I will never go back to this place. There was not that many people there. We had to ask for coffee multiple times. We were asked if we needed boxes before we even received our meals. My omelet didn't have all the items in it when it arrived and I was finished with it before the rest of the items came in a separate bowl. The scrambled eggs and cheese came with a very hard slice of American cheese sitting on top of the eggs. The hot chocolates came out in to go cups not mugs? The meals were lukewarm at best. The employees have no clue how to help people in a timely manner. The food that did come out was great, but good luck trying to get additional butter or warm syrup. By the time that comes your food is stone cold. After talking to the people seated next to us, it turns out that this is an ongoing problem and thought they would give it another try. Not sure why this iHop has poor ratings but I went there today and compared to other iHops this one was really good. We were seated promptly, and our food came out in less than 10 minutes. For breakfast, this is exactly what you'd expect; especially when you're hungry. The food was hot, the pancakes were fluffy, and the prices were reasonable. Even my very picky son cleaned his plate. It's a fairly new building and the inside was clean and airy. There were lots of diners during my visit so kudos to the short order cook for making everything quickly and tasty. I visit this I Hop a couple times a week, get take out. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. One waitress named Jennifer is extremely helpful and positive. She makes sure your helped fast and follows up by checking back with you. I have seen her help customers routinely. This I hop has very good breakfast and I find their prices reasonable. The portions are good. The restaurant is clean when you enter. Parking is normally easy to get. I have not personally had a bad experience with I hop and have been there often. They give a military discount and also have a senior menu. read more

Worst experience we have ever had. Lexie was supposed to be our server instead we got served by one of the hostess who is pulling numerous jobs. We got harrassed numerous times to help Lexie clean. Watched as Lexie played on her phone and sat with her friends talking for 15 mins. Was throwing glasses into the bucket. Extremely rude, when the hostess got ahold of Lexie she fed her a sob story about showing off her kid while talking about her baby daddy in jail. Now I see why we got seated immediately. Lexie claimed we looked sad so she was trying to joke around with us. Its a family of four with one being elderly with dementia. No need for jokes in the slightest. It takes a lot for myself and my father to get pissed, however after this the entire table left feeling frustrated and in my case pissed off. RACISM in 2024. The service in the place is HORRIBLE. We walked in and waited for almost 5 mins while the girls in the back laughed and played. Bear in mind there was only 4 ppl in the building eating. As she walks to us a guy finishes eating and she takes his ticket and starts checking him out. I advised her that we were waiting 1st if she could seat us and then address him and she rolled her eyes and said "oh okay" and continued to check him out. Our server came right at that same time and I was hoping since it was someone different that the experience would have gotten better. I was epically wronged. She was also rude. Rushed my kids to pick their meals while asking the server questions. My kids got scared and I was insulted and infuriated at this point and we walked out. We were here on vacation and this was NOT the experience I wanted for myself and family the 1st day of the year either. Both these girls treated the white ppl and hispanic ppl with respect and patience and I observed so clearly these Hispanic females are racist. I would NOT recommend this place if respect and proper service are important to you. Corporate will also be hearing from me bc this ruined our day and my kids were traumatized. read more
