We got a Biggie Meal with a Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger and Lemonade too. Started eating the fries and realized down the road that the dipping sauces were missing. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 59/100: I'm surprised ( I really should be) that Wendy's food and service stays consistent throughout the map... This location has friendly service and usually very fast, when compared to other Wendy's restaurants. Even getting our order wrong, the staff quickly fixed our order and apologized. Wendy's is probably the only , "fast food" restaurant that I enjoy going to and don't feel horrible about myself when I eat there. Lol! This is a modern, updated and clean Wendy's. There's a nice seating area along with some chaises next to a TV. Service is usually pretty good and consistently accurate. Lines are long during lunch hours but they move pretty fast. They often hand out small chocolates or candies to those waiting for their order. A plus for me is that they offer the multi drink self serve machines , which is always nice to customize your sodas. Condiments are always stocked. Napkins and utensils always available. Overall a nice example of what a busy Wendy's should still be. Great for a quick bite with a variety of options. Coupons are frequently available too. Location is also pretty convenient being at the corner of a major intersection. read more

Doors locked before closing time. Lobby hours listed on the doors say 10 PM we arrived at 9:45 and the doors were locked. Its 12:45a with no line and was hopefully attempting to get dinner as I was working all day non stop. I usually come here on a regular and only had bad food once but tonight took the cake. I was given a left over chicken sandwich had to have sat for hours on end. I returned it for another one and was told to wait in the parking lot. After 20 minutes, I went to check on my food that had not been and the staff was standing around talking as they completly forgot about me. I politely knocked on the window, returned the drink without taking sip and requested a full refund. I won't be going back and Wendy has lost a daily customer. This Wendy's gives priority to drive through. Expect to wait a long time if you walk in. Also saw one of the managers drive in to work in his corvette and what stood out was he parked in handicap space with a handicap sign on rear view mirror. Funny thing is he didn't look handicapped at all. Walked spritely and seeing him inside picking up boxes and the such with a lot of energy. Embarrassing for what looks like a very healthy person and manager of the establishment to be taking up a handicapped parking space. PS: Soda machines are broken 50% of the time. To my surprise this Wendy's is very different from others in terms of layout. There's multiple areas to see the menu's, one at the register, and one beside the register against the wall in a designated small area, all shown on TV's. Following that, there's a designated area to wait for your order where they put the orders needed to be fulfilled on a circle platform. The entire kitchen is completely in eyes view in this area which actually gives me and other customers confidence in their food quality. It's extremely clean and that's a huge plus. The meals are nicely presented by friendly staff and are well prepared. There's plenty of room to sit with booths and a fireplace like area as well that looks like it's destined for people to work at and use their free WiFi!! The place is always clean, the condiments stocked, and the food properly prepared. The fountain is great with a wide variety of soft drinks that can be selected electronically. It is fair to say that this place looks like a high-class Wendy's, so it easily deserves five stars. What this Wendy's has that no other Wendy's has is free wifi, a lounging area overlooking an electronic mock fireplace, and flat screens that display their entire menu. It gives this Wendy's a very sophisticated feeling but with the easy-goingness of a fast food joint. This place serves the same food as in all Wendy's, so I would like to point out that they serve the healthiest and most delicious salads of all fast food joints. I rarely rate fast food restaurants because most of them suck!!!! But this Wendy's is totally different than the other Wendy's I have visited. This Wendy's is totally remodeled. It has the regular tables, family style dining tables, and a lounge area with a flat screen TV. The cashier and team members are very polite. The food is .... well its Wendy's. But my kids like the Kids meal, my wife likes the strawberry lemonade and bake potato and I like their salads without the BleuCheese. This is the best Wendy's I have been to. They have tons of workers there during weekday lunch hours and they are very friendly. Long lines during the week, but they always move. Only Wendy's I know that offers free chocolate bars and candy for all their guests. The spicy chicken sandwich is delicious and the salads are great for a fast food restaurant. Watch out for the nugggets, they do taste funny or are hard sometimes. read more
