I had the most disastrous service! Waited for 30 minutes for the server (Claudia) to come to acknowledge us, and when she did our happy holiday mood was spoiled by her nasty attitude. She didn't introduce herself, she didn't bring water, and probably forgot to put our order in. After another 30 minutes she finally decided to bring my party's food except for mine, which took another 30 more minutes to come in. The food was absolutely disappointing, and the Coffee had no taste; it seemed as if they would have put a few drops of water in a cup of dirty water. Our silverware had hairs in it, and the cups were dirty by the inside. When we ask to speak to a manager he also took forever. So what would have been a great breakfast experience that could have lasted 1 hour and had a great tip turned to be an almost 3 hours of a nightmare and a reason to not want to come back. read more

I usually don't write reviews on yelp but I was treated SO poorly by someone in their staff today. The place is madness as expected on a Saturday morning I went in to pick up my to-go order I had ordered online the cashier who was a guy in his 30s (same guy who called to confirm my order and ask me to bring in my ID as proof of pick up) gave me MAJOR attitude. He asked me for the name on my order I gave him it and then I picked up my phone because I got a call he made a face at me and said "HELLOOOO the name?" I repeated it but got my tongue tied this time and he started to ridicule me for getting stuck when speaking. He made a face again and threw the bag of food at me which now is all open and spilt! I was just at this IHOP with 7 of my family members and the servers were bickering over who was going to not get the table. So I arrived to the front are waiting to be seated. The hostess/waitress was going to put us in the back but then the waiters started to lash back. I guess they had just finished cleaning their stations and their shot was going to end and did not want anyone else. I have no patience for servers that start bickering in front of customers on who is going to wait on us. After they decided to sit us down on the table, the forced waitress continued to complaint about how unfair it is that they forced our table on her and then continues to complaint that they can skip other waiters but they can't skip her. Really, I have to hear this crap this early in the morning with no coffee served yet and I only have an hour to eat and drop off my family in the airport. UM YEAH HELL TO THE NO! , I got everyone up and told the waiters and the hostess: 1. We are not here to hear arguments at 5:30 Am 2. We will not take our chances with bad service since it appears that no one of them want to wait on a big table. 3. We don't want want to see the waiter's sour puss face taking our orders and we don't want to take our chances with what will be the crappiest customer customer experience. This was a horrible I-hop experience and I knew it was bound to happen from the time I walked in to the door and seen so many people standing waiting for service . First no one was by the desk to greet us as we walked in , this made it very hard to even put a request in for a table . When I finally got to an employee he gave me an attitude, this mad me very upset so I asked for the manager. It so happen he was so call the manager. There were a lot of people waiting, but after 2 minutes, we were all called in for tables. The problem started when the coffee mug had fresh lipstick on it, that I could wipe off with a napkin; not a dishwasher mistake. The waitress apologized profusely & quickly replaced it. been here couple times in the weekdays after 4pm for kids eat free time, never full or nearly full just nice and quiet and the same white lady attends to us, shes super nice! Recently came on a saturday afternoon and it was full had to wait 10 or so minutes to be seated. about the food, well i dont like how they do the eggs they put pancake batter i think, kinda gross and slimy! i had to mix them up with my potatoes and ham and add alot of hot sauce! will not be getting scrambled eggs again! If it was possible to give negative stars I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP and my last visit for sure. We visited this restaurant with a large group of 13 guests. When we took our seats they asked what we would like to drink and it took 25 mins just to get drinks as they served other customers who arrived after us prior to assisting us. We ordered our food with our drinks and requested that it come out as soon as possible, it took 45 mins for the first few orders to come out & half of them were cold or incorrect. There were at least 7 employees available to assist and only 1 was helping while others stood around on their phone or just stood there. When we requested to speak to the manager he stated that we were the "Minority" of people who would request our orders to be delivered in this manner. We were all young African American women so when we requested that he elaborate on what he meant by Minority he claimed it was never said. He did not assist with the multiple issues we stated & just tried to dismiss our party. He then began to get Rude so if you go there and see Gio just know he's not going to assist when you have valid issues. I verified the number and time of call and EVERYONE HAD AMNESIA. That kind of sucks right? So, I'm a little pissed but I put in my order. About 10 mins later I receive my order and I go. To my surprise, no hash browns. So I call and tell them that I want my order remade. When I get there, everyone has amnesia again. Manager did not notice us and took about 15 minutes to sit us down. When we sat down, MONICA didn't give us water and when we were eating she automatically gave us our checks, rushing us. When we ordered she gave us major attitude and that my friend couldn't order extra bacon instead of eggs. We couldn't order substitutes. The cupcake pancakes did not look good and the eggs and bacon did not look edible. We gave her no tip because of the terrible service. We had a group of people and she wouldn't let us all sit together. The place is cramped and smells weird. They left food under the lamp for about 10 minutes I saw when we were waiting. Where do I begin... I was seated and want acknowledged for 10 minutes. I ordered an iced coffee. I got a cold coffee with a piece of melted ice. Not good. It tastes so artificial. Ordered the crepe, eggs, hash brown, and bacon meal. It comes with two crepes so I asked for two more. I got two crepes that were perfect. I also got two crepes on a separate plate that had tons of strawberry syrup, it was leaking out of the plate (pretty gross looking and too sweet). My hash browns were too crispy and tasted a bit burned. I should have asked for eggs and bacon. I haven't been asked if everything is ok or if I need anything else. I've been waiting for my check for some time now. I can't stand bad service. Next time I see the guy with the large pearced/enlarged ear lobes, I'm turning around and going elsewhere. read more
