The food was just ok. I've had better food from IHOP before. I feel they just rushed through my meal. But the real reason for the review is they do not accept coupons unless it says that particular location and they don't accept coupons on weekends. That in itself was fine, but the cashier was very rude to me regarding the fact that they won't take my coupon. I asked how I would get coupons from their restaurant and she did not know. Then I saw a sign that had a picture of my coupon that stated they "do not accept these coupons". I just felt she was a bit unprofessional. read more

This is my favorite IHOP location. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Be prepared to wait on the weekends because this locations gets very busy. The food is your typical IHOP food but I will say that my food always comes out hot here so I know it's hasn't been sitting on the line awhile. Beats the IHOP on the Boulevard by a long shot though. read more

Now I usually like this IHOP location as I don't really have a lot of complains with it. However, this morning I ordered IHOP n go for the first time and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I ordered a stack of banana and strawberry pancakes, but I only got bananas on them. I ordered 2 stacks of Mexican Churro pancakes, and not only was there very little cinnamon sauce slopped on the pancakes, but I was missing the cream cheese icing AND whipped cream on both stacks! Fast service and decent food. Came here yesterday morning with two of my friends for brunch. I was craving an omelette and bacon so I got exactly that! Ordered the avocado bacon cheddar with a side of fruits, 4 slices of bacon and a coffee. The bacon was pretty good, but I just wished it was a bit more crunchy and the omelette was very soft, wanted it to be cooked a bit longer. I definitely could have asked for them to remake it, but there was no need because I still enjoyed my food and the ambiance with my friends. The food itself came out quite fast and we were in and out of the whole restaurant within an hour. Good timing for me, otherwise I'd get lazy and sit around there for another hour haha. My wife and I went there after a doctor's appointment around 9am. We have not been there for two years due to an experience at dinner time. This time made us a fan again. Our server was great, the omlette my wife ordered was too large for her to finish. I had to surrender after eating most of mine. Overall a very good experience. This is our safe place to go. Foods always good and their never crowded for dinner. Service is good. Food consistant. Great prices and you walk away stuffed. Holds us over for most of the day. Not a big fan on their coffee but I'm getting used to it. Staff is friendly. read more

My experience there was one that I will forever be haunted by for the rest of my life. While I was pouring out my syrup onto my pancakes A ROACH CAME OUT IN MY SYRUP!!!! I was so shocked, disgusted, and scared, that by the time the manager came over after I screamed, my hands were still in the pouring position. I immediately let him know the situation. He attempted to ask me what I was eating so he could make another one. But, he failed to understand that after seeing a roach belly up in syrup my appetite had left the building. My three guests and I piled our half eaten meals on the table, tipped the waitress (it was not her fault), and left without paying the bill. I will never go back there again. This was the first time I have ever been here. I ordered a veggie salad, It said it came with dressing but when I got it there wasn't any dressing anywhere. It was bland and dry and the tomatoes were pale and the salad was old and browning on the edges. They had a grilled lemon on it? Anyway- it was disappointing to say the least. My boyfriend ordered a fried streak with eggs and pancakes on the side they forgot to serve the pancakes until he mentioned something to the server, Giantana, a second time. We waited for 30 min for our party of 5 to be called, however, when they finally called for us, our 2 last people were still on their way. So they informed us that their policy is that they can't seat us until our entire party is here and present. Their reasoning was that they had different servers for different size parties, and a party of 3, rather than 5 would "mess up the waitress". I don't know if this is IHOP policy, or just this facilities policy, but that is just ridiculous. To wait that long, then tell us that, without any posted signs stating this "policy". Once we were finally seated, after having to explain to the manager that our two other personnel are on their way, and will be there within 5 minutes (because they were going to recycle us to the bottom of the waiting list), the waitress was actually very nice. read more

Absolutely terrible! The manager or store owner is completely mean, rude, and confrontational. On the front door it says he honors coupons that have his address. When presented with a coupon, he did not honor it. When asking for simply his name so I could contact corporate and maybe they would pay it, he refused. He scowls at the customers as they eat. This place might be enjoyable if he was no where near the building. He says his name is Hanna but will not give out a last name, though he is the store manager. The wait staff is very friendly, though I do not believe it is anyway related to him. He makes it very easy to strongly suggest to everyone to never eat at that restaurant. He should change his career to another business. He does not belong around customers. If I could give zero stars I would. Would give NEGATIVE stars if it was possible. There is a fat, seemingly toothless waitress here who is terrible and does not belong in this industry at all. She was rude from the get go. We came in here for breakfast. The entire thing was a mess. She had a disgusting attitude from the start. She offered no greetings and when we asked for fresh syrup because our bottles were gross and dirty, she sighed, gave attitude, and began arguing. She eventually went and changed it. My aunt asked for a slice of lettuce, tomato, and onion for her sandwich - a single slice of each. The waitress came back with two 1/4 slice dregs of onion, a single slice of tomato, and a single slice of lettuce. She did not tell us there was a surcharge for these things, which should've been free because these were simple toppings for a sandwich. She did not even say it aloud when she took the order that there was a surcharge for this, much less how MUCH it was! When we got the receipt, we saw a mysterious charge for $2 for two yogurts. She didn't even explain what the yogurt charge was for. We had to run around to try to reach her to ask why we were being charged $2 for yogurt that we never got. She stated that was for the sandwich toppings. Why on earth were the toppings listed as "2 yogurts?" If there was a legitimate charge for TOPPINGS, then it should read as THE NAMES OF THE TOPPINGS on the receipt. We told her that we were not informed of this surcharge when ordering and she was rude again and walked off rudely saying "have a nice day," in the middle of us trying to address our concern. Literally cut us off talking. We were going to tip but because of this last move she made by walking off rudely and treating us like crap, we asked for our change back. She was highly pissed we did this as well. As a side note, my toast and my family members' hash browns and fries were slightly burnt and because of her disgusting attitude, I decided not to even ask for replacements for these. This woman DOES NOT BELONG IN THIS INDUSTRY. I will never, as long as I live, NEVER, I repeat NEVER come back here because of this woman, unless it is to complain and escalate this to even higher authorities. I hope she loses her job. I will likely be calling back later today to get her name. She was not even wearing a name tag and did not even provide her name! Tremendously unprofessional. She is horrific. This IHOP location has lost the business of me, my entire family, and every single person I can try to spread this information to, and hopefully everyone who reads this review. I am likely going to take matters further and try to escalate this to the highest authorities possible because I have never in my life gotten service THIS bad. From not even greeting us when we came in, to not introducing herself, to not having a smile on her face throughout the entire ordeal, to the constant eye-rolling and talk-back/arguing for every concern we had, she is the bottom of the barrel among food service and customer service workers of any that I've ever met in my LIFE. when ever you visit one of these chain restaurant's you really take your lie in your hands, by that I mean there are some very good cooks who work there but even they need a day off, on the 2 occasions I visited this location, they couldn't even get pancakes right, they were flat, dry and almost un eatable, I sent he order back twice and not getting a proper stack I took my family and left and went home and made our own, what a difference a little milk does to the batter, save your money & cook at home read more

I love it here bc our waiter, Darwin, is the best!!! He knows what we want to order without even asking us! He has a great memory for sure. Best customer service you will get around. had brunch here with the family. an older gentleman who i can only assume managed the restaurant or perhaps owned it, got in our faces the moment we were seated. we had two young children with us, and he immediately started touching things, on the table to keep them away from the children. in other words, he was being petty and insulting. made us feel uncomfortable, during our visit. with young children being impatient, just sitting with the food not served yet, of course they entertain themselves with the sugar packets, cream containers and extra kids' menus. these were all things, he let our table know he did not want our kids touching. i've never experienced such pettiness, before. there are a lot of other ihops, so i'm sure next time, we will dine in one of them. read more

I love IHOP the sweet cream cheese crepes are delicious. Service is usually very good. January 1. 2017 my hubby and I headed to IHOP he got a combination meal I got the sweet cream cheese crepes. Waiter was spot on keep the ice tea coming for my husband, the waiter cleaned plates away as soon as they were empty asked if everything was okay. My crepes were a little overdone that was okay the raspberry topping was partially frozen, not just cold, frozen. I realized it when i bit into a frozen raspberry. I am not a complainer I ate most of the meal left a nice tip for the waiter he was good. On check out i mentioned to the cashier while my husband was pleased with his meal i was not and told her why. She totally blew me off said "i'm sorry" while she was doing something else. You know when someone is giving you platitudes. I still love the crepes but was bothered by her total lack of customer service or compassion. I will be back but they went from my favorite go to place to I have to think about this twice before I will be back. read more
