I had breakfast here twice while visiting the area and loved this IHOP. I was warmly welcomed by the manager, Mario, and his staff, who provided excellent service. The food was delicious and promptly served despite the place being busy. Sofia kept our coffee filled. The eggs were cooked precisely as requested. Everything was cooked to perfection. For the first time, I tried the Avocado Bacon Eggs Benedict, which was incredible ! This is a very nice restaurant. When I return to the area, I will definitely be back. read more

First things first, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were seated in less than a minute, even though the restaurant was moderately busy. The food came out fast, fresh, and piping hot. It honestly reminded me of a home cooked meal you can tell it's made with care and quality ingredients. Apparently, this was the only breakfast place open at 6 AM so we were able to get breakfast before we went to the robotics competition. The service was fast and efficient. We got to enjoy our hot chocolates and pancakes so that we are ready to go for the day. The waitress was friendly and very helpful at making sure we got out of there in time. read more

We won't make the mistake of dining here again. IHop is wha it is. Not much better than fast food, but certainly not a comfortable place. Service was very slow. We had 4 kids with us aged 2-11, and we had to keep them entertained for 45 minutes before our food came. The kids liked their food for the most part, but said their eggs tasted funny. My omelet was also a bit odd tasting, but I can't put my finger on why. After being there for well over an hour I had to flag down our server and ask for the check. It took her a few minuted to get it to us and it was wrong! So, I flagged her down again to have it fixed. It took her so long to come back that I had my wife take the kids out to the car - they had already been there a long time. A truck stop atmosphere with mediocre food and substandard service. Everything about this place was fire. The waitress was attentive and kept checking on us. Very good service.

This is in a convenient place right off the highway or a state road. Entering the restaurant is your typical I-hop. Unfortunately the staff has a issue taking a picture of the place. So be careful yelpers. But the service was good and the crepes song with the protein cakes was amazing. The restaurant was kinda busy but they handled the service well. The selection of food was good and the quality for the price was worth it. This is a good stop for a filling and affordable breakfast. Clean restroom and easy access with large parking lot and lots of handicap spots also. read more

My husband took me to IHOP tonight. He got some breakfast food, while I got a BLT, fries, mozzella sticks and marinara dipping sauce. He gobbled up his food and didn't even need a takeaway box, while I ended up needng 2 boxes for most of my mozzarella sticks and half my sandwich. Not that it wasn't good, I just have anxiety when it comes to eating at restaurants and in front of people in general.  For a national brand restaurant, IHOP is pretty good and the staff is fairly attentive. We both got apple juice along with each also getting a water and our waitress was on top of making sure our Waters were full. I can totally see myself coming back, especially with the decent prices. read more

Brought my niece and nephew, and ordered off the kids' meals. There weren't any prices, so I assumed the meals came with the kids drinks listed there. Nope. Separate charge. Fine, whatever. Later, one of the kids wanted a refill, so we asked for one. When we got the receipt, we found we were charged for the juice refill. I asked the cashier, and she said she'd go ask about it. Comes back, says that the lemonade refill would've been free, but that they charged for juice refills. I said the waitress didn't mention that to us, so how was I supposed to know juice is charged, but not lemonade? Waitress said, "oh, it's OK," which led me to believe she'd take the additional juice charge off. Not the case, so, no, it was not OK that we were completely misled, nor did we get an apology for the poor experience. First and last time we'll be visiting this location. read more

I went here after a disappointing experience down the road at Bob Evans. They did a fantastic job and the food was great.

The first thing I would like to address, is that not all employees were bad. Only 1 or 2 employees cared to even ask us if we had food, drinks, service or anything. I just want to stress the fact that costumer service here sucks and I was very triggered. For example, we said NICELY "ma'am, I'm sorry but we didn't order this regular french toast could I get what I ordered and paid for please?" And the waitress had the audacity to roll her eyes at me! The audacity of the one woman was impeccable and I wish that she would get a grip on her attitude. But, we had one very respectful, nice and amazingly kind waitress who was very understanding of our disappointed when my 11 year old didn't get any food at all! She was pregnant, so if you come here (NOT A **SUGGESTION**) you might want to look if you see her because I'm telling you, she was the one who got out food right! read more

Stopped at Ihop this morning with my family as we passed through Benton Harbor. The line was long but not abnormal for any Ihop. Our name was taken and we were told our party of 7 would be seated in about 15 minutes or so. 45 minutes later after having to tell numerous people we were still waiting and several smaller parties had been seated i believe it was the manager showed my husband and I a booth and asked if they pushed a table up to it would it be fine. We said yes and he said they would get it ready right away. As we walked back to get our group a waitress took a group that had just walked in and seated them where we were told to go sit. No apologies NOTHING.. Needless to say we left very upset and very hungry. We are in the area a lot and will never go there again. So many things went WRONG that night. The major ones was that the coffee was old and watered down and when my boyfriend went for the FIRST bite of the pancake and found a HAIR!!! My wife and I decided to go out to eat after 9pm one night and ended up at IHOP. My expectations for late-night dining have been lowered drastically by several past experiences at other restauraunts in other parts of the country, and this experience was a pleasant change. We were seated instantly and our waitress was on the ball with everything. We had a fresh carafe of decaf in a few minutes and we were eating in no time.
