The sandwiches were delicious and hot and the fries were warm. The only problem was it took way too long to receive our order. Over 20 minutes at a Chick-Fil-A , the location was convenient. Some tables needed cleaning, and trash cans were overflowing. Had one lady serving the counter inside and waiting on a bunch of people. I know they were under staff . I still would eat there again. Chick-fil-A did an outstanding job keeping the food hot during my lunch break. The best part about this establishment is the quality of the food. And, I want to brag on their customers service since I had everything in my bag. The fast food change followed my requests (sep. bags for different items), and the server smiled the whole time while delivering the food, and it was all done within my lunch break! Always quick and with a smile!! Today I went in and my card wasn't working for some reason . Told cash register guy I'd be back with a different card or cash. And!!!! Every now and then I'll run through here to pick something up for lunch. Right now they have no indoor dining which is completely understandable and a good idea on their part. Unfortunately, what they've devised is a weird obstacle course like line where you order at one end of the parking lot and pick up your food at the other. It weird because they have employees just standing outside rather it's raining, cold, etc. I don't know. Seems kind of extreme. Also, you don't get to see a menu. You just drive up and are expected to know what you want. The food is always good and the service is fast but not having a menu and seeing employees standing outside in the elements every time I drive by has turned me off from them a bit. read more

This Chick-Fil-A happens to have a very fortunate location and set up. First, it's proximity to the highway means popularity (something Chick-Fil-A never seems to have problem with), and second, it's a fairly modern and clean establishment. All that is well and good, but how are the sandwiches? Pro's - First and foremost, the service here is very good. They will even come over during lunch and ask if you need a refill on your drink. There has never been a fast casual restaurant that I can recall that does this. - The food is always hot, fresh, and well seasoned. Not to mention delicious. - This goes for anything, be it chicken strips, french fries, or chicken sandwiches. - Parking, entry, and exit are a breeze (not always the case with a Chick-Fil-A with a busy drive thru). - Cleaniless is next to godliness, and Chick-Fil-A is close to both. Con's - As with every Chick-Fil-A, the drive thru line is tremendous. Quality is tough to rush though. I really want to give this 4 stars on merit of being a fast food restaurant. The fact of the matter is though, that this particular Chick-Fil-A is actually quite good, even when being stormed by a wave of kids in costumes looking for free meals. 5 stars Chick-Fil-A, well played! read more

It seems unreal! A business that is so well run with great service and food. Young managers with nice clothes on with ties. All the girls were dressed modestly and just looked so clean cut! I placed my lunch order to go. I asked for a CFA sandwich and a Waffle. The manager working the register took my order and thought I said "water" rather than "waffle" and brought my sandwich along with a water. I mentioned that I didn't receive my Waffle fries and we realized that he had misunderstood me. The manager promptly brought me a hot order of Waffle fries at no charge. Chick-fil-A is normally very consistent no matter what location, but the Gaffney CFA is always slow in the drive thru. If you get redirected into the outside drive thru lane, you're probably going to be there for a while and still may be asked to wait in a parking spot if you ordered something special. The staff is nice and 4 out of 5 times your meal is correct. The time it takes to get through the drive thru is just ridiculous, not to mention that fact that the parking lot is also very tight and congested. I visit this Chick-fil-A at least once a week and this seems to be a recurring problem. read more

Stopped here on a Friday night en route to Ga from NC. Staff was attentive taking the orders. I got the wrong sandwich and my husband's chicken strips were dry. His saltine crackers were stale. What an awesome team. We were staying at a nearby hotel due to water damage and repair at our home. We couldn't go out due to the fact that we had our dog with us.
