My 2012 MacBook Pro needed thermal paste replacement, I figured "I've done some work on this computer before "(battery replacement, Ssd replacement etc)" Well I was wrong and even though I replaced the thermal paste successfully, I accidentally broke the connection to my laptops Keyboard (the backlight worked it was the actual keys that didn't work) At one point my laptop screen wouldn't even turn on. My iPhone 6s "decides" to learning the first swimming lesson, and surely, it didn't want to wake up after its trip going to the ocean.
