Great food, fast service, friendly staff--definitely coming back again soon! Loved it!

I've been here over 40 minutes before the food arrive, my wife's steak was cooked very tough, then the waitress didn't bring out everything at once, the gravy we ordered came out well after our food was served by our waitres. food was cold. I've never been in an Ihops where it takes so long to get food served nor was my food ever served cold at any IHOP. I'll never come here again read more

12/25/2022 Christmas Day. It was busy. Super busy and the staffing person must've known that it would be. Very well staffed and everyone was on top of their game. Cept maybe the order guy. The 86 board was extensive and included toast. Hot chocolate and ice cream. Dad ordered the Colorado omelette. I had Cheryl sub his pancakes for waffles and add fruits and whip cream. She was extremely accommodating and I was super pleased. It was yummy. Mom had the avocado toast and was impressed. It - like- and entire avocado. She could only eat half. It's more expensive than that breakfast place in Tye, with the coffee clocking in at $3.50. But our server was great. And the food was good. read more

Do the employees care here? Every time I go in there you get ignored. When I come to pick up an order they never have it. When I pick up orders for Uber Eats they also never have it, I was told. "Your order will be out soon" only to find out 15 minutes later that they don't have the order. So why tell me something will be out when it's not even being made. The number of employees that look at you standing at the front then walk away is ridiculous. Treat your job like a job, acknowledge people. It's not that hard, I worked fast food for 14 years and you don't just leave people standing around and when you check on an order you actually check on it just don't say words that the customer wants to hear. read more

Been here several times over the years and ended up with food poisoning every single time. I refuse to go to IHOP ever again because of these experiences. I've came here two times and every time I come there's always something wrong with the food. Not bad service just bad food. The Waffle and biscuit was not cooked all the way. It tasted like pure dough in the middle. If you want breakfast I would not recommend this place, I would recommend the biscuit bar on judge ely or the flipping egg. I ordered the 2x2x2 (2 eggs sunny side up for dipping, 2 sausage links and 2 pancakes) and added a side of wheat toast for dipping. I explained to the waitress that I need the toast to come out with the eggs and she agreed that she hated when that doesn't happen. Long story short, the food came out without the toast, had to wait 5 minutes to flag down my waitress, she apologized that she forgot to order the toast and ran back to put it in. 5 minutes later, she came back with a single piece of toast because "they" dropped one piece and my beautiful dippy eggs had gotten cold and solidified. I know it's a "1st World " problem, but I had an expectation for the food I wanted, I clearly made a point about the importance of the toast, but the restaurant failed the mission. I went into this ihop today bc I was there last Saturday for my birthday (4/22) to get my free birthday pancakes, but they were super busy & the people waiting said they were waiting bc the staff was so short handed so I didn't want to wait & thought I'll try again later. Even though it was one weekend past my birthday the awesome lady that greeted us said yes I can. Then not only did I get my birthday pancakes, but she also got me a big ice cream sunday and wrote me a happy birthday note on with my reciept!! How nice!! Kelsey was so friendly & went above & beyond to make my belated birthday special!! Also I have to say this ihop was soooo clean. Sooooo... just found out the manager took our order almost 2 hours ago! Did not tell the waitress and our waitress just came to the table and asked what our order was. ... ummm woe! Like I'm out of words right now... and now the waitress said our food has been sitting up in the window this whole time and no one bothered to bring it to us... At least she isnt trying to make up exscuses and is trying to be a good waitress... but I am just beside myself. We asked for more creamer and it been another 5 minutes... she informed us we would get a discount for the inconvenience ... got the food and it's not right. Eggs are cold and not cooked right. Bacon is cold and the pancakes isnt even melting the butter between them! Cheese sticks are not even melted all the way and it feels like they threw the chicken back in the fryer and reamed it. Omg the horror... and I have not had an chance to eat all day it looks like it will not be until tomorrow before I get to eat The waitress got the manager and the manager is going to make our food now herself. Very disappointing! My wife and I have eaten there many times in the past, but after eating there last week we will NOT be back. The food was cold (my wife's scrambled eggs!) and the pancakes (this is THE PANCAKE HOUSE, right?) were COLD and HARD - obviously had been cooked and kept in the kitchen for 30-40 minutes and NOT under a heat lamb! Stopped in for breakfast with my family, the waitress wrote down our drink order and came back with the wrong drinks, wrote down our meal order and forgot half of it, i ordered a big meal and was given maybe a handful portion, The fruit we were given was rotten! My husband ordered a gluten free meal and due to medical reasons asked the waitress to please make sure it was gluten free, no cross contamination and the eggs are from a shell and not the carton. She assured him that everything was done right. Half way through our meal the manager decided to call all servers off the floor and yell at them in the back. It was our first time eating at this IHOP. We were more than impressed! We came in just as a party of 45 was seated and the manager personally came out to let us know to order before the big group. Our server, Herchelle(I so hope I spelled that right ‍), was AMAZING! One of the best servers I've ever had. She was attentive, quick, and very friendly. One of my best friends and I were just leaving a movie and wanted to sit down and have a little Q&A about the movie. However after midnight there are few places available to just sit down and have a conversation. Fortunately, we remembered IHOP is open 247 and decided to pass by. Now typically after midnight you would expect IHOP to be chaotic however to my surprise, it was very calm and mellow. We had wonderful customer service from the manager Ms. Destinee as she checked on us literally every 5 minutes to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. We ordered a couple of milkshakes which were delicious! All and all we had a superb visit with all star customer service from Ms. Destinee. I know there may have been a few hiccups in the past with this location but they really are trying to put their best foot forward. And my streak of bad luck continues. Four of us arrive at 5:45. Being so early, there won't be any problems. We order. The restaurant is not busy. It takes FOREVER to get our food. I ordered the biscuits and gravy plate. Did I get gravy? NO, I got white water. She said, I know, I'm so sorry. So you realized it ahead of time, and still served it expecting a customer to take it. I asked if I could have some gravy, please. She returns. You know the little cups you get ketchup in? That's what I got of gravy. (Yes, it's actually kind of funny). She said I'm sorry, we're out of gravy. Out of gravy at 6:00 pm? I set my untouched plate on the empty table next to us and said thank you. As the others ate, I enjoyed my tea. As Glenda, Connie, and Glen finished their meals, she appeared with another ketchup cup of gravy. Now I have two!!!!! I told her thank you, that was better than nothing. I got my cold plate from the other table and ate. It was actually pretty good. Now, as pathetic as that was, none of it was the waitress's fault. Strictly the kitchen. Waitress was super rude and snatched the menu away from me as I was trying to read it. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of a busy restaurant, so I didn't say anything. Another waitress comes by and asks if I want anything. I stupidly mentioned to her that I didn't want anything because the first waitress's actions. She then proceeded to tell that waitress who then came over and loudly announced in front of the whole restaurant an apology and bunch of other nonsense. Upon arriving, we stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes, no one acknowledging us, waiters and waitresses purposely not looking at us. The hostess finally showed up (I think she was the manager, not sure). No smile, bad attitude, seated us. Right after we sat down, another couple came in and were seated immediately. We waited and waited, no one came over to get our drinks or anything. Waited some more. Then we noticed that the couple that came in after us already had their drinks and were giving their order. At that point we left. On the way out I said in a loud voice, "going to Denny's where we might get some fucking service!"
