Our first attempt this visit was around 11am on a Sunday and it was MOBBED. We were told that the wait would be 30-35 min. Despite having 2 young kids we decided to wait it out since there aren't a lot of gf options in the area. They put me on the waitlist and the app told me it would be over an hour. I checked in with the hostess and she confirmed it would only be 30-35 min. After 40 min I checked in and they said it would be another 30 min so we left -- annoyed-- and decided to comeback the next day. We came back around 10 on Monday and were seated immediately. Everything was good -- we were able to order everything gluten free -- and even the banana oat pancakes tasted just as good as non gluten free ones. They were also able to confirm the pancakes had honey in them when I asked so not safe to feed my infant son. Moral of the story -- don't come at peak times on the weekend or put your name down way in advance!
