Wouldn't let me use my coffee cup. Why not? "You know, Covid stuff." I pointed out that they weren't wearing masks. I also noted that the three of them working there were less than two feet apart, weren't washing their hands between customers and after touching their faces. "I'll get my manager." No thanks I said and left. The manager came running out smiling without a mask to tell me that I can't use my cup because she "doesn't know where it's been." The nerve. Well I don't know where your cups have been, though I can see they are out uncovered and unprotected from your maskless workers' breathing. She offered to first put the coffee into one of their disposable cups and then pour it into my cup, supposedly what the "Board of Health" insists. So, they want to add to the growing waste problem and spread Covid. I do love my cappuccino but I just don't think it's worth dying for. Well I am from out of town, so maybe I don't know. I went down the road a bit and used my coffee cup at a truck stop where they said they knew of no such Board of Health regulation but did ask if I wouldn't mention their name on YELP in case they just overlooked it. Of course that made me do the research (this place had great WiFi) and I wasn't surprised at all to find that the local Board of Health requires handwashing and recommends wearing masks and hair covering. At the gas station hey weren't wearing masks either and the coffee was awful, but at least they didn't try to insult my intelligence. read more

Never had the food from this location at all but the service is awesome. The store owner is so polite and says hello when she sees me in the store. The staff is also friendly as you walk I. The door. No issues at all. Nice seating area. The drinks are done right hot. Love the care taken for every drink. Worth going here. I don't know why people have five in bad reviews. I normally don't have a problem with this location at all. In fact I usually like that staff. Very friendly and sociable when able to. However today was not that! I order my beverage which didn't take long to make and yes they were a bit busy usually the morning rush is like that. However when I watched this tall young blonde curly haired individual did not call out my Order and I watched her just set it down with not notifying anyone at all. When I walked up to ask what drink it is she informed me it was the drink I ordered. Slightly annoyed that they left my drink without calling it out was whatever I can get over it and when I called her out for not calling it out she wanted to be argumentative. Normally I wouldn't tolerate it but I get her job can be hard. By the time I get back to my car to enjoy my coffee there is a bunch of coffee grounds in my drink. Obviously I wasn't pleased with this so I came back in to the cashier to show her that I needed a remake and was pointing out what it is I don't like. She also got snippy. I don't know what it is to get an attitude with a customer who don't giving you a hard time but to simply ask you to do your job and do it right. I get we all make mistakes and I'm usually very easily forgiving but when you give me an attitude that's when I have a problem. So therefore I will be contacting the store owner and report those who needed to be reported and hopefully they will pull their heads and attitudes out of their asses. Want to be a grown up? Biggby coffee is one of the great things the north has to offer. Just like I love Tim Hortons every time I visit Michigan I have to say I live biggby even more. Their matcha latte is definitely something to die for. I always add zip for that little extra boost of energy. And don't forget to try they're sausage egg and cheese bragel. So creamy and cheese at the same time and packed with a ton of flavor. Oh how I wish I had a latte in my hand as I type this. OH! I am not one to usually rate chain-food/coffee places, but seeing that this BIGGBY is in Paw Paw, I have too . This isn't a hipster coffee bar, but it's a good coffee place. Black coffee has a special place in my heart and I always buy bags of coffee beans from them to send to friends and family out-of-state where there are no BIGGBYs. I've also tried other specialty drinks, I've liked all of them. The staff at this local BIGBBY are always super friendly and pleasant. You can tell they focus greatly on customer service. My husband has had quite a few mix ups when ordering a Mocha Mellow and receiving a Mocha Mocha. Today was particularly rough though. It was busy so we get that mix ups happen but instead of a Mocha Mellow with skim milk we got what we initially though was just a latte but now I'm thinking they made a reduced cal mocha mocha. No big deal, I just go back and explain the situation to get a new one made. The girls were very rude and still made the drink wrong. I was a BIGGBY barista for years and they tried to tell me things that were blatantly wrong, such as not putting whip on skim milk drinks even though I had specifically stated that he wanted whip. I don't think we will be returning. A mistake was no big deal but the behavior was awful. read more

I live just around the corner from this establishment, which is super convenient but also dangerous as that means I visit almost every morning for my daily coffee run! The owner/manager is so nice and has trained her staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly! The coffee itself is delicious, especially the lattes and the chocolate chip cookies are the best!
