So being a mother of 2 teens, needless to say these daughters of mine keep having accidents dropping their iPhones ! We didn't like the Otter cases bc they are too bulky! Kyle and Carlos gave me an incredible deal on replacing both screens for this 5s and my oldest iPhone 6 ! Not only that, they helped us pick out some cute, sleek, yet PROTECTIVE CASES that offer protection pretty much like the Otter cases. And the best part is the prices and selections of the cases. Their service on the repairs was just a 3 hour turnaround and that was on a Saturday, when the mall and their store was packed !! Both employees were very attentive and professional and NOW I have found a trustworthy business to help me with these kiddo's iPhone accidents and have since sent 2 other moms to fix their daughters phones!! I myself have tried one other location by TCU and it was a day and a half wait and three weeks later the screen was still going out that they had replaced, and I had to drive back for it to be redone and was very unhappy! I went in to IFixandRepair the other day to figure out why the capacitive buttons on my S6 Edge were not working. I was met with Eli, the store manager, who was extremely helpful in assessing the damage of my phone. He wasted no resource helping me find out what my best options were as for repairing my device. Eli, after looking at my phone under a microscope, found that when I opened my phone up to repair something else myself, I had knocked off a very tiny component of the motherboard. The repair would cost more than the phone is worth and I asked Eli about how much my phone would go for. He immediately got on Ebay to give me an estimate to see how much I could possibly sell my phone for! After everything was said and done, I had walked back to my car when I noticed that I had an extra question about an issue with my camera. Eli was happy to help! He took my phone back apart, fixed the issue I was having with my camera, and I went on my way! Eli was extremely professional, very helpful, and exceptionally friendly! I dropped my phone and it literally split in half. I could turn it on but it stayed on the apple screen and showed a bunch of random words and numbers reporting error codes. My phone was fine after I fixed it myself except for every time I tried to restart it or it died, it would never turn on fully, it would show the error codes. I visited two AT&T stores and both stores tried to make me send my phone off to replace the whole phone for a ridiculous amount of money that I didn't have. I'm a college student paying for my own you know? So I take it to ifix and repair and they fixed the source of my problem within 30 mins. They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and told me that I need to replace screen and all but they did not. Today, after leaving Nordstroms, I saw the "ifix and repair", store! I've had my broken ipad in the car for a while, dreading having to go to the Apple Store. I went in "ifix" to see if they could fix my ipad that was dead and not charging. After hearing a "YES", I got it from the car and handed it over to Kyle, the tech who was working at the time. With a smile and a couple of tools; in less than 5 mins, Kyle had the charging light on and the ipad charging! No hassle to buy another product, no line and minimal waiting. This place is the best kept secret in DFW! I will recomend this store to my friends, family and to anyone who needs their devices repaired! Give this place a try! I took my iPad here about a month ago to get it fixed, (the screen was totally shattered and the metal on the back was bent a little bit) and I gotta say, these guys know what they're doing. It took them about an hour and a half to get it back to looking like new, I even sat there and watched them do it for a good portion of the time. Highly recommend! l have had two cracked screens repaired here . Both were done within 30 minutes. The first time I used them, I had been turned away from another repair shop that refused to fix my cracked screen. ifix gladly repaired it perfectly. My current phone had recently been runover in the middle of a very busy street and I thought it was destroyed.
