Our coffees were really very good. If you read my reviews, you'll see a trend. Apathy kills the experience. Here we encountered 3 young (teens/early twenties) girls on their phones who really couldn't have cared less about the fact that we didn't just happen to be in the area and dropped in. We specifically chose Bella because it seemed to be a nice little locally-owned small business, which is our preference on where to spend the money that we work hard to earn. It's disappointing to see that the staff doesn't recognize that there are lots of places from which to choose. If you just want a nice coffee, give it a shot. If customer service matters, skip it. read more

Visiting Spartanburg, SC area and was looking for a cold coffee beverage on a hot June day. Stopped in Bella Latte and asked for a recommendation, employee recommended a Snowflake which is frozen coffee with white chocolate and spice brown sugar. Absolutely delicious, one of the finest frozen coffee drinks I have ever had. Employees are great, the wifi is extremely fast and tables and chairs are comfortable to relax, work or chat. read more

This was one of my favorite coffee places I've been to. I travel a ton and this place was fire. I got a frozen blackberry mocha and they put an espresso whipped cream on it and it slapped so hard I went back 2 more times while I was in town. 12/10 recommend this spot. The Duncan, SC location is awesome. I have been going here for coffee for over 2 years now and the service is always great!!! They are super friendly, they always make my coffee taste amazing. I always order something different and each time they have never failed me. They give recommendations on new flavors and they just always are on point. I love this location and all the employees. Drove by this place a few times and finally decided to stop by. The people are great which makes it a great atmosphere. I do know the make fresh baked goodies because while I was there they were pulling out a fresh batch of Sour Cream Cheese biscuits. The beans they use are quality and are from different regions. I didn't ask where they get them from, but I guess it doesn't matter because I finished my cup and had a big smile. If you are in the Duncan area, it's off of Interstate 85 exit 63. Good stuff. My family and I evacuated to Greenville to escape Hurricane Irma so we had time to explore the town. We came across this cafe and it was delightful! We were warmly welcomed by the staff who were nothing but kind and attentive. The lattes were delicious. They also had a nice assortment of pastries. The cheese danish was very tasty. If I ever make it back to Greenville, Bella Latte is definitely on my list of places to visit. read more

We decided to try Bella Latte for the first time. The good: the cafe is clean and looks nice, and the coffee is good. On the downside: I had a ham sandwich on a croissant, and I am sure it would have tasted good IF there was any amount of ham on the sandwich at all. Thinly sliced ham and there was about one and a half slices on it - so you could taste the sweet mustard but that was it. I've never been served a sandwich with so little meat. Lastly, when paying over $2 for a cup of coffee, you'd expect free refills - not here. This cafe wants to be something more than it is, but you can't skimp on stuff like this, people won't come back. If you're looking for coffee or a specialty drink this may be the place to go, but to sit and have a morning coffee and breakfast - maybe not the best place. read more

Love their coffee, it has a distinct bold flavor. They also carry almond milk which is amazing, it is becoming much more popular and more places should have it! On the down side, I rarely go because it is a little expensive, I'm not the type of person to spend $4+ on coffee everyday...but it is a welcome treat after a long day of work! read more

When I first found this place about three years ago it was actually really good coffee. I don't know what in the world happened but this place has been a let down for the numerous times my mom and I have went this year. They always overheat the soy milk (which makes it taste sour and terrible) and they hardly ever get our order decent enough to drink. Putting all of this beside, I decided to give it one more try the other night. I ordered a soy hot chocolate only to be greeted with a mouthful of overheated sugary soy milk. I even had my mom to try it and she spat it out. There was no chocolate in it once so ever. I have completely given up on this location and would not recommend to a friend. The coffee is way overpriced and not worth any penny you would pay for it. Another thing that I really do not like about this coffee shop is that your coffee price depends on the person behind the counter that day. One day a large coffee may cost five dollars but the next day it may cost upwards of six dollars and something. (Don't use this review to consider the one in Spartanburg. The one in Spartanburg is actually pretty good even though there are better and way more affordable places to get coffee in Spartanburg.) read more
