After having a terrible experience with a Worker named Brent who pretended to be the manager the actual manager called me to apologize and handled the situation with pose, we resolved the issue I had. If you decide to go here don't get help from Brent who is an idiot- get Clay or Roy. Brent needs to be fired for his behavior. read more

Very displeased ,customer service was the absolute worst. Drove up to the store that wasn't even open during the normal hours. I wanted to be the first one in line because they said it's a first come first served policy . After leaving a voicemail the employee showed up right after, okay not a big deal.. went in gave him my phone told him I needed my camera/lens fixed on top of my LCD screen replacement that I got from Groupon. He said it could take 4-5hrs to fix, (not a big deal I already knew that I called the day before,they made it seem like if they had the phone they would be able to tell me if it was the lens or camera but still seemed like they still didn't know what the issue was with it in their hands.... okay kept that to myself and went on with my day leaving them with my phone.)After four hours later gave them a call for an update to see if it was ready for pick up. He did say he would give me a call if he needed more time. He told me it was going to need "maybe two to three more hours" I told him okay well what time would it be done with. He told me that the camera and lens needed to be fixed ... umm yeah i was aware of that .The person I on the phone was very unpleasant he got frazzled over a simple question and refused to complete the service. After receiving my phone back I realized that he had helped himself by going through my personal Groupon account and redeemed it himself. I felt super vulnerable that he went through my personal belongings he had no right. That has to be some kind of violation of my personal information and property. For someone working with something so personal like a cellphone or computer I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company I don't know where this persons ethics are at but not at a standard that should be conducting business with peoples personal information/belongs. read more

A month ago I bought a new Dell Desktop and called Texpert Technology to install the new PC. The new PC is working great except the sound is not working. I contacted Texpert Technology several times but no response. It is frustrating. read more

Brought in phone to these butchers for a simple battery. They screwed up the phone to no end!! Replaced battery 5 times and the phone is still screwed up. Customer service is awful. Owner blames us for his company screw up. They accept no responsibility and actually counter- accuse us of doing something wrong. I wouldn't trust these people with an herb garden. Too bad there isn't a 0 Star. Beware!! Do not bring your iPhone to this place. I came in for a cracked screen and to have battery repaired and left with a non working phone. My phone worked just fine when I walked in, except the battery was draining too quickly. After they changed the battery my phone would not turn on and gave a black screen. I was told there was water damage to my phone and it wasn't their fault the phone wouldn't work. Despite a long conversation with whoever the "so called" rude manager was (Older man with grey/white hair) he tried accusing me of dropping my phone in water and screwing them over by blaming them. He would not give his name or title and had no explanation or offer any type of reimbursement for my $800 phone that they killed with the POS battery they put in. He then walked away and would not come back and talk to me. I then take the phone to Apple store, which I should have done the first place, and there was no water damage and the new battery fried it. Stay away from this place!!! And whoever the rude manger was needs to learn some people skills and not tell the customer, "you're upset because you didn't get your way." Damn right I'm upset, I came in with a working phone and left with a fried phone!! read more

Brought in my Iphone in to have the screen fixed. Somehow one of the employee dropped it and resulted it not being able to load. Had to come back to get an answer to how they were going to find a resolution to this matter. Waited until the owner came and was he not happy. The guys there found a replacement phone for $150 but the owner stated that he will NOT pay that much for replacing my phone. That was not the problem. The problem was that he yelled at me after I stated that it wasn't my fault that we are in this situation. I told him I'm just a customer and want this to be resolve because this was my only source of communication. He said that he didn't care that I was a customer and stated "Are you some sort of king or something?"....Not only was he unprofessional but talked over and yelled at like it was my fault in front of my kids. They were freaked out over this. He then looks over to one of his techs and says, "Are you enjoying this?"...referring to me telling him that he's wrong and shouldn't be treating customers a such. Basically the owner is a cheap who told me that he will find this phone for no more than $90 and when he does that I can come back and get my replacement. The guys there are super nice and felt sorry for me when I left. It's the owner who needs to change his attitude when something goes wrong and not blame customers. He needs to take ownership of situation like this and don't disrespect customers. I'm sorry but I would never recommend this place to anyone NOT even my worse enemy................. read more
