I haven't been to ihop for 10+ years and had a craving for their hashbrowns. My husband and I came at around 1:30 PM and were seated right away, there weren't many other diners. The place was definitely a little worse for ware but what do you expect for an ihop. Our waitress immediately came over to take our orders. We probably waiting around 5-10 minutes and all of our food came out at the same time which I was surprised as each of them has different cook times. My eggs were cooked to the right temperature where the whites were crispy but inside the yolk was still runny. Pretty standard chicken fingers and fries. Bacon was crispy on the edges but still soft in the center. I wish my hash browns were a bit more crispy but it's okay. 3 dishes and enough leftovers for another meal at a reasonable price. read more

My dad and I met for breakfast. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and sat in a booth. Freda was our server and she was great. For my meal, I wanted to try the new apple french toast. I requested only one instead of two and they were able to do it as a side. My dad got the fajita omelet. When it came out I dug in and it was just ok. I much rather have their pancakes. The french toast is not for me. My dad said his omelet was ok. The bill of course was affordable. For some reason that I've since conveniently forgotten at the time of authoring this Yelp review, I vowed to myself 2-3 years ago that I'd never step foot into an iHop ever again. Unfortunately, the second Minions movie came out this summer and, thus, the Minion specials at iHop. I soon found myself back in the clutches of my sworn enemy. Gru's Evil Steakburger was wickedly delicious, like the jalapeños packed an unexpected but warmly welcomed punch. The Cinna-Minions tasted exactly as you'd predict: Dunkin's glazed munchkins except with a drizzle of cinnamon bun icing on top. Will I ever go back to iHop again? Not unless they add a third installment to the Minions empire. Am I angry with my recent experience there? Always have a good time & a good meal when coming here. We took advantage of the Adams Family menu & ordered Uncle Fester's Chocolate Shake & Gomez's Green Chile Omelet. Both were good. The omelet was my favorite. I didn't like that the purple whip cream looking thing on top of the shake was actually frosting. Too sweet. My only negative thing to say about my experience here was that the booth we sat in could have been cleaned better. My bench was covered in crumbs. Excellent new burger menu. We had the classic burger with bacon and unlimited fries and the brunch burger. Awesome. Burgers are literally 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick. Very difficult to open that wide you literally have to open wider then you do foe your dentist. Jaw is sore. Awesome thank you. Great server too. Almost on par with Shake ShackCrazy but actually true. Stoped By to try all you can eat. My flaps were a little boring. I should have had the buckwheats. Server was nice The host sounded like a drill sergeant yelling the name and party of 5 so loud my fillings fell out. After my all you can eat flaps had to got to bathroom. What's this? Yep, it's a hair. I don't think I need to say anymore except I found that disgusting thing at the bottom of a pancake plate, but if that were the worst part it would have been okay. Stuff happens. However, when I brought it to the attention of the waitress the response was "Okay". That's it. She said nothing else and just starred at me as if to say why I'm bothering her. Really? Not even an "I am sorry" or "Let me take care of this for you" or "get you another one". Heck, anything but just a don't bother me "Okay"! Thank goodness there was a good manager who made things right by offering an apology. We certainly weren't looking to get a freebie and expressed as much, nor did we accept one (she graciously offered) nor would we. Customer service is key and clearly it did not apply to our waitress. I support this establishment and give my stamp of approval. This specific location does a great job of being consistent. They are a great example and others should follow their lead. The management is very decent and staff is wonderful. My orders are always made correctly and the food is above average. Very clean food and nothing ever tastes rotten like other places. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service was bad everything was rushed like the waiter didn't even want to attend us. I'm not saying she had to engage with us but at least give us a moment of your time to order she walked away so quickly when she took our drink order we couldn't order our food with our drinks at the end of the meal we paid and still the waiter had the nerve to complain about the tip saying it was mandatory to pay. After they sat us, our waiter came by quickly and took our drink orders. Then quickly came back with our drinks and took our orders. He was really nice and attentive, didn't rush us at all. Food was good, I really forgot how good their buttermilk pancakes were. Someone else got an omelette and they're huge! Needless to say, brought lots of leftovers home. In regards to the menu, they revamped it since a few years ago. Calories are provided for each item, if you're into that type of thing. This location has gone downhill in service and wait times. 2 servers running a full house on a Friday 9am. 30 minutes from being seated to receiving coffee. You need to give yourself 2 hours to 2.5 hours for a complete meal service here. You would think that you are eating at a fine dining restaurant with the long wait times. If your start time of being seated is at 9am you will be done by 11am. This is not an exaggeration. Please give yourself adequate time if you dine in here. Additionally, this establishment has a bias and favors customers who know employees that they are served food sooner than you. Despite you being seated earlier and your table size being the same and your order being similar. So if you know someone who works here, you will be served a lot faster. The ratio of server to tables is overwhelming for the wait staff at this time. Overall, the restaurant industry may be having trouble finding employees and may be moving towards robot servers sooner than later. This location could benefit from robotic wait staff. read more

Although my wife and I had a great time here, they do not use maple syrup, and use pancake syrup which contains no maple syrup, and is not healthy at all. Their pancakes are amazing, and they have a lot of variety. For those not wanting pancakes, they do have a typical diner menu, for other breakfast items. I had the walnut, and banana pancakes, and my wife had her pancakes with chocolate chip. We both enjoyed, we would both go back, but the face that they don't use maple syrup gets them 3 stars... This place is highly discriminatory. Is it a crime to be single? I don't think so! Just because I needed a table for 1, they refused to sit me. They took three other walk ins just because they were 2 and 3 and 3. I sat there with no empathy or show of service. I then asked to see the manager who did not even apologize or explain but just plainly immaturely told me that I can't be sitter cos money spent by a bigger table is more than money spent by one person. Their pancakes are just as expected are very moist and flavorful. My favorite pancake is dulce de leche It's good amount of sweetness and it goes amazing with the hash browns as a side. They recently started doing burgers too and those taste good as well. They have a chicken burger with fajita veggies that is so juicy and flavorful. This is right across Costco and if you are waiting on your tire services a good place to hang out, have some coffee, breakfast etc. Like most IHOP's it can be crowded. Accordingly service depends on the time and day of the week. They need to clean the bathrooms well. Finding house-flies is not unusual. Food wise I don't think there is difference between IHOPs. They are all the same. What differentiates them is not food but service, cleanliness and location. (Parking is plenty, due to Costco parking adjacent to it, which is a plus since some IHOPs are in such a congested space and location parking at peak hours could be a problem. ) read more

We've been to several IHOP locations throughout the years, but this was my first visit to this location. We went for a late breakfast and all of us ordered breakfast. The menu seems to have changed a bit and I was tempted to try a burger, but went for a veggie omelet instead. All of the food that we ordered was well prepared, except for my omelet which was a bit over cooked and crusted. The wait staff was courteous and polite. The atmosphere was bright, cheery and clean. The day of my visit, their computers were down so they had to do all of the ordering and billing the old fashioned way. Even down to the old manual credit card machine!! The staff handled it well. The tables are sticky. The floors needed a sweeping. The wait times for food are ridiculous and today they comped us 20% off of our bill because they lost our order and only realized it after I complained that my grandchildren and I had placed our order 35 minutes ago. You can hear the waiters and waitresses arguing who will take care of our table in the back with 3 of the wait staff just staring at our table and yet not one of them came over. Then my son ordered the new cannoli pancakes with fried eggs and sausage. The sausage was still pink inside and we sent it back.
