Kids meal
Audra D.

Immediately greeted when we entered. The same employee was our waitress. She was friendly and engaging. We had just checked in to our hotel next door. This was the walkable location without having to cross a street. Didn't realize kids eat free from 4pm-10pm. My little girl ordered the silver dollar pancakes and I ordered an omelet with a side of strawberry and banana pancakes and both of us really enjoyed our meals. Ambiance: Well, a screaming baby 2 booths over was unenjoyable. To say the least. However, not our servers fault. She was the gem of our day. 5 stars to her. Dinner with tax was under 20 for the 2 of us, and without hesitation, our server offered us 2 large to-go cups of ice water. I'd definitely sit in her section anytime.

Chicken and waffles
Doretta W.

Fast. Friendly. Good food. My son has been missing chicken and waffles and he loves their strawberry syrup. I had crepes. Not much to write about but it was a good experience.

At this ihop we ordered two 5 peices chicken tender meals each with 4 full sized pieces and one half of a tender on each plate we put them together to confirm they were in fact the same peice of a full sized tender and ihop had scammed us from our full sized meal. Not to mention waiting over an hour to receive our food and watch tables with more people that came after we arrived receive food

Blueberry Pancakes (partially eaten whoops)

I made an online order, but had to come early. I called to ask if they could have it an hour early, and they immediately got started on my order. By the time I got there, my food was already finished and warm. BTW, my blueberry pancakes were wondeful and they did not skimp on the toppings at all.

Such genuinely friendly staff, especially Anna. Great place to stop off for lunch in Ardmore on the way to Lake Texoma. Love the crepes!

Nice employees but absolutely pathetic service. Avoid this place if you are on a schedule. Food is nothing to write home about either.

It was a cool, Sunday morning and finally decided to stop and try this little place out. Let me…read moretell you that the parking lot was full as well as the waiting lobby. They told me it would be about a 10 minute wait and that was about what i waited before being seating. I knew by the way this place was packed and people willing to wait, that it must be worth it. I was not disappointed. As soon as i was seated i was greeted by my server and ordered a coffee and a Dr. Pepper. This gave me a couple of minutes to look over the menu. Before i knew it, in the blink of an eye and before i could scan over the forst page of the menu, the server was back woth my coffee and drink. While sipping on my coffee i browsed the menu and found what inwanted for breafast. Which by they way, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I ordered the double (see pic of menu for desription) As i watched the room noticing that as soon as a party left the bus boys were on the table quickly to clean and turn it over and the hostess already had the next group ready to be seated. This explained while the wait wasnt as long as expected as they turn over tables quickly. The next thing is knew, my food was at the table, hot and fresh. The food didn't disappoint either as it was all cooked perfectly and had good flavor. My server checked on me as what I consider perfect timing and the right amount of times where you are not bothered but dont have to look around for a refill or assistance. All in all, this place was a quaint little country kitchen, with excellent service and food. They are well staffed to handle the crowds with ease and plenty of cooks to get your food out in a timely and fresh n hot manner. Awesome place.

Good food and Service. The owners name is Phil Tabor. We…read moreknow this because we stopped in around 8:40am on a Sunday. It was busy but we got sat as soon as we walked in. There were lots of waitresses in there with t-shirts on with Phil's face on them. I guess it was his birthday and they surprised him. It was good to see that they all love him. This is an old cafe. The seats aren't the most comfortable, but pretty expected since we were in a cafe. You could tell there were lots of locals in there. My mom got the blueberry short stack. She said they were great. Came out with three pancakes that had the blueberries cooked inside and on top. Pancakes were the size of a plate. They filled her up and she couldn't eat them all. My dad and husband got regular breakfast items. Toast, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. It all looked good and they ate all of it. I had the chicken fry with white gravy, 2 eggs, grits, and hash browns. All of my food was good. I was a bit disappointed in the gravy because it didn't seem homemade. Hash browns and eggs cooked perfectly. Grits were hot. No special flavors. Sorry I forgot to take photos.

I will start by saying the facilities are very nice but that's pretty much where the positives end. The service was slow, the table side guacamole tasted good but it took so long for our server to make it that our dinner was served immediately after she finished making the guacamole. The food was meh, not horrible but nothing to write home about. Also, it was not served as we ordered it, chicken taco and beef enchilada with red sauce when we ordered a beef taco and chicken enchilada with verde sauce and our daughter ordered her burrito with no cheese sauce and it came out smothered. The margaritas were fair but would have been better if they had been served right after they were made; my fiancé had to go find and retrieve them after they had been sitting on the bar for a while. All-in-all, If you're in the mood for Mexican food, I'd say skip this place and try somewhere else.

Decided to try this place out today and it did not disappoint…read more Service was very attentive and the food was AMAZING. Authentic Oaxacan Mexican food. Husband had the Burrito Norteno (pork) with tomatillo sauce. I had the shrimp brochette. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The guacamole that came with the shrimp was so delicious. I typically don't care about guacamole but I ate every bite. La Ambiciosa margarita was a bit strong but not to the taste. Careful not to order a second too soon!
