When we got there, it actually wasn't busy at all, which was a nice surprise. We sat out on the patio and it was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Our waiter was super nice and knew the menu well, which made ordering easy. We started with the cheese curds and they were really good! Then we ordered 20 boneless wings with mild, honey garlic, and honey BBQ sauces. All of them were great, but the honey garlic was definitely the favorite!! Came in for drinks with friends. Party of 8 sitting in the bar. Restaurant was 3/4 full on a Saturday night. Service wasn't attentive which amazingly included our server, her trainee, and a manager. Long Island Ice Teas were terrible. I was told I could not omit the sweet and sour which ruined the flavor. There is no sweet and sour in the original LOIT recipe. I went back to the website which only has an ordering option and no way to see the full menu including bar drinks so I can't remember the ingredients they have in their half a** drink. Beer friends did better IMO, I mean how can you mess that up? Paid our tabs and headed back out. We chose BWW over TaMolly's Tex-Mex across the way because they had a full bar. I go in on a Thursday after having dinner there last night. I'm from outta state here on business. Great service on Wednesday but Thursday Trish was my server. I was sat out side on the patio. The service I received from Trish was horrible to the point she ignored me when I said thank you for a refill on my drink. I asked her if there was an issue because I never received such rude unprofessional service before. Her response was you think I'm being rude?! All they must've had every sing;e TV turned up to the absolute max volume in that place because even yelling across the table you could barely hear what the person was saying! Yes it was Sunday, but we've gone to BWW for years on Sundays and have NEVER experienced one like this! It may as well have been a nightclub or concert! I truly wish I had headphones for my 2 year old to block out some of the noise! My husband and I ordered 3 drinks combined and some wings with a small order of fries totally to $58. Server never brought us waters and took over 20 minutes to get our alcoholic beverages. Our server barely checked on our table and charged us $1.50 per small dipping sauce of ranch. Each set of wings came with 2 things of ranch automatically which added $6 extra to our order for just ranch. The boneless wings were pretty small as well. 2 wings combined would be equivalent to 1 wing at wing stop. Atmosphere would be nice for a sports game but will not be returning for their food. If I were the manager here I'd be embarrassed. The wait staff is obviously doing the best they can do but the quality of the food coming from the kitchen is sub par at best. The last two visits I had were similar in experience with smaller portions than previous experiences and now, for some reason the potato sides no longer are seasoned. The worst pet of my last experience was the wings coming from the kitchen. During a lunch time visit where the restaurant was not even at half capacity, my wings showed up cold. Not like room temperature cold but like these had been sitting for 20 minutes cold. The kitchen staff should all be retrained. This is not the first time this has happened. The first time was several months ago. We were there on a Saturday for lunch with several other families. The service was extremely slow and it took over an hour then for our food to come out. I spoke to this same manager and she just told us it was because we had a big party. Needless to say, we will not be back. We left there, went down to street to Wendy's and got our grilled chicken salads and cheeseburger meal for our son in less than 3 minutes and ate at home. Ranch dressing in the cups had 1 tablespoon each not enough to use for dipping all of the wings. Refused to allow more than one flavor on an order of wings. Provided no wet naps, no napkins. The restaurant provides a host of TVs and projectors to watch every live sporting event under the sun, and the casual atmosphere allows customers to cheer for their teams while chowing down. This particular location of BWW should be avoided. The service we received is the reason for the two star rating. The wait staff did not bring their A game. Our server took drink orders and did not bring the beverages for 20 minutes. So, our orders were not taken for at least 30-35 minutes. Once we did order, our food took an additional 35 minutes to arrive. We asked for crayons twice for our kiddos to color on the supplied color sheet. After the second request our server cussed in front of our kids and said she forgot. I had to go up front to get crayons. They also did not bring extra plates, when asked they did come back with any so my husband got up and had to go get some for our kids. There were a total of three wait staffers who could not accomplish these tasks. It was not a good experience. We typically try to give feedback at the time, however since we had our kids and had waited so long we needed to get going. Bottom line, we do Not recommend this restaurant. read more

#282-2016: BWW is the kinda junk food I would wanna die munching on in the middle of a deserted island. My attitude is the spicier the greater, the messier the better. So,why 3 mere stars? Because if you opt to eat in you will most likely not be able to fully enjoy yourself. The service is hit and miss, the food is not all that one need to take into account when coming to such an establishment. I do realize that this is a sports bar after all, but with so many TV screens all tuned in a different sport section can truly cause for a major headache. I like the easy going, no stress environment, however I can totally feel some of the staff is not sincerely happy to work there and they force themselves to be funny and witty. I understand you make most of your money on tips, but there is such thing as overshoot. All in all I love the mango spicy combo and anything that makes my tongue wanna curl into a fetal position. I have also purchased one of their sauces to make them wings at home,but it ain't the same. The food is just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings and this location is very convenient since I usually stay at the Courtyard across the street, but this place has the WORST service. I usually call ahead for a carry-out order. I don't think I have ever been able to place an order quickly. You are always put on hold and it takes them forever to take your order. Upon entering the Order Pick-Up area, many eyes just stare at you but no one actually asks if you need assistance. Workers here need to take Customer Service 101....especially the management.
