    Greasy burnt turkey bacon

I stop at lots of IHOP's across the country and this one does not hold up to the rest . Although both the strawberry banana and the blueberry pancakes I got were very good above average from other IHOP's my sons burger and my turkey bacon were not on par Service was slow but waitress was very friendly and busy Still I will return to this IHOP nothing was a deal breaker and it might have just been an off night 3.5/5 Maybe next time they will redeem themselves on my turkey bacon and my sons burger . If they improve the pancakes I would be amazed since they were already pretty darn good

IHOP on Park Woodruff Drive in Greenville is a great place to go for all things breakfast food any part of the day. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Ok, I'll keep this short.... Typical IHOP food, hit or miss depending on the location. This location wasn't too bad. What did them in for me and my family was: the Crepe drowning in Nutella and the hair in my coffee cup! Our server "pre-poured" about 1/2 cup of coffee, set it on the table, walked off. When I grabbed the cup to have a sip....bam! there it was. I normally let that go, get a fresh cup (which she did) however, no apology??

I met a group of friends at IHOP for breakfast this Saturday morning. The hostess was kind enough to allow us to move tables as I wasn't sure of the group count. As we got settled in and people started showing up our server was very good about checking in to make sure each person got in their drink orders. Our orders were taken and the food came out in a timely fashion. I ordered the Bacon, Sausage, Eggs and Pumpkin Pancakes. Everything was cooked as requested and tasted great. The Pumpkin Pancakes were particularly good, they are a seasonal item, so I'm glad I was able to give them a try. The IHOP was clean and the staff were attentive, the only real issue here was the poor cashier. She was at the register with a waiting room filled with people waiting to check out. She wasn't slow, it looked like too much was being expected. (check people out, answer the phone, and take to-go orders). Though the check out line was too long, it only took about ten minutes.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon at 12:00 PM--perhaps a bit early for live music or games. Nonetheless, we found a full bar, a classic American menu, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. Located on Woodruff Rd in the Five Forks area, Bullwinkle's is situated directly across from Publix and behind a strip center, literally occupying the ground floor of a Great Spaces Storage building. Parking here is plentiful. The decor reflects the typical vibe of a sports bar/restaurant, with TVs mounted throughout, all tuned into a variety of sports. During our visit, college football, golf, soccer, and baseball were all on display, with the Manchester vs. Chelsea soccer match attracting a notable crowd. While the restaurant is one large space, its layout allows guests to find tables or seating areas that offer a sense of privacy. The menu includes all the expected favorites: pizza, calzones, wings, burgers, and a diverse selection of other items. The pizza is particularly popular, and they boast an extensive craft beer list. Our server was busy but attentive, and the food was quite good--though I would suggest cooking the wings a bit longer for optimal flavor. Although Bullwinkle's is a little off the beaten path, it's definitely worth a visit!

My wife wanted good fries, which for her are thicker fries, think Five Guys and not McDonalds or smaller. So, we hit up the Ale House. This is a definite sports bar in a large and airy space with a large rectangular bar in the center, booths along the walls and plenty of table seating. There is also space for outdoor seating on a covered porch, weather permitting. I counted 24 big screen TVs spread around with three on each side of the rectangular bar, one on the end. The music was straight up rock music, not soft rock or country rock, just rock, like Rock 101 style (mostly 70's-early 80's). Seated pleasantly, immediately. But had to wait near five minutes for any further attention. It wasn't that busy, but there wasn't that much help either. Shiela took good care of us, once she got started. The only service glitch was when the food arrived (17 minutes from ordering) the side of fries was forgotten. Initially, a bummer. But it was also immediately noted by Shiela as she was serving the food. Turns out it be a good thing. We had to wait 7 minutes for the fries to arrive, but they were piping hot and crisp straight from the fryer. Shiela told us the cook chose to drop a new batch, which Shiela also said was a good thing since the fries get a little lumper and greasy if they sit for a while. Which makes sense. But these were top marks on crisp outside, fluffy inside textures and flavor corresponds. Wings were very good but on the small side. No lemon pepper but the Carolina sweet BBQ were good. I tried the new special, something like a French onion dip smashburger. It was a smashburger, one patty, no lettuce or tomato or such, cheese and a melted slice of Swiss cheese on the top of the burger bun. Served with a side of what they called a French onion au jus but was really their French onion soup without the bread and melted cheese. I imagine some guy in the menu development department got to thinking about the French dip sandwich concept and that led him to think about French onion soup and then since he's been watching a lot of the Food Channel a mashup idea began and the smashburger winds up in the mix because it is a recent trend. A French dip/onion soup smashburger. It tastes alright, but conceptually, it doesn't go together palette wise or aesthetically. The burger is served with a steak knife, because it also looks questionable as to whether one should or can pick up the burger - it looks messy. But doable. It's just the flavor combo didn't hit, too much clash with the burger from the onion soup. Barring the fries mishap, this was okay. I bet it would be awesome if I were in my 20's and I bet my sons would be crazy about this place on a Football Saturday in the fall. Not bad, but "not my bag, baby!"

The atmosphere is very inviting... clean lines.... clean restaurant... terrific attentive service. We looked for a restaurant in the Greenville area that offered vegan and non vegan options. So this fit the bill. Richard said the veggie burger was a bit too soft for his liking. I say that in reference to a vegan burger we had in Berlin that was quite meaty in texture. I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. Our daughter had the Brussel sprouts, which she said were delicious. Serving sizes are good!!

I had the yuzu/truffle wings as am entree, the table shared the duck empanadas. My husband had oysters Rockefeller, my cousins had the quinoa fried chicken and the pork chop. The wings were a huge let down , there was no yuzu flavor and the wings were drenched in truffle oil which barely had flavor. It literally tasted like plain oily wings. The waitress recommended this dish and it made me question if she had tastebuds. My husband thought the grilled oysters were just okay. My cousin with the quinoa fried chicken said it was kind of weird- I tried a bite and agreed- quinoa needs to stay off fried chicken....great idea but it was a swing and a miss for us. They gain one star because my other cousins pork chop was really good and she couldn't stop raving about it.
