Great experience at IHOP! I ordered the avocado ranch burger and it was delicious--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly made. The service was excellent too: friendly, attentive, and fast. Definitely coming back!

Bacon Temptation Omelette, hash browns, fruit, orange juice.
Amy G.

I was greeted and seated almost immediately upon entering the restaurant by a very nice lady whose name I can't remember. I had a Bacon Temptation Omelette, hash browns, fresh fruit, and a large OJ. The omelette was overflowing with crispy, crunchy bacon both inside and outside of it. There was both shredded and melted cheddar jack cheese that gave the omelette the perfect creamy tang to it. There were also some juicy chopped tomatoes on it. The hash browns were perfectly browned and crispy and complemented the omelette well. The fresh fruit consisted of sweet strawberries, mouthwatering honeydew melon, luscious pineapple, and juicy grapes. The orange juice was the right amount of sweet and tang as well. I enjoyed the upbeat rhythm of eclectic music from the 80's to today playing in the background. The restaurant and the bathroom were very clean. The server was very friendly and professional. I wish I could remember her name. I will gladly return to this location if I'm ever in Texas again.

As many times as I've been to this location the service never changes. This whole ihop squad has great customer service which in turn makes the food a 10/10 always!

The weirdo delivery driver & her huge barking dog

I ordered delivery, my salsa & avocado that I paid for was not in my order. I called to speak with store manager Z to stress my complaint and he told me he'll see what he could do. The lady that delivered my order which was picked up from IHOP @1:16am didn't get delivered to me until 2:25am with a big loud ass barking dog hanging out of her window

It's been a long time since I been to IHOP but for the most part it's okay. The portions are small compared to the Old West Cafe in Arlington. Giving it a 4 star because of the food portion size. The service is good for the most part when we have been there and there's usually some wait time in the mornings.

MOLDY FOOD
Maris I.

Literally GAGGING as I even type this! I ordered a favor delivery from this ihop and nobody packaging the order from either side notices this MOLD on the fruit. The manager then lied stating that all of their fruit is fresh when you can clearly see this is not the case. Please do not eat at this location this is absolutely disgusting. I will never spend another dime here. I had to call the health inspector because this is just FOUL!

Wait Time 5/5 We came during 2026 World Cup weekend at 11:00 on a Sunday -- peak business time -- and we waited only 10 minutes for a table of four. I was genuinely shocked we were seated so soon. Drinks were quick and always full, Food was prompt and hot. I truly do not have anything negative to say! Allergies 5/5 I'm allergic to a lot of things and they handled it so seriously. They flagged my order in their system and even used allergy picks on both the gluten free pancake and my best friend's gluten free grilled cheese so our dishes were clearly marked and kept separate from our husbands' food. Dysh (our amazing server) was very knowledgeable about their allergy policies and I felt like I was in great hands! Service! 5/5 Shout out to all the amazing staff who made me feel like family. Especially Dysh, who inspired our next vacation location and told us Snooze history! She never missed a beat the entire time we were there and truly made our Pro tip: ask your server about the merch. The place is loud but that's because everyone is talking at their table. Our server Trayvon was super nice and very helpful. He gave some good recommendations since this was our 1st time. We ordered a couple of cocktails. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop and hubby had a Bee's Knee. It had Gin honey and lemon. Hubby got the traditional breakfast-chicken apple sausage, sourdough toast and hash browns and scrambled eggs with cheese. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with the gravy on the side. I rather dip the chicken in the gravy verse having it poured on top. My chicken fried chicken came with grits and sourdough toast. The chicken was so good and flavorful. I loved the grits. I also got a side of chicken apple sausage and when I tell you it was so good. It had just right amount of sweetness. This is a place to bring family and friends from out of town. We will be back.

Limited parking right now - looks like another building and hopefully additional parking being constructed next door. Immediately liked the bright modern comfortable vibe when entering. You can see the bar and coffee bars at the back. The downfall of having stuff hanging from ceiling and when choosing your lift fixtures, you have to clean them. I loved the circle lights above the booths. Unfortunately, they were dusty and I kept waiting for it to drop in our food. (Not what I want to be focusing on while eating). Very large menu with lots of great choices for breakfast, lunch, brunch. Cocktails, mocktails, fresh juice also available. I got the CHICKEN BACON RANCH PANINI - it was really good but messy. Arrived sloppy dripping in ranch. I ended up having for fork & knife it. Good bacon, grilled chicken, slices of avocado. Would get ranch on side next time - It tastes like the typical restaurant supply big bucket of blah ranch. They need a house made ranch. The fried okra was really good! MONTE CRISTO - on a croissant. Completely soggy and unable to eat as a sandwich. Strawberry jam on it was a nice different touch. Had to eat with fork & knife. Not one of the better ones in the area. Fries were really good though. We will go back sometime and try breakfast.

I asked for a splash of cranberry juice. That's it. The easy solution would have been to hold back a little OJ and add a splash of cranberry. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a separate cranberry drink or pay full price for the mimosa. For a splash of juice? Wow. That's unfortunate, because so much of the experience was actually great. Our server, Ashlyn, was really good, super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us. The decor was beautiful, and the food delivered. The birria tacos were delicious. The tortilla was lightly sautéed, the portion of meat was generous, and the consommé was nicely seasoned. The chicken nachos were also really good, with just the right amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I would absolutely have returned with friends based on the food, atmosphere, and service. But customer service is also about the little things. I've made this same simple request at every order of mimosa at any restaurants and have never experienced that level of resistance. I understand having standards and policies, but there should also be room for common sense and customer consideration. When the request is this small and the accommodation is this easy, saying "yes" goes a long way. 360 had a real opportunity to turn a good experience into a great one. Instead, the mimosa policy left a sour taste that the food couldn't quite overcome.

Not exactly the first impression you want from a restaurant. Overall, the service was WAY too fast for a Saturday night. We actually got our entrees before our drinks arrived. And I noticed the kitchen was all women, so leave it to the gals to be extra organized and on top of their game. But seriously, gals... try a little less hard! We'd like to enjoy our drinks before dinner arrives. We split the tomato basil soup (good - a little thick) and the French dip, which was incredibly tender -- basically fall-apart tender. Very tasty and VERY cheesy. My only suggestions would be a sturdier roll (it couldn't quite hold up to all that tender beef) and a little more bite to the horseradish dipping sauce. The happy hour is definitely worth mentioning. Great selection and really good prices if you get there before 6pm. And the bathrooms were actually nice, which always deserves a shout-out in a restaurant review! Overall, some good food and a great happy hour, with a few things that could use tweaking.

Went for the biscuits, but our very wise waitress, Adriana, warned us that the biscuits were made with lard. Well that knocked out a bunch or breakfast options. She was so sweet and actually went to the kitchen and marked the menu pointing out lard-free menu choices. On the menu. Using black ink dots. Above and beyond. So we regrouped our breakfast plans and went mainly vegetarian. The Herbivore was absolutely delicious! Antebellum cheese grits topped with garlicky kale, romanesco and a soft boiled egg. We added a second egg. Split with my hubby. So good!! My sister-in-law had the brioche French toast. French toast topped with honey better, fresh berries and pecan granola. Served with maple syrup. Amazing! Added the duck fat breakfast potatoes. Who knew that the flavor would be so enhanced with the onions, peppers and duck fat. Get this side! We started with the biscuits and cinnamon roll. I would recommend both. The biscuits came with a jam, honey and whipped butter. The cinnamon roll, which may look a bit underwhelming had a such a great crispy texture on the outside while still being fluffy on the inside. The icing wasn't too sweet and complimented the roll nicely. For the table, we had the pollo frito biscuit w/duck fat potatoes, Brisket Benedict w/okra and the Fixe Breakfast entree w/maple sausage and potatoes. The pollo Frito was delicious, the chicken was seasoned well and maintained crunch even within the biscuit. Duck fat potatoes were also good but were even better after adding some salt. The brisket benny was okay, the texture of the brisket was very odd and didn't really hold up to the egg. Although the okra had a great flavor the batter was a bit too thick which made it chewy. The Fixe breakfast was great and the maple sausage was perfect. Our waitress was Adriana, she was great and very helpful. Overall we would definitely come back and look forward to trying dinner one night.
