Eduardo M was our server and was absolutely fantastic. He was so polite, helpful and friendly. The food and prices were also amazing. However, my boyfriend and I sat across from the kitchen today 10/28/25 and heard multiple conversations going on in there with a lot of bad language. On top of that, I couldn't help but notice how disrespectful one of the other workers were to him. In front of me, my boyfriend and 2 other customer's. Specifically the girl with black hair and glasses. It made me so upset because he is so kind. Eduardo definitely doesn't deserve to be talked to with any kind of attitude or be walked over. Mornings are the best to come, by the noon it does get a little busy. The quality of the food & service is better, then any other IHOP I've been too. It's close to Hard Rock Casino. Always clean when I come in. If your on your way out of town, and it's early in the morning, this is the restaurant to go too. read more

Overall service at this location is terrible. Cleanliness is definitely lacking as well. Employees look unprofessional and thrown together. Condensation on vents could drop into your food or beverage at any time. We actually considered running to the Taco Bueno next door while we waited for our food. When we finally got our food, our orders were mixed up. Because our server was highly inattentive, the larger party who came in after us with a different server got their food long before we did. The taste of the food is about what it is at every other location within the chain, but it's worth your time to go to another one in the area. read more

This location has been going downhill for awhile. This last time was absolutely my last chance for them. The floor had food everywhere. The table was poorly cleaned off onto the seat with just a damp towel that was on another table no disinfectant at all. The hostess got ripped by the waitress for seating us in her section. The hostess was apologetic to the waitress nobody cared about us customers though. The waitress also let us know she was not going to serve us by looking at us as she helped the table next to us three times never even trying to get our drink order or offering a hello. Had breakfast there recently. I noted that the restaurant had a cleaner appearance than some IHop restaurants I have been in. We were seated promptly, and our order for four came fairly quickly.
