I've been here a few times and it's alright. Food has been good each time but the wait staff doesn't seem to put much pride into what they do. This is a typical sports themed restaurant with a bar. Yes the wings are good but I hate how expensive it is to buy wings when you're out. Yes I know everything is, but I had to, it's the dang name of the place! The wife's mixed drink was on the weak side, so I expect they are making a nice profit there. Overall it's alright, I enjoy many other restaurants in Shelby over this one. I ordered takeout and the food was extremely disappointing. It honestly reminded me of hospital food. The Buffalo chicken wrap was soggy and looked as if it had been dropped on the floor. The fries were cold, and there were no sauces, forks, or napkins in the bag. The wings were undercooked, cold, and looked old. The place has a very good local bar vibe as you walk in but that quickly turns into disappointment and regret for coming here. Shelby has very few actual restaurants that I would recommend. So this comes as no surprise but after 4 visits this place is now off any list. Wings. Dried out. Blue cheese was watered down soup. The wait staff and workers are in the "don't give 2 $Hit$" mode. I called today around 1pm. I asked if they have Amazon TV bc the Thursday night game is on and my friend is a fan of one of the teams. She (Hillary I think) said yes, the games on. Went to this location on June 21st 2025 about 415 while they were a little busy, they only had one side of the restaurant open. Im a handicap veteran and I'm unable to sit a hightop table due to injuries. They stated they didn't have a server for the booth side even though its a few feet away. Pretty discouraging and im not one to point out the obvious. Just decided to take my business elsewhere. I wont be back. read more

We sat at the bar and received great service from the bartender, she was knowledgeable and very engaging. All meals were delivered timely, hot and as ordered. Wings were delicious. My husband and I decided to try this wing place on Saturday. To our huge disappointment their wings were atrocious. It's so disappointing that they carry the names wings etc. but did a terrible job with the wings. The wings lacked any type of seasoning flavor. Not flavorful had nosing and no taste. The food is excellent. I really have no complaint with the food here. However, last time we tried to come at 8:00 pm, we were told we couldn't eat there because they were no longer cooking any food. They close at 9:00 pm. It's a bit deceptive to say you close at one time, but if you come an hour before closing you can't eat there. The wings themselves are on the crispy side, which is fine by my standards, I like crispy wings, but any other wing joint, you would have to order "extra crispy" to get them this way. Again, I liked them. The sauce was mediocre, I like xtreme hot and Teriyaki type sauce, I went with the "Say it aint Tso" and the "Me-So-Spicy". I was just experimenting, both sauces were very sweet. I did not try the Terikayi, but I would of thought the Teriaki would be very sweet, the Say it aint Tso to be a mix of sweet and hot and the Me-So-Spicy to have some burn. Again, not bad stuff, just a little to similar to each other and way to sweet for my taste. In conclusion, why only a 3 star? I stopped by on 9-7-19 to get a bite to eat and have a beer with my brother. Shelby Nc location We sat outside enjoying the evening . I spoke to the server and asked how much does bottle beer cost, She replied 3 or 3.50 saying i am not sure. About 2 minutes later she says she is the manager (oh my). The food was overpriced and the preparation was poor. Burgers over cooked and so were the wings. The wings came to the table with no sauce. "the Manager said "it must have run off" i said there isn't any sauce at all. she did put sauce on them. So to conclude, the food was cold, over priced and the staff was not "bringing their A game". The reviews of this place are surprisingly mixed. My first experience eating here on 8/13/2016 was a rather great one. Our personal waitress was on point; for instace, when I asked her for a cup to go, she filled more tea. Their wings are really good; they are crispy (which I like) and the hot sauce is on point. I have also tried their "wall" (hottest) sauce and Asian flavors. The Asian flavor reminded me of Buffalo Wild Wings' "Asian Zing" sauce. As for the Wall wings, the description of the heat on these wings is the slogan for Vans--"Off the Wall!". Yep. Definitely some dominating heat on these. I like their curly fries, although they are same kind you can buy at the grocery store. In my opinion, this is a good stop to eat in Shelby. I really like Wings, Etc. The wings are really solid. Our go to are the 'tweener' wings which are Buffalo wings with the heat between the hot wings and medium wings. Our experience with the full menu is a little limited as we usually just grab wings to go on Monday nights when they have their special which I think is 60 cent wing night. I can't remember ever having an issue with order accuracy or poor service. The only issue I can ever remember having is when I once said my name was Dan when I came to pick up my order they couldn't find it and then the girl up front said "Oh! Your name is Dan! Here's your order. On the phone I thought you said your name was Gan" to which I said "Who the hell would name their kid Gan?" And there was a real akward moment between us and now I ask my wife to pick up the Monday night orders. Great place, great wings. We recommend it read more

Last time I did take out the girl at the front managing the counter was also stuck taking care of three tables. I had to wait for her to take of drinks for the other tables before she could give me my food. I don't care for any of the food besides wings. The wraps are bland and the sandwiches are pretty boring. Some of the sides are decent but not enough to recommend this place. Is located where Hamm's used to be. Was very happy to see a wings place open in Shelby. Have gone there twice. Once solo and once with family. Decent wings. Great beer selection with good specials. Had never heard of this chain before going to this one. The decor is a bit too "in your face" for my taste. Has a college town kinda feel. The servers are good and friendly. Don's Italian used to have the best wings in town (RIP is now the new Taco Bell). Wings ETC seems like they really take pride in their location and its presentation. Had my heart set on some hot wings during the Thursday night football game, but the server told me that the boneless wings were on sale! So I order them instead. Big mistake! They reminded me of Tysons frozen boneless wings that you find in the freezer section of your local grocery. I also got a order of fried mushrooms. They too tasted like something you find in the bottom of the freezer section at your local no name grocery and they were tasteless! Never heard of the chain. I went there because a friend of mine worked there. The beer is ice cold. Pricey but good. It's a typical college type bar. It's new and clean. Lots of TV's. That's the good. The bad is the food. It's FROZEN. I ordered "boneless" wings, which are simply glorified chicken nuggets. Hard as a rock. I had them in hot buffalo and the bottom layer was literally swimming in it. I also ordered fries and they were HORRIBLE. Just shoestring FROZEN fries. It's the same thing that you get at Appleby's and most every other sports bars. I did see the wings and they were the typical tiny wings every bar serves. Very impressed with the floor staff during my visit, will be visiting again very soon! Our server, Paige, was an absolute doll - even with our ridiculous demands. Unfortunately, management was no where to be found (I didn't catch management's name, but it started with an 'M'), as I wanted to brag on Paige for her outstanding service. This was disappointing to know management would rather hide in the back, than help floor staff and assist with guest concerns. We had lunch here today for the LAST time. The place was not crowded at all, two servers there, but still took an hour and a half to get our food (no exaggeration). Things we asked for but never received: a ranch dressing, the pickles that were supposed to be on the burgers, a knife, an order of onion rings, and a refill on drinks. At one point waitress disappeared into the back, MIA for 15 minutes. We finally gave up and asked for the check when we finally tracked her down. Garbage service every time we have been here. Today the excuse was that a server quit and there are only 2 cooks in the kitchen. I can't tell you what the reason was every other time.
