Had breakfast here and it was such a good experience! The service was super friendly and attentive. The food was tasty. However, the cleanliness/tidiness could use a little improvement.

Well for an IHOP I never thought I would say that it was kind of cute. They had nice decor and style the location is great, right across from Ron Jon's surf shop. The service was great. Even though they were really busy the server was doing her best to go as fast as she could and had a great attitude. The food was standard IHOP. I ordered the French toast, with two pancakes, eggs and bacon. I ended up sharing a lot of it with my kids since it was so much food!

The service was great, the food was delicious. If you need a quick meal for Bfast at any time this is your place. It's been a while, ans next time we're in town will swing back in.

Ordered omlettes without onions. Both orders had onions. Ham was hard as a rock. Manager was very nasty and rude

The Moon Hut, the Mexican place that was there for many years, The reopened Moon Hut a few years ago ( which wasn't so good) and now the "Sunrise Diner at the Moon Hut", which is really good again! We used to go to the Sunrise Diner for many years as well, so of COURSE this Moon Hut version, run by the owner of Sunrise, is awesome. My Breakfast Burrito was delicious, my wife's Greek Omelette was excellent, my friend's Santorini Omelette was great, my daughter's turkey and orzo soup was so good we had to order her a second cup, and my son in law's Chicken and Waffles were amazing. I'm from South Carolina originally, so I am qualified to say- this fried chicken is legit! The food is great, the historic NASA photos and memorabilia are intact, and there's even some familiar faces from the old Sunrise. Plus there's Aliens! Who could ask for more? And as always, the old lady at the front needs a raise.

So we thought it would be convenient to eat breakfast so we could move stuff to the dryer. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken dish that came with sausage gravy, potatoes, eggs, and a biscuit. The wife took our waitresses recommendation of the fried green tomato dish and she really liked it. Our food came fast and hot and our waitress Callista checked back 2 or 3 times The prices are very reasonable $12.99 for my dish and they have a large selection. Definitely worth a try!

This cafe is connected to the bait and tackle shop and shares the same building but appears to be ran as a separate business both were very clean and organized and all the employees here were very friendly and outgoing. This menu is fairly simple making our decisions very easy, we choose the chicken tenders and turkey bacon club both came with fries. Once the food arrived we were all surprised by the portion size, so much food for such a reasonable price and everything arrived hot and delicious. Our server provided exceptional service throughout our visit she was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. I don't know what I was expecting being this little cafe was inside the county park but it turned out to be a great experience and one worth repeating...

For my meal, I ordered Spicy Shrimp Tacos with no tortilla, and a side of fries. The tacos have Honey-chipotle grilled shrimp, pineapple salsa, siracha lime dressing slaw in it. All of the tacos/sandwiches are served with fries, sweet potato fries, or macaroni salad. The tacos weren't spicy at all but it was packed with flavor. The fresh slaw and pico complimented the shrimp. The fries were piping hot and they didn't need any ketchup. My mom ordered the Blackened Grouper Sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich has remoulade sauce, Bibb lettuce, and sliced tomato. The sweet potato fries were cold, but they quickly brought fresher hot ones to the table. She loved it. Mike got the Chicken Sandwich with fries. The chicken is topped with chipotle mayo, cheddar, bacon, romaine, and dill pickles. Mike enjoyed his meal. My dad got the Samoan Burger which has two 4 oz. smash patties, pineapple-bacon jam, cheddar cheese, fried egg, dill pickles, romaine lettuce, and J. Bird sauce on a toasted bun and sweet potato fries. He enjoyed it. Lastly, my sister ordered the Crispy Chicken Tacos with macaroni salad. The tacos are panko-crusted chicken tenders, topped with pico de gallo, shredded romaine, and chipotle ranch dressing. She enjoyed both the tacos and macaroni salad. Since the sweet potato fries were cold they brought us 2 free desserts. We got the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake & Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The Dubai Chocolate was delicious and had a delightful crunch from the pistachios. The upside down cake was warm and paired excellently with the vanilla ice cream. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out J Birds Island Eatery. Huge shout out to both Delaney, the hostess and Charlie, our waitress, for making our visit amazing. We weren't having a good day, but they made it way better.

Our food was ready in just 30 minutes, even during prime dinner hours. Everything arrived at a great temperature, and the fries were still crispy. The regular fries were my favorite, that salty seasoning was SO good! The sweet potato waffle fries were a little overdone, but the crispy coating on the chicken sandwich was next-level. Seriously, I could eat an entire bowl of that crispy goodness on its own! The total was just over $50 for two sandwiches, including delivery and tip. Not the cheapest takeout meal, but absolutely worth it because my boys and I enjoyed dinner. Great option if you're staying nearby and looking for a satisfying meal delivered right to your door (but also very walkable of the weather is nice)!
