We went on Sunday for breakfast and it was very busy but thankfully we were seated quickly. We were attended by Amanda and she was amazing, she remembered everything we ordered without writing anything down. The food came fast and everything tasted great. read more

I stopped by IHOP during a low traffic weekday, with only a couple of tables occupied. At first, the staff didn't notice I had walked in, so I waited a few minutes before being seated. Once I was, the service was friendly and welcoming. Ambience was clean and quiet. My order took about 25 minutes to arrive, which felt a little long given how quiet it was. That said, the food made up for it- the sirloin tips are my favorite dish at IHOP. The meat was incredibly tender and beautifully presented. Between how good the food was and the friendly staff, the experience was worth it, though I'd suggest adding a bell at the entrance so guests can be helped right away. read more

Pretty standard IHOP experience. We came here on a weekend for a very late breakfast. The parking lot only had 1 open spot, but there were a few tables and booths open and we were seated right away. Our server was fast and friendly, she took our orders, our drinks were brought almost immediately and our food was served in about 5 minutes after we'd ordered. Breakfast for 2, + 1 coffee and 1 OJ was just over $35 before gratuity. The entire time we were here there was a line of servers at the kitchen to pick up food orders, and the method to IHOP's success seems to be fairly simple: Offer a relatively basic menu filled with favorites that the cooks can repeat over and over, and though we never felt rushed at all, the goal is to get customers in, get them fed and move them along to turn over the tables for the next group. I had the french toast combo with an OJ and everything I had was good aside from the hash browns - the top and bottom sides were browned from being on the griddle, but most of the potatoes inside were raw or nearly so, and they were relatively flavorless. read more

Food was delicious. And service is pretty great and the ambiance is also good too then

Had an issue where last year and I contacted the manager about it. Told me when I come back they'll be able to fix the problem. Well today I came back and the customer service was 10/10. Meylin was very attentive to me and my partners needs. The food was hot and very good. I'm glad they took the criticism on the cheesecake pancakes and brought back the original ones. Thank you meylin for excellent service. We'll be back. read more

IHOP was close to our Hotel and much cheaper than the Hotel Breakfast. They were busy and we only had a 10 minute wait. This restaurant could use some updating, it' small inside and we all were packed in like Sardines, the parking lot is tight too. Our Waitress was nice and attentive, the Staff friendly and food was good. read more

I'm tempted to give it a higher rating in nostalgia alone, since one of the last times I was here was after New Years Eve party at Karu & Y with friends. You'll see folks just coming out of a club and those getting off work. The setting is very much like that painting by Edward Hopper... The unlimited coffee pot is 5 stars. If you're like me, I took it with no cream or sugar. It's pretty much "bottomless" but at 5am that feels like something that deserves a Michelin award. Since even after a long late night I try to eat healthy, my main was their turkey bacon strips (4 strips of 120 calories). The flavor and crispiness were on par and hit the spot. Their blueberry pancakes were light & fluffy, and the blackberry compote (most likely not organic :) very heavily sweet but just enough of a sugar rush before getting home and back to bed. My server was pretty attentive, and the space functionally clean. read more

Missing items in order. 1 syrup for 3 pancakes with no butter. Terrible!!! The order comes with French toast and no French toast came.

*Alert* Don't go to this location! Service, particularly by Meme, doesn't even deserve 1 star. And the food, barely rates 1 star.

This place was disgusting. I got microwave mac & cheese, which was absolutely a shit stain on a Tuesday afternoon. Do you want this everybody anybody want to read the review read more

I visited this location in May with my husband because it was conveniently located close to our hotel in Miami. It is small and the seating is very compact. Essentially, it felt like we were at the same table as the couple who sat next to us. We could hear their conversations comfortably and they ours. There is no privacy, so depending on your preferences, this is a deal breaker. The place felt dirty. The cracks of the seats were filled with food from people who dined there previously, and in general it just didn't feel clean. The food took sometime but when it came it was hot and the portions were great. Neither of us were able to finish our meals. The waitress was ok, definitely nothing noteworthy. After we were finished eating, she took really long to return with the bill. The place was very full/busy so this was initially understandable, but after a while we were no longer patient because so much time had passed. We were eventually able to get her attention. When she brought the bill we informed her that we would be paying with a Credit Card. She asked us for the card so that she could take it to the cash register to swipe. Absolutely not! I have never been asked this before. It is certainly not a practice in the Caribbean (where I'm from) and I travel often and have never had it happen to me before overseas either. I informed her that I would instead take the card to the machine so that it could be processed. She agreed and we went to the register. I paid and did not include a tip, to which she insisted that I leave a tip and walked away. I don't just leave a tip just because. I tip based on service and her's just wasn't great - at all. Anyway, we decided to tip, but of course she was no where to be found when we wanted to give it to her, and our Uber was close. We were able to hand it over before going outside for the Uber eventually. As a side note, they offer free WiFi but it doesn't work well unless you're by the entrance door, and even then it's sketchy. We won't be back. read more

I'm sorry but this was a disaster of an error. I ordered a PROTEIN STYLE (no buns) burger I even said to the lady in Spanish we can not eat bread and I asked for SWEET POTATOES BECAUSE I CANT HAVE THE SUGAR IN THE REGULAR POTATOES. They served me a regular burger with a bun, no veggies inside of a ton of regular potatoes and no sweet potatoes m. ( I doubled checked to make sure they served sweet potatoes BEFORE I ordered she said YES, "si" is yes. I said "pap Dulce de la anaranjada". So? Both my husband and I cannot eat carbs/sugars or potatoes they served his meal ALSO with regular potatoes and tossed a couple of regular pancakes in the ordered Eve though I asked for gluten free. Then they served me the gluten free pancakes burning, burning to the point the box is melting and hand them to me I burn my fingers the box is MELTING' and she says oh yeah be carful the box is melting."? Please please @IHOP you need to standardize your low carb option for poorly on special diets, diabetics, gluten allergies, flour allergies, sugar alternatives. I received NO sugar free syrup even though I estates plain and simple we CANNOT have sugar in both languages. $30 dollars for me to eat the burger with not even fresh veggies inside. ( read more

What a GREAT IHOP! Came on early Saturday morning and expecting a long wait was pleasantly surprised when the hostess said ten to fifteen minutes. Within 12 minutes we were seated. Our waitress Anny, was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. She even gave my grandmother her own carafe of coffee. I am really not a milkshake person but this is the best milkshake I have ever had. The food came out in record time. The whole restaurant was very clean and the food was AMAZING. We ordered the breakfast platter, the quick two breakfast and they customized some delicious pancakes for us. We will definitely be coming more to this IHOP. Can't recommend it enough. And that concludes our IHOP experience. read more

ew this food is not good and is grossbecause i don't want any food in ihop anymore and for 111.00$ is mine

Horrible service. No one will approach you until you ask someone. I have never entered a place that has not cared to care for you. No one cared about asked what I'm there for. Just ignored me for at least 20 minutes at the host stand when I simply wanted to put a quick order ToGo. There were only 4 tables sat and the servers did not even care to be here nor care why me or my friends are here. Will never be coming back here read more

3-star food, 2-star ambience, 2-star service. A below-average outpost of a chain known for cheap food and cheap service, but convenient to the airport. Bizarrely enough for a chain not known for great food, the just-OK-but-cheap food is the only OK part of this experience. Lately IHOP has been running $5 specials (burgers, chicken sandwich, limited breakfast items), so the food is even more of a bargain than usual. This particular IHOP always seems to have angry, borderline personalities who give it an unpleasant, dangerous edge. And that's not even including the customers. LOL Seriously, it always feels like an outtake from a post-apocalyptic horror movie--complete with zombies, screaming victims and people attempting to flee--both inside and outside this IHOP. The ambience can best be described as "double-click the car locks and listen for the alarm activation beep" ...BUT it's convenient to the airport, and open 24 hours. read more

There is no doubt that IHOP s the best but during this pandemic it has been really disorganized. They have 6 tables under a tent outside so I decided to sit here better. Arrived at 9:15am after 10min decided to go inside to ask if they can send someone to assist me. After 5 min someone that looked like a manager came to ask me if I was being served so I said no another 5 min and someone came. Never got a menu, everything was brought out in pieces, coffee came and obviously got cold and had none when the food arrived. I fully understand the situation we are all facing but this place is always packed so why not someone assigned to this area only so people do not have to wait so much. read more

I've been here before and never expecting exceptional service or the greatest food. Stick to breakfast items is my recommendation. They make really good pancakes. Dinner, is just something missing there. Almost like of everything is out of a box or something. Just left here highly disappointed will probably never go to ihop ever again asked for crispy hash brown with onions they forgot the onions cooked them on the side and barely cooked them at that, hash brown looked nice on top but was under cooked they forgot my turkey bacon took extra time to bring it and it was like they cooked on each side for a second and served it the pancakes were like plastic I literally pulled them in half and had 2 full circles eggs tasted like 70%milk just disgusting after speaking with the manager I was asked if I made it known so they can replace as if everybody has nothing to do but sit at an establishment telling them how to cook and then at the end they gave me just 20% off not even $3 off my tab My 2yr old daughter didn't even eat her pancakes you know how nasty a pancake has to be for a baby to not want it Update both me and my baby got sick from eating here read more

I love the pancakes at IHOP ( double blueberry )and this is the only reason why once in a while I go there. This location it pretty busy and very small comparing to other ihop establishments. Service is a little slow but understandable due to the quantity of customers they have at all times. A small long wait to be seated and a bit longer wait to have a server. Food is ok , I got the veggie omelette and it was a little bit oily but that's because I forgot to tell my server not to make it like that. Mozzarella sticks are good, but they came out a little not to hot. Eat too quickly and got full too fast and had to cancel my blueberry pancake : ( nooooo!!! LOL Our server was nice, she brought new hot mozzarellas sticks when I made a comment about it. If you have time to spare, you can try this location. Enjoy your meal!!! read more

Came during a slow time. Waited about 10-12 minutes to be helped or acknowledged. The woman/hostess at the register ignored me and avoided eye contact at least 3 different times when I tried to politely say excuse me.
