This is a chain of stores dedicated to fixing people's oops/mistakes/clumsiness. What a wonderful idea. I was on the hunt for someone to repair my iPhone 4 (please don't judge...) and these guys were able to make it happen. I called around to about five different shops in the area to have it fixed and had a devil of a time finding both the part (it's a white phone) and someone to actually do the repair. In the end, gave up and just had it fixed with whatever they had around. It's not so good looking, but hey, it does the job.I have no idea who helped me, but he was quick (fixed within 30 minutes) and polite. His parting words were: "Please don't break again, it's not easy to fix." I hear ya man, I hear ya. read more

Horrible experience. Went in to replace a cracked iPhone 6s Plus screen. They ended up replacing my screen to a non-original one and ended up replacing battery to a non-original one as well. After we left we realized the front camera stopped working AND the earpiece/speaker too! so I couldn't hear anyone unless they were on speakerphone. We had to return the following day. They are way overpriced! Battery alone was $50 for a non-original battery when Apple sells them for $20. Now I have all unoriginal parts and left there spending $200. Maybe they want the original parts. The screen is very sensitive to the touch even with the glass screen cover I purchased there. They kept up-selling us. Also, I got a ring phone holder for the back of phone but it broke within couple weeks. We made the mistake of coming here because they were only ones still open (in mall) Do not recommend stay away!!!!! read more

It was the first time I've ever came here and I called last night to get a quote on what it cost for me to get my phone screen repaired since long story short... I accidentally dropped it on the sidewalk because it fell out of my hoodie (trust me... don't keep your phone in your hoodie pocket.... it's best to keep it in your bag or better yet what I do.... in your sleeve.) So I technically called them before they were closing and explained that I would be there today and the guy on the phone answered my questions promptly and very kindly. Now today when I got there.... the associate was a complete sweetheart. He was so kind and he was joking around with my dad and myself because he could tell how devastated I was with having a cracked screen. Only thing was he took a little while to look for the actual screen I needed. But that's fine. And they were really fast. They just told my dad and I to come back in 40 minutes so my dad and I just went to get something to eat and drink since the place was located in the Lord & Taylor Wing of Garden State Plaza. And when we came back... it was done. And good as new. But now I know not to keep my phone in my hoodie. I mean even the associate agreed I should keep it in my sleeve if I'm wearing my hoodie. However I do apologize to the associate that was dealing with my phone for the ringtone I had that kept going "Hey stap it." But THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE ASSOCIATES THERE! I definitely recommend them to everyone. The price is actually pretty reasonable and if you're wondering they give you the option for the bill to be texted to you or emailed. I've had an iPhone 8 Plus for almost 2 years. I shattered the screen for first time. I called many places in the area and this place beat everyone's price. However for the quality, I should have spent a little more and went elsewhere. Immediately after fixing, my screen seemed very non-responsive. It was hard to type because of lag time between presses. Takes so much longer to type a sentence when every other word is a typo. The phone lasted 2 days (less than 48 hrs) before the screen shattered while being in a protective case. The iPhone 8 Plus screen is supposed to be very durable. I find it hard to believe that the original screen lasted 2 years but the replacement lasted 2 days. read more

If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. The staff and manager only care about their $$ signs. They are hasty, distracted, and unapologetic. They have no idea how to do what they are doing because they did more harm to my iPad than when I brought it there initially. This made the 30-min wait time turn to more than 2 hours with 2 different people working on a simple screen swap. Three other people were hovering over the work while two people took turns trying to figure out how to put everything back together. It's evident they were just doing guess work. So the morning of, I called and confirmed ahead of time, and right before I dropped off my iPad for repairs, I confirmed again the price and the time it would take. The "manager" said it would take 30-45 minutes. I took a walk and looked around the mall to pass the time. I returned an hour later and he was still working on it. "15 more minutes," he said. Okay, I'll wait for 15 minutes on the seats just outside their store. I see the guy working on my iPad repeatedly get up and move around and talk to his coworkers or friends in the store. Very distracted, very unprofessional. After 15 minutes, I went to check with them. He explained that he, the "manager," had mistakenly cut the connection between the power/home button to the rest of the iPad. Don't you do this for a living? It took them 3 more "15 more minutes" to finally put it all together. TWO hours later (30 min originally he said) it was finally done. I asked for a break or a discount given THEIR mistake and not delivering on the time they said. The guy who was the "manager" was unapologetic and acted like it was my mistake to assume that it would be finished in 30 minutes. He wouldn't budge on the price. Take your business elsewhere. A bunch of money-hungry know-nothing people work here with no regard toward what product or service they actually provide. I recommend the other kiosks at the mall because they also offer the same service for a lower price. ZERO out of 5 stars. I wouldn't be sad if they closed tomorrow for good. read more

went here for my broken galaxy s6 edge, guy tells me they only use the authentic parts, costs 225 and Samsung does NOT fix s6 edges ...(I asked him "are you sure?" he said yes) I go to a real Samsung service center 5 mins from this place, they tell me Samsung never sells their parts to a third party, all their parts are counterfeit and they did it for 199 within 2 hours (plus free coffee, computer lounge). Bottom line: nonsense. the guy lied and was unreasonably expensive. Why would you ever let a third party "fix" your phone with fake parts when Samsung, actual phone makers, can fix it for less? read more

Had gotten a battery and screen replaced here. They (Ayhan and some other kid at the counter) told me that since I was getting the battery and screen replaced that I had a one year warranty as long as there was no damage on my end. Long story short, went in after 5 weeks because the screen component came out of place and the home button was wobbly ever since I picked it up from them (busy schedule with school and all). It was not dropped or anything, so I went back to drop it off so they can fix it. Once I got there, they tried everything in their power to not fix it, even though I was not even asking for a new screen, just needed them to place the screen back into position with the glue that they used. Well, the self-proclaimed "manager" Mustafa did not want to fix it claiming that the phone was dropped and thats why the screen was coming off, pointing to a scratch on the side of the phone. I explained that was from the fall last time which is why I got the screen replaced in the first place, but he just did not seem to care or want to help and accused me of dropping the phone. At one point he even told me "Stop acting like you know everything, you don't". To the contrary, THEY think they know it all. He literally called my girlfriend and I rude and tossed the phone in front of us and three of our friends saying that he's not fixing it. Mind you, we did not get loud or say anything disrespectful; we literally went in to drop the phone off and leave, yet all we saw was disrespect and rudeness from him. Anyway, they are not customer-focused at all, they will lie to you until they get the sale. Even when you go pick up your phone they do not seem to care. Do yourself a favor and get your screen replaced at Apple, trust me it's worth the extra money. If I could rate them 0 stars, I WOULD!! read more

I will never step into their store again and DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go anywhere except there.... I was looking for a screen protective for Iphone6s. They talked me to buy their more expensive product claiming that it protects from edge to edge and not just the flat part of the screen. Glass edges were not touching curved glass edge of uthe phone. Obviously it didn't last even one day and edges chipped right away and even cut my wife's hand. Once I went back asking for refund, they said that they don't have refund policy and asking me to pay another$10 to put the same garbage product on my phone.....they sell you products more expensive than anywhere and fraudulent claims about products. no refund policy. Had the charging port replaced on my galaxy. Then my phone had no cell connection bc they had to change the whole piece which I assume they didn't know. Then they had to take it to another place to separate my screen from the phone to remove the bad part but before doing so tried on their own and ended up hitting something causing an ink mark on the bottom right of my screen as well as causing a line of dead pixels from top to bottom of my screen. When I finally got my phone back which took all weekend I found out the next day they put the screen on in the wrong position so now my phone constantly thinks my face is against it because the sensor is covered by the screen. Just go to the actually place to fix your phone like the Apple store or Samsung store and know they do it right. read more

I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement. No other problems with the phone prior to this, just a shattered screen. Got the phone back, shiny new screen, all seemed well. Later that night I realized that the home button was not responding for TouchID, double tap to move the screen down, etc. Not to mention that the display began intermittently shutting off and displaying flashing lines and pixels. Finally got a chance to take it back and showed them the receipt with the 60 day warranty and explained my problems. They told me to come back in 15 minutes and claimed that they would take care of it. Got the phone back, tested it out right in front of them, and the home button remained minimally functional. I asked them why it wasn't working when they had supposedly just "fixed" it. They claimed that they only fixed the screen and that they do not repair home buttons. I asked them for a refund on my original repair work because the home button had been fully functional prior to me bringing it to them. They refused even a partial refund, and refused to take responsibility. Should have known from a place that has a staff of kids. Avoid, unless you want more problems than you started out with. read more

Do not go here !!!! I took my iPhone 6 Plus here. Phone has been cracked for months now with no issues just a cracked screen. Charged me to repair my screen never mentioned anything about backing up my pictures or the potential that my phone would no longer operate after being repaired. I returned the next day due to touch issues on my new screen. The tech told me he could not fix my phone and that I should leave it for a day so he can try. I got a call back that my phone will not work and they would refund me my money. Well now I'm left with a not working iPhone 6 Plus and was told "go to apple ". This company breaks your phone then tells you " just go to apple ". If I wanted to go to apple I would have done so before I came to I fix. I asked to speaks to the owner and all I kept getting was the manager and them telling me their was nothing. They could do. Enter with a working phone leave with a not working phone. That should be this companies motto. I will be sharing my experience with Westfield mall management as long as Yelp and Google reviews. BBB will be contacted as well. As a business they did nothing to help. When they realized they couldn't make a buck and replace the screen. They put my original cracked screen back on and sent me to apple. If I took my car to Honda running for a oil change and left with my car not running would is that how they would treat me also ? read more
