This Vanilla Iced coffee is wayyyy to sweet.

Finally got to go to one for the first time and to be honest as a Chef I am totally not impressed. In fact I'm a little jaded due to all the rave reviews and word of mouth it's a joke. Omelette was ok I could have done that at home and saved my money. Unless you love sugar stay away from the iced coffee and coffee would be an understatement. If your not diabetic now you will be after the first glass. I'll try this again in a year and see where we are at than.

Can I just say that I am not a fan of breakfast food but something told me to try their bananas fosters french toast. And boy did it hit the spot!! Everything was great. I also had an iced coffee on the side that was sweetened to perfection. The server was a little odd. Nonetheless, I had a pretty good experience at this IHOP.

Very clean, good food, great customer service

The bacon was too burnt. The pancakes tasted like frozen heated up. Very small. About saucer size. No taste. Won't go back.

Come in the morning for pancakes or come later for cupcakes and pie. The menu has lots of vegan options for those avoiding butter, eggs, and that kind of stuff. Charming interior that has a coziness about it. It's just as much of a bakery as it is a cafe, with display cases full of goodies and sweets. There's a good amount of indoor dining too. A lot come in here to pick up baked items at the counter. If dining in, have a seat. The menu is actually kind of big with tons of things. It's about $7 for a large latte. Kind of pricy, as far as coffee goes but it's good though. Has some non dairy milks. It's about $11 for the Vegan Waffles. Hearty and filling. There's also other plant based offerings such as tofu bowls at lunch. Has the best baked goods around. It's closed Mondays and Tuesdays. There's lots of things for vegans and vegetarians.

Instead decided to try the Branch Cafe even though when we ate there a year ago we had a hour wait so we hadn't been back since. Ordered two breakfast meals and coffee and soup. It was around 2:40 ish when the waitress offered to get us a dessert because of our wait. Mind you we got there a few minutes after 2 because I looked at my phone right before we pulled in to park. We ate dessert and were still waiting so we asked the waitress if our order was being cooked because if not, we were going to pay for our coffees and go elsewhere. Almost a one hour wait. The whole back room was empty so it wasn't busy. So the owner proceeds to come up and started to argue about when we got there. The waitress says things like "when you go to fine dining, you expect a wait" as if we've never been in a sit down restaurant in our life. The whole experience was horrible. My food was cold. The owner and waitress were extremely rude, combative and condescending. I don't know if the waitress forget to turn our order in or what, but it was almost right at an hour wait for some soup and few breakfast items. Will NEVER be back. Do with that what you will.

I got a you-pick-two with red pepper soup and a strawberry salad. Then I glanced over to the drink case and I saw....Topo Chico! In Murphysville, IL?!? This place stands out for curating the best in a small town. Now I'm really excited for my lunch! And it did not disappoint. The red pepper soup was roasty and hearty, definitely a good choice for this chilly weather. And the strawberry salad was fresh and refreshing. Does that make sense? The ingredients were so fresh and crisp - sweet strawberries in January I'd no small feat! - but it was light and hit the perfect note as an accompaniment to the red pepper soup. And that cookie? Do I even need to tell you how delicious it was? I didn't even offer my friend a bite. I ate the whole thing and I'm not ashamed. So good! A delicious lunch and nice respite in a small Illinois town. Worth going out of your way, for sure!

The roast beef savory crepe is also tasty -- though a little light on meat. In terms of the milk tea, it is passable. The tapioca pearls are cooked properly, but the tea itself is nothing special. Among the savory ones, we tried the mushroom. These were good and light enough that we didn't get filled up. For dessert you can get sweet ones. These include fruit fillings and whipped cream on top.
