I love a good Jersey Mike's sub. This particular location is exceedingly welcoming, clean and fast the young man who prepared my sandwich was Duane and he is an asset to the business. As a business owner myself, it is exceedingly difficult to find young people who are friendly, polite, and competent. The staff is always good here and the sandwiches are always great. I'm not sure if this institution really cares about reviews but the customer service that I received could have been better. There are a few young guys in there that probably would need training in that area. They claimed they did not see my order in the system until much later and asked me to move out of the line because I just placed my order. The young man at the window did not seem too pleased when I told him that my husband ordered through Uber. He also was talking amongst his other workers about me I could tell. The place looked clean and the food is good, but you don't get all-around experience that would urge a five star review if that makes sense. I think they should do better to hold up the name. read more

Be very cautious when ordering 'Mike's Way'. Some of their sandwich makers will douse your sandwich with Mike's sauce, making it too soggy to even hold. read more

Disappointed in my pickup order. Ordered 4 subs, which only 1 was made correctly. Got a giant #4 sandwich, as is, and it was prepared with only a few very small slices of turkey, mayonnaise, and tomato. Also ordered 2 little Tom #4's without lettuce, tomato, or mayonnaise and the sandwich was missing cheese. Did not realize the subs were made incorrectly until we arrived home. read more

I walked in to a dining room with about 5 people in line. I watched as each customer was asked if they were happy with their sandwich before the employee moved on. My girlfriend got the best Italian shes ever had and I had a delicious classic philly. I seriously commend the staff on every mark; their efficiency, attention, and the care of their craft made this experience fantastic for me. read more

I've tried both cold and hot subs, and both have never disappointed! Staff was really kind, attentive and friendly. Service and order were spot on, and food was refreshingly fresh. Store was clean, organized and lots of natural light (I hate dining in dark restaurants). Only downside was their soft drinks were low on syrup and carbonation...they were all very flat. My husband and I live in Duncan South Carolina and have ordered from this Jersey Mike's location several times. The last three times we've ordered, only one of the orders was correct. The first of the three orders was a large order and we waited over an hour for it to be delivered. I finally called and told them that our food had not arrived. The young lady that I spoke to told me that they thought the person that picked up the order was from DoorDash and basically our food had been stolen from the store. This manager said that she could refund the cost of our dinner and it can be remade but it can't be delivered again because they're delivery stops at 8:30 p.m. I had to come and pick it up through their drive-thru window. The second time we ordered it was perfect which was a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I decided to order a giant sub for my husband's lunch for the next two days from working at the hospital and the sandwich was delivered but it didn't have the double meat, cheese, and bacon, which was NOT even on the sandwich, as requested and paid for. I called The store after unwrapping the sub looking to see what was actually in it. The cheese was stale, the bread was soggy, there wasn't ANY extra meat or cheese, AND THERE WASN'T ANY BACON AT ALL!! When I spoke with and associate from the store she told me that she had sliced all the extra meats and cheese herself and put it on the sandwich. I took one section of the sandwich and separated the layers prior to calling. There were 2 pieces each of turkey, ham, and cheese only! She told me I can bring the sandwich back to the store and I could get a new one. I told her to refund my cost for this sub and I'll try up some bacon and put it on the sandwich myself. Which, I did last night, 3/1/23. I was VERY disappointed and angry regarding this situation. This location needs a seasoned manager that can correct the poor quality of service and food ordered. read more

This is a great Jersey Mike's location. All orders are quick and the best part is the drive through! The only frustrating part is that you cannot order at the drive through. They always say in app and pickups only. App doesn't have full menu so if you have a kid you have to go in to order a kids meal. Otherwise, much better than other choices nearby. read more

I don't write a review based off my first experience. People have bad days and million other things however this jersey mikes is hands down the worst in the Carolina's for absolutely every reason. Always making cold and hot subs wrong even when it's a standard order. Everyone's just staring off into space and the presentation is devastating. After numerous attempts I've learned my lesson. I'd go to subway before I go to this jersey mikes. That should say it all. Who's the manager ? Who's the store owner ? Knowing how Mike is this is not what you want him to see.
