They notified me four days later that it was a problem with the motherboard. Even though the CPU debugging light was on. They try having me pay $600 for them to repair the motherboard. Not even replace it. they were going to actually mess with the motherboard. And the math wasn't really making sense. My motherboard is just under $230. I did not proceed with them with my build and when I got my build back, it was missing screws throughout. I'll recommend before proceeding with them with repairs if you still have warranty under any of your components, go through the manufacturer use your warranty To get the component replaced

Even though the screen was the only damaged part, I couldn't download my pictures because I couldn't enter my pin to unlock the phone. I called around to find someone who could help with no luck. Everyone said they would have to replace the screen which was cost prohibitive to say the least. Finally, I reached Ali with Tech Store who was not only able to help me, but at a reasonable price. I got all of my pictures and videos back and couldn't be happier. Ali is a really nice guy. He found a way to solve my problem and was very fair throughout the process. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I originally called the Verizon's customer service number with my questions but they were not too clear with their answers. I was greeted by David right away. Gave him my contact information and walked to a sitting area. David went above and beyond with a lot of patience answering all my silly questions. He explained all the scenarios and possibilities, helping me to make the best decision. Verizon needs more David's in their stores. He was joined by Adam who was also very helpful and polite. I didn't make a decision on a phone but I left with a different home product to try. I will be back for the phone now that I have the best information to compare. I hope to have another David customer service experience when I return.

The store manager working on 3/9/26 was unapologetically apathetic and seemed completely…read moreunconcerned about the customer experience. I arrived at the Millenia location a little more than an hour before closing. When I walked in, the store was nearly empty--about five customers and five Verizon employees. With an equal number of employees to customers, I expected a timely and efficient experience. That was not the case. After putting my name on the waiting list, I waited while three employees stood together having a long, casual conversation and completely ignoring customers who were waiting. After more than fifteen minutes, I politely asked the manager if someone could assist me. I was told that because the store was closing in less than an hour, everyone was "too busy." That explanation made no sense considering I had just watched multiple employees casually chatting instead of helping customers. Now everyone understands being a frustrated customer in a busy store with overwhelmed employees. What's much harder to understand is standing in a nearly empty store, waiting patiently, while employees talk among themselves and ignore customers. To make matters worse, the manager didn't appear the least bit concerned when telling me no one could help. She even suggested that I call customer service instead--even though I was already standing in the store waiting for assistance. In the end, I waited over an hour for help (which can easily be verified on the in-store cameras), despite there being available employees. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to improve the situation. Is this how they treat all their customers? Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

So after 23 years we decide to try another provider to see if we get better service. In an emergency, if internet goes down (wi-fi calling only here) then we have no contact with the world. So T-mobile was very nice on the phone when cancelling. They told me the final bill would not be pro-rated, which sucks, but okay. Today I get the bill and they charged me $75 for the same bill I have been paying $50. I can only assume they pulled all promo rates and billed at the max, but still can't figure out how they got a $60 plan to $75. There was a good chance we would have gone back to T-Mobile after our trial with another carrier. That ship has now sailed. I know this has not been the old T-Mobile for years, that had great, in-country support and took care of any issues. Those days were gone and now so are we PERMANENTLY!

However, T-Mobile only cancelled my main cell phone number and continued billing me for two additional lines, even though I am already paying for those same services through Spectrum. I spent three hours on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue. I was told that I should have cancelled each line separately, even though I specifically asked the representative on 08/07/2025 to cancel all lines. At that time, I also paid the balance owed on my iPod line. Despite this, I was informed yesterday that the two remaining lines are still active and will only be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, which is why T-Mobile continues to charge me. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and financial burden. I am requesting that T-Mobile immediately cancel the remaining lines and stop billing me for services I did not authorize. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida, and encouraging friends and family to reconsider their service with T-Mobile.
