Hard poached eggs and flat crispy hash

My food was terrible: "regular" poached eggs nearly hard-boiled; corned beef hash flattened and cooked to a thin crisp crepe-like sheet. Busy pleasant hard-working servers. I will not return.

RESPECTFULLY DONT GO HERE OR ORDER ONLINE. i'll save you time and money, read the other reviews, so many 1 stars for a reason. the management is bad and service. long wait times even from an online order pick up or curbside. i don't know what happened but this place is not it. you won't have a good time here

    No straw

They didn't give me a straw and everyone else at my table got one don't go here.Harvest

See cut plastic glove in my plate

The manager has an attitude. the waitee forgot my burger. The cook left a piece of plastic glove in my sandwich. The only thing they offered is a an apology with an attitude, replaced my sandwich for free bug still charged me for the rest of my order. The manager was completely senseless the risk I incurred by chewing in a sandwich that vont as piece of a mistakenly cut glove... the cook may have been but and bled too. Her handling of the situation was just poor and disappointing .

    Worst Eggs Benedict ever!

First of all their app is garbage. So I called. I did all the right things. I gave an accurate order. I gave plenty of time (35 mins). Food still wasn't ready. I stood in the lobby for ten minutes as customers came , got frustrated and left, because there was no service. Finally the order comes and its wrong!! The Eggs Benedict looked as though they were Robin's eggs! And all off this and the pleasure of paying 30% more than the local competition! No thanks!

Very tasty burger with the grilled onions. The house-made chips are also good. My only complaint is the tiny "side salad" that I ordered. That it would be an upcharge with my burger but was charged $7 for the small salad. Server confirmed after questioning the bill.

The interior gives upscale sports bar vibes. We chose a high top table toward the back of the restaurant. Our server ended up being the bartender too. They had $5 margaritas that night so I ordered one and we started with an order of their pierogies. There were four and they were served over a smear of their beer cheese. There were ok. I wanted more seasoning in the filling itself. It was pretty bland. For my entree I got their hot dog with chili and cheese with their housemade chips. I was pleasantly surprised to see a cheese sauce on the dog. It was pretty good. Some of the chips were pretty overcooked. The service brought this score down. I think the bartender was busy but plenty of servers were available. There was a lot of conversation at the bar. We probably should have just sat there. We missed out on drink refills, having our order taken promptly, and getting the check when we were ready to leave. Overall there were a lot of interesting things on the menu. I would want to return to see what else tasted good.

I aged yet another year this past Thursday (one year older, but not another year wiser, healthier,…read moreor wealthier - lol), & since the pandemic nixed us going out for a nice fancy birthday meal, & since I had a hankering for my favorite "Bleu Cheese & Grilled Onion Burger" from Glory Days, placed an order which dear husband picked up & brought home. Now I've been enjoying these burgers for many years now - it's my hands-down favorite Glory Days offering. Ordered to go last year some time & was underwhelmed at how it was put together & how it traveled. This time, however - what a revelation! While of course I re-toasted everything in the oven for 10 minutes or so (fries in particular never travel well, so always need a bit of a crisp-up), whoever made & whoever packed the burger deserve awards. The burger was more than an inch thick & perfectly medium-rare as ordered. Bleu cheese crumbles were perfectly piled on the burger - not scattered all over the place - as were the beautifully grilled onions. And healthy portions of both. The creme-de-la-creme? Someone had the absolutely genius idea to place a piece of parchment paper between the lettuce/tomato/raw red onion & the rest of the burger, thus preventing those fresh toppings from not only wilting from the heat of the burger enroute, but also sogging up the bun!! I simply lifted the parchment paper with fresh toppings off while I reheated the burger & bun, & replaced them (minus parchment) when everything was hot & ready. Both burger & fries were absolutely PERFECT (side pickle spear cold & crisp as well) - just as good if not better than if I had ordered & enjoyed it in the restaurant. If I had to be anal & ding them on anything, it was that no little plastic cup of ketchup was provided, but I had my own favorite "spicy ketchup" on hand, so probably wouldn't have used theirs anyway. Bottom Line: I can only hope & pray that this wasn't a one-time thing due to someone superior manning the kitchen & that my next burger order will arrive home exactly the same as this one!!

Then we decided to go on a Tuesday and try their Tri-Fecta. BIG MISTAKE!! I selected the Chrispy Chicken Sandwich. I couldn't even finish it. I tried but but after a few bites I gave it to a friend who was with us and feeds a local ground hog. It was dry, over cooked and like rubber. I don't think even the ground hog will eat it. So, I guess we won't be going back too often and if so it will be on a Friday. I'm only giving 2 stars for the server Bryanna and the Gentilman who greeted us as both were very good.

Myself, husband, and 14-year-old grandson could not have been more pleased!! Not only did we get five star service, but 5+++ food! The delicious bread they brought out was warm & unique . I ordered the bruschetta for a starter, and without a doubt it was probably the best I've ever had and my grandson kept raving about it! The tomatoes were.SO fresh! He ordered the Alfredo with shrimp and they were some of the largest I have ever seen! Owner John and his staff were exceptionally friendly, providing attentive service-tables were kept spotless, courses were cleared promptly, and water glasses were always refilled. The food was delicious, though on the pricier side. Beyond the listed menu prices, additional fees (like a service charge and an à la mode fee) plus city and state taxes made the bill add up quickly. What We Ordered: 4*Duck Pâté - Served with a fresh salad, crackers, mustard, and jelly. A delightful starter! 5*Pork Collar - Slow-cooked for hours, the meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was heavenly. We nearly licked the plate clean-worth driving back for! A must-order. 4*Palazzo Pot Roast - The meat was a bit tough and chewy, but the flavors were well-balanced. Despite being full, we couldn't resist dessert-thankfully, the portions were small! Ice Cream Sandwich - very good, though we were surprised to learn it was store-bought, not made in-house. Mixed Berry Pie - A warm, petite slice served with a spoonful of ice cream (for an extra charge). Note: There's no dessert menu, so we didn't know about the additional fees upfront. Overall. a wonderful dining experience with standout dishes, though the extra costs were a slight downside.

I already knew. Come on. But..ok. House made crab dip it is. It was like orange yogurt on a plate with hard, crunchy Pita bread for dipping. There was no crab visible or crab flavor at all. And as stated the "Pita bread" was hard. -went to the breakfast buffet in the morning, (free as its a partnership with the hotel) It was eh. Even though im not a fan of sausage gravy i did put a little on my biscuit. Its the sausage gravy that has miniscule sausage bits in it but doesn't smell or taste like sausage. Bacon was ok I guess. Im picky with breakfast. I love making my own. Anyway.. - That night coming back from events, We stopped in again for mozzarella sticks and chicken wings. These were good and a plentiful amount. Not 4 for $8 like most places.more like 7 or 8 for $12 which i feel is better. At least you're full. We noticed there was a buffet open! I asked about it. One time Salad bowl (not per pound) was $2.99 Wish I saw that before I got the mozzarella sticks! And a back room party with full on buffet and music I could hear in my room on the hill until 11pm. I didn't mind that at all. Because once the music went quiet, I could hear the butt smacks in my next door rooms.:( so where I would have given a 1 star the first night, I will give a 2.8 overall. We'll call it a 3. A LOT of locals come to have a good time and book rooms for party's and lots of buffets. Everyone seemed happy. Waitresses were nice.. we agreed to come back and put an extra effort into exploring all their options. (I didn't see peppers anywhere so not sure what the name is all about)
