One would think that a dining business: International House of Pancakes would be able to provide a Breakfast meal that included "Pancakes" No others options were available me, so no meal for tonight. The food is good and what you expect from an IHOP. The service was decent and the restaurant is clean. I do have an issue with the volume of conversations between the staff. I now know way more personal information about some of the staff that I should not be hearing and the yelling across the kitchen and the restaurant is distracting and uncomfortable. They don't really seem to try, or have the desire to have quiet conversations. Probably will find another place to have my breakfast. read more

I love the food at IHOP and the service is usually good, but for the third time in three months I was told that I could not be served because they were closing early. This time it was because the cook wasn't feeling well and the two previous times it was because they were short-staffed. The same hostess/waitress each time. This place is outside reality. It took an hour for a pick up order to be ready past when they said it would be. They forgot food from the order and when we returned they forgot food again. People doing their best while living in a waking nightmare. The garbled sign at front of house should be all the information you need that you have entered the silent hill of ihops. read more

I have not been to ihop in years because of the same issues I had the other day when my child begged me for pancakes. When we entered I noticed the FLOOR. It was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened. Sausage and other food on the floor and dirty silverware under our table from previous guests. The food was terrible. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and had to remove the lettuce that was brown around the edges and wilted and the tomato that was soggy and starting to brown in the middle. The chicken itself has more breading than actual meat. I ordered the southwest scramble which I had to ADD onions, peppers, and mushrooms to since their idea of southwest of just a side of salsa with scrambled eggs and BROWN avocado. Luckily my child enjoyed his pancake and our waitress was very nice and saw how awful our food was and refunded 2 of our meals which is the only reason for having 2 stars. read more

I was a little hesitant to eat here by the review, but mostly it was bad service that was what most people complained about. We were greeted and seated immediately by a very friendly hostess. Our server Tania was quick to get us our coffee and take our order. She was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the breakfast sampler that came with bacon, sausage, ham, eggs and a pancake. I eat very small portions so the senior menu had smaller portions and it was still too much. I ordered it with no ham substituted with another sausage link. All was cooked perfect and tasted great. Husband got the big breakfast that was basically the same but bigger portions and it was all you can eat pancakes!! Usually when we've gone to other IHOP restaurants the tables were always sticky. This restaurant wasn't and very clean. We were surprised that there weren't more people in there because it was actually very good for a chain restaurant. We'll be back. read more

I gor the colorado omlet i was ok but i would bot recomed getting it but its REALLY big so you will probally habe to share it. Also the only have one type of hotsauce where's my CHULULA! 4 stars on the scale of franchise breakfast restaurants. We stopped in at prime time: late morning on a summer Saturday (July 28th '18). The place was packed, but we were seated right away, and the service was prompt and professional. I was legitimately surprised by how quickly our food was delivered, and all of our breakfast meals came out exactly as we ordered them. Given the poor experiences we've had at other such establishments over the past year or so, where steady decline seems to be a consistent theme, this ihop exceeding expectations is something to celebrate. read more

The best service I've ever received at an IHOP. Ronnie, the night manager, treated us very well. A group of 5 of us showed up at 9:30 and were the only ones in the restaurant. It's an iHop. You don't come for "regional flavor" , you come for consistency and because its close to shopping :) the service has always been good, the food is cooked the same as every other location, and the environment is clean, so, it is what it is, a decent chain, that's close, convenient, and you can make it your own way. (I won't get into the sugar side of this, as the same conversation can be said about all "chains", so that's not really relevant to the review system IMHO) we come here a lot because we can all get what we want and its close and consistent :) read more

Terrible. The worst IHOP experience ever. We were there on 10/11/2014 at 7:30 pm we had 7 people in our party including 2 kids. The restaurant had 5 tables with patrons. So not busy. Took a long time to get seated. Then had to give our drink order to 3 different people. Our waitress didn't know the menu at all. It took 55 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Toast was cold, pancakes were doughy, my wife's salad came with no dressing, no butter on my toast, meals sent out not complete. Everyone's hash browns were burnt on the top and cold and mushy in the middle. How hard is it to cook breakfast. Terrible not fit for a dog read more

I've honestly never had good service here. I always or someone in my group has cold food. The waiters and waitresses either are amazing or very bland and act like they have no experience. One of the main managers is just plain rude and I've never seen him smile. The ranch is pretty funky and makes me nervous to eat, it looks oily and is mainly served warm. I've never come in and been served warm hash browns; either cold or slightly above room temp. The food is pretty bland as well. Only come for the kids. I felt so sorry for the two wait people on duty. They were extremely busy and only had two people on shift. They were almost running to get from one table to the next. This lead to the food not getting out on time and our food was cold when we got it after waiting a long time for our order to be taken. I would suggest they hire more people especially on the weekends. I was hungry and did not want to wait for more food to be cooked so I ate it cold, I told the waitress about it and she took it off our bill.
