Truffle Fries & it's something I'd order, especially if I wasn't as hungry & wanted a "snack". You can smell the truffle while the taste was real subtle. All in all, the place was chill. It was a nice wind down from leaving an art show & The Collective (I had no clue it turned into a clubbish scene on a Saturday... they were jammin' that night). My friend was a regular there, the individual who served us was super nice & friendly. There was whole menu to explore full of sandwiches, burgers (I want to try the South West Burger along with the Umami Burger) & all kind of other dishes to choose from. As much as I come down to OKC, I still get familiar with the scene more & more - R&J is added to the list of places that I'd return to. Both bartenders later apologized for their comments, but I'm unsure if they were genuine or trying to save face. All in all, if you're willing to explore untraditional cocktails with a cozy vibe, you should try this place. If you have a simple pallet, that doesn't need to be wowed, it's questionable if you should visit. If this review doesn't get me banned, I may give it another try. Happy drinking!
