We stopped in after a long morning at the hospital doing tests. Restaurant was clean, quiet and perfect for what we needed after several stressful tests. Food was subpar. Waitress brought out the wrong order. She did make it right. Liquid coffee creamer was warm. Employees were screaming at each other throughout the restaurant. I ordered the bacon and avocado egg hollandaise, I got hashbrowns(add mushrooms and jack and cheddar) with it no bigger than the size of my hand, it being burnt but also the top layer? The cheese feels and looks extremely old. This is just severely disappointing. We had Ordered a New york cheesecake pancakes combo with eggs and bacon, the eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon was right on the tender and crunchy at the same time! Spinach and mushroom omelette was delicious just very big, Cassie W was the best server i've had in a while eating IHOP. 12/25/2022 Christmas Day. It was busy. Super busy and the staffing person must've known that it would be. Very well staffed and everyone was on top of their game. Cept maybe the order guy. The 86 board was extensive and included toast. Hot chocolate and ice cream. Dad ordered the Colorado omelette. I had Cheryl sub his pancakes for waffles and add fruits and whip cream. She was extremely accommodating and I was super pleased. It was yummy. Mom had the avocado toast and was impressed. It - like- and entire avocado. She could only eat half. It's more expensive than that breakfast place in Tye, with the coffee clocking in at $3.50. But our server was great. And the food was good. read more

NEVER!!! I can't believe the experience we had there today! The GM's wife literally said she doesn't want people like this in her restaurant! We go all the time and I have never! We arrived and seated immediately around 10:10ish, sat down ordered our food and drinks. Keep in mind the restaurant was NOT busy/packed yet. It was close to 11:00 when my sister finally got the waiters attention, and asked if he could check on our food. He came back and told her the kitchen was backed up and the restaurant was packed. My sister said well it wasn't when we got here and wanted to speak to a manager. He came and said his GM just got here and would be with us shortly. A woman comes over and told my sister she was a manger. She was nice at first and said she would check on it because we were going to pay for our drinks and leave. As she was at our table our food arrived and she said I will get y'all a discount on your check. My sister asked for the check the waiter brought her the check and mind you our bill was $57 dollars. She told him that the manger said she would give us a discount he went to go tell her. Our check went from $57 to $80. How does that happen?? With her giving us a 50% off discount it was $47 and she came over to explain the ticket. So my sister said okay so basically it's the same as our check. Manager got mad at my sister and said I will take care of it. We can pay our bill but as she walked away she said I don't want people like that in here. We didn't ask her to pay the bill we most definitely can pay the bill: moral don't offer a 50% off discount if your are only taking $10 off and be careful what you say in a packed restaurant as a manager! Do the employees care here? Every time I go in there you get ignored. When I come to pick up an order they never have it. When I pick up orders for Uber Eats they also never have it, I was told. "Your order will be out soon" only to find out 15 minutes later that they don't have the order. So why tell me something will be out when it's not even being made. The number of employees that look at you standing at the front then walk away is ridiculous. Treat your job like a job, acknowledge people. It's not that hard, I worked fast food for 14 years and you don't just leave people standing around and when you check on an order you actually check on it just don't say words that the customer wants to hear. read more

Sooooo... just found out the manager took our order almost 2 hours ago! Did not tell the waitress and our waitress just came to the table and asked what our order was. ... ummm woe! I went into this ihop today bc I was there last Saturday for my birthday (4/22) to get my free birthday pancakes, but they were super busy & the people waiting said they were waiting bc the staff was so short handed so I didn't want to wait & thought I'll try again later. Even though it was one weekend past my birthday the awesome lady that greeted us said yes I can. Then not only did I get my birthday pancakes, but she also got me a big ice cream sunday and wrote me a happy birthday note on with my reciept!! How nice!! Very disappointing! My wife and I have eaten there many times in the past, but after eating there last week we will NOT be back. Stopped in for breakfast with my family, the waitress wrote down our drink order and came back with the wrong drinks, wrote down our meal order and forgot half of it, i ordered a big meal and was given maybe a handful portion, The fruit we were given was rotten! My husband ordered a gluten free meal and due to medical reasons asked the waitress to please make sure it was gluten free, no cross contamination and the eggs are from a shell and not the carton. She assured him that everything was done right. Half way through our meal the manager decided to call all servers off the floor and yell at them in the back. Our server, Herchelle(I so hope I spelled that right ‍), was AMAZING! One of the best servers I've ever had. She was attentive, quick, and very friendly. One of my best friends and I were just leaving a movie and wanted to sit down and have a little Q&A about the movie. However after midnight there are few places available to just sit down and have a conversation. Fortunately, we remembered IHOP is open 247 and decided to pass by. Now typically after midnight you would expect IHOP to be chaotic however to my surprise, it was very calm and mellow. We had wonderful customer service from the manager Ms. Destinee as she checked on us literally every 5 minutes to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. We ordered a couple of milkshakes which were delicious! All and all we had a superb visit with all star customer service from Ms. Destinee. I know there may have been a few hiccups in the past with this location but they really are trying to put their best foot forward. So stop by and give them a chance and ask for Ms. Destinee! read more
