Very spacious. Attentive and friendly staff. Ordered chicken biscuit and chicken tenders with fries for quick lunch. Couldn't finish the chicken biscuit so I took it to go.

Diner was 2/3 full when I came in. Relatively clean. Waiter came right away and took my drink order. Ordered coffee and water. Ordered an Omelet, and side of bacon. Served without much wait time. Would visit again, although it seems all restaurants are just expensive these days. Bill was $30.

I was the only one in the restaurant when I visited. Probably because of the weather. My server Atoyia helped me immediately and was very kind the whole time. The place was clean & my food was prepared quickly & was warm!

Breakfast biscuit with hashbrowns

We were staying at one of the hotels around the corner and swung by here for breakfast. It took a while before anyone came by to get our drink orders, we were surprised because it was a Friday around 12:30pm and they were not busy. Once placing our drink orders, it took at least 15-20 mins for our waiter to come back again. My parents had to flag someone down to see what was taking so long. We finally got our drinks and then the waiter proceeded to only fill up each coffee cup about halfway which was odd. Luckily we had a different experience with the food, it came out quickly! That made up for all the time spent waiting earlier. I ordered the breakfast biscuit sandwich with a side of hashbrowns, it was actually better than I expected! The melted cheese on the sandwich was so good. There was a nice serving size of hashbrowns that came with it. My husband got the chicken biscuit and it came out without some of the ingredients on it which was weird. They fixed it quickly at least. We dined as a group of 6 and our total was still under $100 before tip, we left feeling full for an affordable price! I love the large menu at IHOP and it's a place everyone knows, so I will likely visit one again in the future (would just hope for better service).

our waitress was nice, there's plenty of seating but very very little staff and this is my third time there. Their bathrooms need a serious serious upgrade with the cleaning and toilets.

I haven't been to I hop in a long while but this visit was very delightful. Quickly seated pleasantly greeted and most friendly waitress ever. So attentive and checked in continuously. Gave us insight on what was new in the menu. I had the big steak omelette and I must say the steak was very juicy and tender I want expecting so much from an ihop omelette but this omelette was really everything I hoped for and more fresh tomatoes, tasty salsa nicely melted shredded cheddar I really enjoyed that omelette. Pancakes nice and buttery and fluffy. The restaurant was very clean and neat I highly recommend this location.

Great place. Clean good staff Our first time at this location. Near jersey mills garden mall right across from it. Food is good But never comes out hot enough. But it seems all Ihops are like this. Overlooking that. Good parking lot right off the highway. Nice stop for a a quick meal

Well, let's just say that walking from the hotel, I should've stopped at Ruby Tuesday's the parking lot was empty so I said there's no possible way that they can mess up this order. I ordered a country fried steak, mashed potatoes, green and yellow green beans and broccoli and mozzarella sticks having burned several times with ordering food and not checking it I checked it. It seemed to look legit I get to my hotel room open the box low and behold there are no mashed potatoes or fried steak with no mashed potatoes yet I asked for extra gravy and two small containers of gravy, the broccoli, taste like it's been sitting in water for days. It's pure mush. The green beans are.EH. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT, I WAS HUNG UP ON THEN THE PHONE JUST RANG AND WENT TO A VERIZON VOICEMAIL. MAYBE IF THE EMPLOYEES TRIED STAYING OFF THEIR PERSONAL PHONES AND GREETING PEOPLE WHEN THEY COME IN AND NOT ACT LIKE WE ARE AN INCONVENIENCE NEXT TIME RUBY TUESDAY's.

I tried contacting customer service through the website's contact us page, but it keeps going to an error page every time and calling the number provided did not work either. I did not want to write a review here at first, but I have no way of letting them know that this should not happen. I do feel a bit bad for this 1 star, because I thought the staff were pleasant and I did enjoyed the 2 biscuit sandwiches that we ordered. BUT there was mold on the toast that we ordered, it was on a corner so we did almost eat it. We only notice it because my gf wanted to add more butter on it. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt, but I do have the picture of the mold on the toast. The timestamp on the picture is 10:40 am today (1/23). I think this should not happen at all. And I would just like staff to be more careful next time to avoid this happening again or to anyone else, as this is a serious food safety issue. We did quietly tell the staff and had it switched out for an order of home fries. We also ordered the cinnamon roll crepe, but not a fan. The chicken biscuit sandwich was very good though! but the mold on the bread wasn't :(

I Hopped in for a breakfast for dinner while staying across the street fir the night before a cruise. Having our doubts on the emptiness of the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. The manager sat us under the requested A/C vent because we were feeling overheated from the lack of cold air from the hotel. Our young server was great as she greeted us and took our order and placed it quickly. Her wonderful personality made the rest of our meal just as nice. The kitchen was on point and food came up quickly and correctly! Sometimes, breakfast for dinner after a day of travel makes the evening perfect. They were offering a senior 55+ Tuesday evening meal deal but we opted for just a regular 55+ meal of eggs, meat, and toast. I long remember the days of having multiple syrups on the table and that was a mere memory. Just a good meal in a town with little options.

I came here for lunch and never had been here despite coming to Jersey Gardens numerous times. This is one of the biggest IHOPs I've ever been to. It was a slow day which may be the reason for the extra cleanliness and good service. I like to assume that is the case even on packed weekends. This IHOP likely is frequented by the travelers who are looking for a decent sit down and eat place as it sits just outside of a few hotels, across from Jersey Gardens and is only minutes from the airport. I had the Bacon temptation omelets. Never had this particular omelet and it was good. Only problem it was more tomato-y than bacon-y. Was the chef trying to tell me to eat more vegetables? Tomato is supposedly a fruit! I'm getting off track. This IHOP is solid, definitely not the worst one I've been to. Nothing particularly above and beyond. Just A-ok.

What really stood out to me was the presentation. The plating is decorative and gives upscale, fine dining vibes, which makes the whole brunch feel elevated rather than just casual. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. It has a cute café-style brunch vibe with an airy, light, and inviting decor. It feels relaxed but still aesthetically put together. The service was also excellent--our server was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I also liked that they offer mocktails and allow BYOB for alcohol, which gives you flexibility depending on your preference. Now, just to be real--this place is popular, so expect a wait. It can get crowded and a bit tight inside, especially during peak brunch hours. Parking is also something to plan for since there's limited space (the lot only fits about four cars), so you'll likely need to find street parking. Overall, I definitely recommend Blossom Brunch. The food, vibe, and service are all on point. Honestly, they're doing so well that I hope they expand soon--it's clearly a spot that's in demand and could benefit from more space.

Place gets packed despite the many tables. Service was amazing, food was great (slightly higher prices than others, but the quality execution and quantity balanced it out). We had cornbread (very good), fries (was fine), chicken parm with pasta (we asked for vodka sauce which they accommodated for small charge), fried chicken (must have), churrasco steak breakfast and turkey club. No false notes that we could tell. Some standouts were mashed potatoes (really good), cornbread (toasted and slight sweet, with strawberry butter which was wild), whole wheat bread toasted (it was good I tell you) and fried chicken (it will haunt me in my hungry moments). Didn't think a diner would impact me as much, but they over delivered. Go, but make a reservation unless you want to wait.

READ FULL REVIEW!!!…read more March 2026: First time at this establishment was just ok. Hosted a very small get-together here (5 guest). Atmosphere was nice. Music was wayy too loud to hear the person you're sitting next to. Food was tasty and fresh. Coffee was good with great creamer selection (at the time). Our server was my least favorite part of this experience. He was over the top with his energy and upscale tactics (pushy with getting us to order extra drinks and appetizers despite declining). I was hosting this event and did not need him selling us after already being told "no, thank you" twice. It was awkward and ultimately changed the vibe. He hardly checked on us after that encounter and we constantly had to remind them about request that were never brought out to the table. Staff needs to be trained better. This was just an ok experience. April 2026 : What ultimately lead me to write this review was my 2nd experience at this diner. The server was a lot better than our first experience, but we did run into a few too many problems. First, we ordered coffee and are informed that per managements request, we can only have half-half or cream with our coffee. Previously they had French vanilla creamers and other flavored creamers but I guess management decided to save on the additional cost. This was a bummer especially realizing that they could easily afford creamers. This restaurant easily pulls at least $150,000 per week in revenue, so I didn't understand cheapening out like that. I still ordered the coffee. When it came to the table I added the cream into the cup only to find something floating in the coffee. I send it back and ask for a new cup, which the server politely provided. We order our meals and all goes well. Eventually two of the three meals come out and we wait for the final plate to come out. It's common courtesy to wait for everyone to have their meal before eating, so we wait. We wait about 6-7 minutes and the final plate comes out only for it to be cold. All of us ordered breakfast, so you can imagine trying to eat cold egg, potato, and sausage. We ask for the waiter, but before he could get to us the manager passes by and we let him know the issue. He takes the plate to the back and about two minutes later he comes back with the same exact plate. Before the manager arrived to take the plate away, I saw the guest split the egg half and add black pepper on everything so we knew it was the same plate and food she started eating off of that was reheated onto the kitchen grill where other food is being prepared for guest. The manager informs us that he had the chef heat the food up on the griddle and that it should be a perfect temperature. We refuse to accept the plate because it was reheated and not remade entirely. We were shocked that this was the solution even being offered. Reheating food on the griddle seemed unsafe (contamination risk, diseases, illness, etc) and offensive. No one pays these prices to have reheated breakfast served to them. I could've just made that at home for a fraction of the price. We politely refuse the reheated plate and he apologized and took the plate to the back. The server comes over to see what the issue is and we explain everything. He says that he will look into it and take that meal off the bill. Now I'm frustrated because one out of the three of us aren't eating anything and the experience was off. At this point, I'm not eating my meal but the 3rd guest is eating. So the guest who sent their plate back and myself are waiting for the 3rd guest to finish their pancakes. He ordered a stack of 4-5 chocolate chip pancakes and was happily eating away at layer by layer. Eventually he gets to the last 2 pancakes and before he adds syrup he notices what appeared to be an eyelash or short piece of hair imbedded in the pancake. Picture of the clearly imbedded hair included with this review. He immediately stopped eating and looks sick. He had already eaten 3-4 pancakes by then and the idea that he ate more of whatever that was felt unnerving, to say the least. We both start looking to see what he's looking at and long behold the hair was there. At this point we are extremely frustrated and completely over this experience. Management did not make this experience right even after addressing all of these issues both separately and together. I felt like my money was not valued and my business certainly wasn't. They did nothing to remedy these issues and I will NOT be going back to this establishment. This restaurant may look visually beautiful but the service is not. Staff needs more training, music needs to be turned down, chefs need to wear hairnets and everyone needs to follow safe food handling skills. You're putting your guest and your business at risk ignoring these issues. I really really wish I had a better experience.
