The manager hid in the back like a coward and made the counter person tell me that they aren't accepting the warranty because of these deep scratches in the screen but otherwise the warranty would have been covered because they don't think Google would accept it. After giving them 4 hours to fix my phone I came to find I had a totally new LCD screen cause my back light was blue when it was once white. When I asked them if they only changed the glass they said yes so I left. Within a few hours notice I couldn't click on the bottom right of my screen so it was nearly in possible to send messages or hit enter but I made due. A week later I dropped my phone from a super short distance (with a platinum case which never broke before) and my screen completely shattered. I found out after doing research that they didn't glue the phone correctly and because of the horrible job they did the glass just shattered and feel out. After I called to see if they can fix this mess up, and hoe they didn't glue the glass correctly on the phone, he went on to say I was making assumptions and hoe their insurance doesn't cover physical damage. Its because of there shitty hardware they put on my phone is why it's broken to begin with. I'm not trying to pay another 150 dollars on fixing my screen that lasted a week because of youe horrible handy work. Horrible customer service, horrible company. The phone is flickering none stop. It looks like it's about to die. It was a waste of money. Now I have to buy a new phone. Will not go there again
