I have been coming here since Nov 2022 after a hamstring injury, but I have been seen for a host of issues with my legs that keep popping up. Kallie has been the main PT I work with, but I have also worked with Maryam and Maddie and all of them are fantastic. They have helped to pinpoint areas that need the most work and have used cupping, dry needling, massage gun, manual work, and KT tape to try to help me find relief. I may walk away bruised and battered lol but it's all helping (plus I just bruise easily)! I appreciate the fact that they work to find the root of the problem and not just try a bandaid fix. The entire staff is extremely helpful, polite, and friendly (E, G, Sierra, and everyone else). They all greet me by name when I walk in and genuinely care about me and my recovery (they even remember to check in and see how my marathon training is going). With all the issues I have been dealing with, I wouldn't be able to find relief or get better without the team here, and I am so thankful for each and every one of them! It felt honest and honorable for a business, and it's one of the reasons I chose them. Hyperbaric oxygen is most beneficial within the first 24 to 72 hours because it increases oxygen saturation in the bloodstream, reduces inflammation, supports cellular repair, and speeds healing. Even though Dr Robertson is a 40 minute drive, he is worth it. He has many methods to treat issues (I like the activator and cold laser best). His team is terrific, has a nice clean office, comfort dogs, and is very reasonably priced. I love how he gives you a choice based on your time and issue. You could come in for a quick adjustment or for the full treatment. I usually get the full treatment, but sometimes I'm in a hurry and go for the quick. He is very personable, a good listener, gentle, and has a teachers heart. He has so many great resources on his web page and also has great books about targeted issues. He also writes children's books. We highly appreciate and recommend him.

Makkeda, the Orthopedic…read moreClinic Specialist spent a lot of time discussing with me the source of the pain, what made it better or worse, and then designed a plan of action to strengthen my shoulder and focused on eliminating my pain. Within a couple of months, I became pain free and could actually sleep well uninterrupted. As an added bonus, Makkeda introduced me to the Vitality Health concept of Sarcopenia (I did not know what that was) and the treatment/management to help improve muscle mass. After a few sessions, I could actually feel stronger and more energetic. The staff is very friendly and the facility is spotless - I highly recommend it.

I worked mainly with Hillmari who worked with me before and after my knee replacement with great success. She never let me give up (which I watned to numerous times) but insisted (with compassion) that I complete the exercises, etc, that would ensure a successful recovery. I also worked with Mirabel often and she was also compassionate and thorough. During each session they always went beyond the 'call of duty' to ensure I left feeling better and without pain. I finished my sessions with Matt and what a wonderful closure. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me exercises that I could do after my departure which I'm still doing today. A truly professional group who I highly recommend if you are looking for a successful experience!
