Visit was meh. The lowest energy I've ever seen in servers-the next level would be them sleeping. Our server stater right off the bat how tired she was. A lot of time she was gone flirting with the men at the bar. When we finally got her attention, I ordered boneless wings which were nugget sized and tasted like chewy rubber. SO much sauce I had to wipe it off before eating. Ugh. Less is more! The mozzarella sticks were good but their marinara tastes like ketchup. My partner ordered traditional wings and enjoyed them. I feel like this place has gone down a ton. Portions have gotten smaller. Food is fried in dirty old oil . Has all the signs of a failing restaurant. The quality of food is worse than Applebees. Servers/ barters are always sitting on the customer side of the counter making it look as you're annoying them when you need service. The place is super clean where it can be. This place serves very good bone in and boneless wings! They are my favorite in my hometown and I prefer them to Zaxby's which I also love! I am sorry to say the most disappointing and disgusting food I have had in a long time. Way over priced. I order 2 wedged Buffalo chicken salads, And this was not the charcoal cleanse I had in mind, meaning the chicken was way way over cooked it was burnt beyond! literally charcoal. It wasn't a whole wedge. I took a picture of the cheese I found on the salad, unbelievable a few shreds, Did NOT come as described on the menu. I would never order this again lesson learned!!! The wings were nuggets with sauce drizzled on them, they weren't even tossed in the sauce. We were provided plastic forks and no knives. Awesome service Sunday evening. We had mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and wings. These may just be the best wings we've had! They were perfectly cooked and very meaty. Onion rings were great and hot and crispy. May have to get some to go when we leave tomorrow for Raleigh. SLOW Please, don't come here if you're in a hurry. It took forever to be acknowledged when we walked in the door. It took forever for them to pull tables together. It took forever to get our drinks. It took forever to get our appetizers. It really took forever to get our food and guess what? It took forever to get our checks. Green bean fries was the only edible thing I ate. My boneless wings had a minuscule amount of sauce drizzled over them, leaving half of them as chicken nuggets with absolutely no sauce. I was going to let it go until I bit into one with sauce and it was rubbery inside. The manager actually took it off the check since I was only able to eat 1 of 10. My husbands wings had sauce puddles at the bottom of the basket with the WRONG sauce. My grandmothers fries were cold My moms wings were nuggets also with no sauce. My brothers chicken wrap was apparently awful as he took a couple of bites and pushed it to the side (he's 15 and eats everything he can get his hands on) Our server was fine until we complained about the food and then her entire demeanor changed. 5 of us went to this restaurant for dinner. Had wings, burgers, and BBQ sandwich. All with fries. Food was good and was served fairly quickly. No issues with food quality. Nothing spectacular but good. Service was good. Our waitress came around to check on us frequently. I'd recommend this restaurant and will return. read more

I really don't know why this place gets such a bad rap. The food is actually not that bad. The problem is the staff. I do not know who trained the server's, the hostesses, or the bartender but they would be better off working at Dick's restaurant. They happened to be like the slowest, the least mannered people, you can find. I know this place is in Gaffney, but come on there are better people out there that can work at a restaurant and not be rude to the customers. The biggest issue I have with this places how slow the service is, how rude the staff is, and how long it takes to get your food. Because the food is overall pretty good. read more

I'm not gonna lie I was hesitant about going here because of all the bad reviews... but we decided to go anyhow and try it and can I just say all those reviews are wrong. I ordered mild boneless wings with fries and we also orders some fried pickles and it was all good. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the fries and pickles were delicious! I've went here twice since they opened the first time our waitress was extremely rude and we waited forever on our food. Then management staff was very kind and gave us coupons to return. We went back last night and the same girl was supposed to be our waitress instead she never came and another waitress working another section picked up our table and was very kind. My girlfriend and I wanted a burger and some ribs , so we decided to give wings etc a try. BIG MISTAKE!!! I ordered wings and rib dinner plate and she ordered and bacon burger. Once the food came out, I didn't get all my sides and the food was extremely cold so we basically waited for cold food. I asked for silverware to cut my ribs and she gave us plasticware. I finally walked back up to her because she never once asked if we needed anything and I told her I can't cut ribs with plastic, can I please borrow a knife from the back to cut my ribs. I finally got the knife after waiting. As I was about to bite the wings I noticed it wasn't the wings I ordered. I brought it back to my waitress attention and I asked her if I could get what I ordered and she legit pick my entire plate/tray up and walked it to the back besides just bringing me the wings out. I finally had enough and asked her could I speak to the manager and she was the manager, it was a complete waste of time, I asked her if I could have fresh food because at that point I didn't know what happened or where my food went. She said they would make my food fresh and she apologized then got back on the phone. I finally just told her to just make everything "to go" I paid my bill and left. Got home to eat and guess what. That fresh food that I patiently waited for was the same ribs that I cut up and the sides were terrible so bad it made my gf almost gag. read more

They charged $0.69 for ranch dressing that I didn't even ask for. Doesn't most wings come with ranch or blue cheese dressing? The hostess was terrible and unorganized. Lost three customers plus those that will be affected by word of mouth in Gaffney, SC which doesn't take much. I thought the first couple of times were due to the lack of training and being new. All I can say is "wow!" Wow, what a disappointment. I was in town and met a local friend at Wings. I was pretty impressed when I walked in. Nice setup, good TVs, etc. But it went down from there. It took 10-15 minutes to get an initial service from the bartender. Then when we mentioned our wait, the girl said she was the manager and the bartender was busy covering the whole bar because they had 3 servers call in sick. About 5 mins later, we got our order in. The boneless wings were nothing to write home about with just abit of sauce spooned over top, not tossed like a good wing would be. The worst part is I ordered some celery with blue cheese on the side. I asked for the 10 piece basket. Well, I'm used to getting sections of celery stalk. This place actually took one piece of regular celery and sliced it into about 5-6 slices. They slices were so then that they were curled up. Pathetic. The final nail in the coffin for me was my friend said he didn't get his celery with his wings. The bartender walks in the kitchen and comes out with 2 slivers of celery in her bare hands, reaches over the bar and drops them on his plate. WTF!!! I've never seen anything quite that disgusting.
