Floors were pre-finished bamboo installed by the previous owner - badly. They had nail holes, gaps, etc.. Thankfully, they were solid wood. The Elephant Floors team was able to sand them and fill the holes and gaps, and they looked awesome after refinishing! They also replaced all the trim afterwards with white painted pine (per request.) Completely happy - price was competitive, quality great. Will totally use them again in the future!

They changed the contract and had me sign a second contract saying that I should pay for pick up again and I signed that also. 3. They then went to my home to do a demolishing of carpet. They ripped off carpet in one room. Then called me asking for more money saying that they forgot to include master bedroom closet in their calculation and demanded that I pay additional money that was not in contract. I disagreed to pay more since thats not what we agreed. They left the home with the carpet messed up and removed in one room. 4. I was disappointed and they emailed saying they never started work but this is not true because they already removed carpet in one room. 5. I sent another flooring company and realized and shocked that carpet was already removed in one room and due to this the home is uninhabitable. 6. I am forced to pay 10K to another company to change the flooring. 7. I do not recommend this flooring company to anyone since they will mess up your home and demand more money without honoring a signed contract and without getting you prior approvalbbefore beginning work. 8. I am updating my review since they commented below that unexpected issues may occur causing price increase. In my case the fault is on their side.
