I've been stopping by this IHOP for a little over a year now and I have seen a consistent decline. The service has become slow and the food quality has been steadily declining also. The locals must be picking up on this too since it is rarely full of people anymore, guess the reviews work. My visit to ihop was decent the food come reasonably fast and orders are easily customized, however it wasn't very clean. The floors were covered in bits of food and kinds crayons in various locations covering the entire area. The cook got my wife's order wrong and gave her eggs that weren't even the style she asked for. And our waitress was attentive at first but once the food came we never saw her again until it came time to pay. Not even to refill our drinks. Me and a group of people came in to celebrate our last night of the play on a Saturday night. When we all sat down the waiter told us he wouldn't be able to serve us. He said we could get drinks and pancakes but that he would not be able to take other orders if we wanted a meal. read more

You know, whenever you suggest IHOP as a place to eat when going out with friends or family, they always say that you always have to wait long for a table and the customer service isn't great, however, I've been coming here when we go out to eat due to the fact that my kids love their fun combos ie: strawberry banana pancakes, or chocolate chocolate chip pancakes etc.. and I must say, compare me to the other breakfast places, the servers are more attentive, more friendly to my children, and a lot faster. I will admit, that the floors could be a little cleaner, but hey, you're not eating off of the floor.. I want to recognize one server in particular, Tonia F. It seems that we always end up with her as our server when we are here and she is great. She is attentive, quick, friendly, and seems to hit it off with the kiddos. We came in being told who our waiter would be. Waited 40 minutes for our order to be taken. Different server comes up to us complaining she had to get off of her lunch break early to help because our waiter was behind. Hilarious, considering we were one of about 6 tables, the other 5 about to pay and leave. Finally got our food, it was okay. Chicken fried steak and hashbrowns both tasted freezer burned. We attended this IHOP late one Friday night, about 90 minutes before they closed, because they were the only restaurant in the shopping area open past 9PM. Only one waitress serving customers, other two were busy vacuuming etc. Took almost an hour to receive our food (waffle, soup, burger), and when it finally arrived, it was all very cold. Saw our waitress at our table only 3 tables- ordering, dropped off food, dropped off cheque. Would have been nice to have a refilled beverage along with our cold food. Should have just ordered pizza instead, won't be going back. read more

Terrible! Sat there for over a half hour waiting for service. Food just wasnt up to par. Pancakes were hard, steak was overcooked and dry. Sandwich was not as described on the menu and I was given hardly any fries. Never again!!! read more

My husband and I were traveling from Spokane,Washington to Louisiana .had three grandchildren traveling with us. Service was horrible,food was greasy and cold. The children got their food about one hour after we arrived. My husband and I still waited. His came out next and we just decided to not except the food we had ordered. You never bring food orders out in bits and pieces. I have never experienced such a bad IHOP. The waiter kept saying the night crew is cursed over and over again. Terrible experience. Been sitting for at least 45 minutes, still no food. Would leave if I didn't have children to feed before we return home from our trip. They are so understaffed its ridiculous. I was there with my husband and two little kids and we had to wait so long for everything. We never got a drink refill and i didnt even want to try to ask because it would take so long and the kids were getting very impatient and cranky. Our server mentioned to us that it was only her and the cook tonight! They really need to hire more people so that their service improves. Although understandably slow our server did bring extra food for our kids and comped their meal so of course we left her a tip. We will think twice before going there again. read more

Had hair on 2 of our plates of food this morning. The polish sausage was not cooked and was put on the plate cold. The waitress stacked the plates and one of the pancakes was smashed into the bottom of the other plate. This place is HORRIBLE. The service at this restaurant has always been bad but when the kids want pancakes it's normally worth the wait. The waitress took one meal off of our ticket because of the hair we found in the butter. I don't recommend and won't be going back! read more
