I've been here a few times and it's alright. Food has been good each time but the wait staff doesn't seem to put much pride into what they do. This is a typical sports themed restaurant with a bar. Yes the wings are good but I hate how expensive it is to buy wings when you're out. Yes I know everything is, but I had to, it's the dang name of the place! Went to this location on June 21st 2025 about 415 while they were a little busy, they only had one side of the restaurant open. Im a handicap veteran and I'm unable to sit a hightop table due to injuries. They stated they didn't have a server for the booth side even though its a few feet away. The food is excellent. I really have no complaint with the food here. However, last time we tried to come at 8:00 pm, we were told we couldn't eat there because they were no longer cooking any food. They close at 9:00 pm. It's a bit deceptive to say you close at one time, but if you come an hour before closing you can't eat there. Again, I liked them. The sauce was mediocre, I like xtreme hot and Teriyaki type sauce, I went with the "Say it aint Tso" and the "Me-So-Spicy". I was just experimenting, both sauces were very sweet. I did not try the Terikayi, but I would of thought the Teriaki would be very sweet, the Say it aint Tso to be a mix of sweet and hot and the Me-So-Spicy to have some burn. Again, not bad stuff, just a little to similar to each other and way to sweet for my taste. In conclusion, why only a 3 star? I spoke to the server and asked how much does bottle beer cost, She replied 3 or 3.50 saying i am not sure. About 2 minutes later she says she is the manager (oh my). The food was overpriced and the preparation was poor. Burgers over cooked and so were the wings. The wings came to the table with no sauce. "the Manager said "it must have run off" i said there isn't any sauce at all. she did put sauce on them. So to conclude, the food was cold, over priced and the staff was not "bringing their A game". The reviews of this place are surprisingly mixed. My first experience eating here on 8/13/2016 was a rather great one. Our personal waitress was on point; for instace, when I asked her for a cup to go, she filled more tea. Their wings are really good; they are crispy (which I like) and the hot sauce is on point. I have also tried their "wall" (hottest) sauce and Asian flavors. The Asian flavor reminded me of Buffalo Wild Wings' "Asian Zing" sauce. As for the Wall wings, the description of the heat on these wings is the slogan for Vans--"Off the Wall!". Yep. Definitely some dominating heat on these. I like their curly fries, although they are same kind you can buy at the grocery store. In my opinion, this is a good stop to eat in Shelby. I really like Wings, Etc. The wings are really solid. Our go to are the 'tweener' wings which are Buffalo wings with the heat between the hot wings and medium wings. Our experience with the full menu is a little limited as we usually just grab wings to go on Monday nights when they have their special which I think is 60 cent wing night. I can't remember ever having an issue with order accuracy or poor service. The only issue I can ever remember having is when I once said my name was Dan when I came to pick up my order they couldn't find it and then the girl up front said "Oh! Your name is Dan! Here's your order. On the phone I thought you said your name was Gan" to which I said "Who the hell would name their kid Gan?" And there was a real akward moment between us and now I ask my wife to pick up the Monday night orders. Great place, great wings. We recommend it read more

Last time I did take out the girl at the front managing the counter was also stuck taking care of three tables. I had to wait for her to take of drinks for the other tables before she could give me my food. I don't care for any of the food besides wings. The wraps are bland and the sandwiches are pretty boring. Some of the sides are decent but not enough to recommend this place. Had never heard of this chain before going to this one. The decor is a bit too "in your face" for my taste. Has a college town kinda feel. The servers are good and friendly. Don's Italian used to have the best wings in town (RIP is now the new Taco Bell). Wings ETC seems like they really take pride in their location and its presentation. They reminded me of Tysons frozen boneless wings that you find in the freezer section of your local grocery. I also got a order of fried mushrooms. That's the good. The bad is the food. It's FROZEN. I ordered "boneless" wings, which are simply glorified chicken nuggets. Hard as a rock. I had them in hot buffalo and the bottom layer was literally swimming in it. I also ordered fries and they were HORRIBLE. Just shoestring FROZEN fries. It's the same thing that you get at Appleby's and most every other sports bars. I did see the wings and they were the typical tiny wings every bar serves. Very impressed with the floor staff during my visit, will be visiting again very soon! Our server, Paige, was an absolute doll - even with our ridiculous demands. Unfortunately, management was no where to be found (I didn't catch management's name, but it started with an 'M'), as I wanted to brag on Paige for her outstanding service. This was disappointing to know management would rather hide in the back, than help floor staff and assist with guest concerns.
