really? It was a chaotic experience. The manager, I guess that's what she was? Kept barking orders to her employees, it was a busy time but don't take your anxiety out on them. They were doing the best they could, in the moment. I rated one star but not the rank and files rating. They did terrific. Yelling and demeaning is not an effective leadership tool. Fried Chicken and Biscuits. They do both extremely well. We pulled in the night before Thanksgiving and a lady was there to pick up her thanksgiving order! Who knew? I was driving the family and decided to go with a bowl. While it was perfectly adequate, they are a fried chicken place, so just go for the chicken. The chicken is always hot, crispy & delicious. I am a student at Dorman high school and on the way back to school me and my sister stop at bojangle. We pulled up to the speaker where we were greeted with an attitude. Then the lady refused to take our order. Finally when she takes our order she starts getting smart and cusses us out. We pulled to the window when she told lies saying we had cussed her out. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said they would replace it, gave her my name, told her I would back this evening, which I did. My other stop on the road was for something other than normal fast food. So fried chicken was our decision and it ended up a great one. We ate outside because we have a dog and did not want to eat Fried Chicken in the car. That was a little bit of an issue and we felt a little weird camped out on the curb near the drive thru eating. No outside seating at all. Even a little table and chairs or picnic table would have been great.
