I'm super dissatisfied!!! I now understand what people mean when they say they wish they could give a business -0 stars if it was possible. SO I arrive at this location after buying their screen repair service on Groupon . Once there i'm met by two other couples waiting for the operators/owners/workers to come back from the POSTED SIGN stating we will be back in 10-15 mins for I guess lunch. fast forward and now there are about 6 people waiting for service . NO ONE CAME BACK! I had a flight back to Cali and really needed this store to be open as they stated. Such a Fail and I will not be using this companies service again. advice to owner. SAY what you mean and MEAN what you say. Your word is bond and if you can't over deliver get out of business! You probably lost a good amount of business cause if my phone wasn't fixable I would have been willing to Buy an iphone 11 from you. $$$$$$ down the drain on your behalf . read more

I went to this repair store because of the reviews, and they fixed my iPhone 6S for about $180. Now, almost 2 months later, my screen on my phone went out. I called and asked them what they can do about this, and they cannot do anything for me because it is after the measly 30 day warranty expired. I went to another location of theres and they can't do anything for me either. They said the only thing they can do is repair the screen for an additional $180. I'm not paying any more money for another defective product. If they had a longer warranty as other places do, maybe this could be resolved more affordably. *Update: Spoke to the manager, Kyle, and he did go above and beyond by calling other stores to see if they would only charge for the part, (still more than I should have to pay, warranty or not) and they wouldn't. I later spoke to both Verizon and Apple, and there is nothing they can do either within the next few days. It will be almost a week before I can get anyone to look at my phone, or that I can bring it into the store. It's absolutely ridiculous that this is happening, and that I am going to have to pay so much more just to justify this repair. read more

iFixandRepair was helping one person after another today. Located directly next to Nordstrom in the Northeast Mall. You can find wall to wall selection of iPhone, iPad and Galaxy cases. The techs that helped me were Tristin and Lamont, they were jovial and very experienced in phone repair. While I waited I was able to walk the mall and enjoy a coffee from the Nordstrom coffee shop. I waited an hour and a half because there were about 4-5 phones in front of mine. I can be sure of my purchased services because of iFixandRepair's 60 day warranty! Thanks for the great experience. read more

I recently had my iPhone 12 max plus screen repaired there. They do not use Apple authorized products and now I have an error message on my phone that says "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display". From the online search I found out that this will never go away unless I change out the screen to an Apple authorized product. Everyone needs to be aware that this company is using unauthorized products. Now I'm out to 250 bucks for a screen that is defective. read more

Eli was so helpful and repaired my broken iPhone 7. (Not sure of the technical terms) but the screen was cracked from behind the glass? He diagnosed the problem, tested it out before he charged me and asked if I wanted to proceed. This process took 25 minutes tops. He was professional, easy to speak with, and extremely friendly. The service I received was courteous and my phone works nicely!! For my certain issue, I paid $100 to get this fixed. (Considering my phone was not working hours ago and getting this repaired in 25 minutes). I personally did not mind paying what I did and it's been 2 months since and there are no further issues. I recommend if y'all are needing your phone repaired to check this place out. read more

Very nice and helpful! I called and told her my situation with my iPhone's charging port. The man on the phone indicated that it's likely just dirt/lint, but still advised to bring it in for them to take a look. He gave precise directions, and when I showed up, he stopped what he was doing to do some cleanup on my device. Within seconds, my charging port was back in order, and they didn't charge me a penny. I was ready to buy a new phone before going in, so this made my day. Big props to this place! Thank you! read more

Had my iPhone 7 screen replaced. Great customer service. Repaired right in front of me in less than 10 minutes! Quality parts and quality service. Really stands out in this world of substandard service. I recommended this place to a friend and she had her phone repaired here also. Great job and keep up the outstanding service. Thanks!! read more

They did a great job repairing my phone while I waited. And the price was pretty reasonable. They fixed my 5S and I'm still astonished at how much brighter my new screen is vs the old one. read more

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Kyle and his entire team, they are beyond accommodating. My team uses iPads for work purposes and I have brought them here countless time to have screens and LCDs repaired. They communicate throughout the entire repair process, ensuring that I approve ever repair/purchase. Repairs are always prompt and they call me as soon as they are the device is ready to be picked up. The prices here are very reasonable and the pride they take in the finished product definitely shows! They definitely have my business and the business of my company! read more

Came in a few days ago to check on replacement. The service was friendly but the warranty didn't seem lile a good deal. Overall too expensive and not worth it read more

Great service. Fast and on time. Decent price and the guys were super friendly. Will use again in the future.

Beware: took my LG in to get the screen fix. Everything look good until I got home to charge it. It will not charge. I was told it would cost 80 and two weeks to fix. read more

Screen cracked had it fixed fast and worked for about 6weeks, then it all of a sudden stopped. They wanted to charge me the exact same price they did originally to have it fixed again because it was out of the 30 warranty. They were rude and unprofessional when I called to see about having it fixed again. read more

No. No. No and no. First, any 3rd party products that aren't from the manufacturer are low quality no matter what any store tells you. So that part isn't completely their fault, but their customer service? Absolutely atrocious. There are two younger guys that work there and they're very nice, helpful and easy to talk to, but if you speak to anyone else besides them, it's painful. They act as if they hate their jobs and you're bothering them. I recently needed the lock button replaced on my iPhone after they broke it from repairing my screen. They said they would replace it for me for free since they broke it, so I thought that was only appropriate. I was just about to move from Fort Worth to Dallas for a job and couldn't make the drive every day anymore. They said to call and check if they have the lock button in before I go. Logical. So I called. They "SHOULD" have it. I make the drive in 5:00 traffic. They don't have it. I call again another week. Same response. I drive in 5:00 traffic again. Nope. Still haven't received any. This occurred 4 times until I gave up! On top of that, their poor-quality LCD screens stopped working and blacked out on me on two different replacement screens, both times and make you pay for the new ones again even though it's their product malfunctioning. They just don't act like they care about wanting your business or what you think of them. At the end of all this, I gave up and got a new phone to quit contributing time and money to this company. Horrible experience and I'm never returning. read more

I've broken the glass on my screen so many times in the last year that I count as a regular haha. The technicians are always super knowledgable, and they worked with me on pricing when I broke the glass 4 days after replacing ha-ha. They basically begged me to get a life proof case last time I went in so I finally broke down and bought one. Fancy that I haven't cracked my phone in months. They're very fast and if you work in the mall, you can call them and they'll come pick up your phone and bring it back when it's fixed. I'll never get my phones repaired anywhere else! read more

I came in to get my shattered screen repaired. The price was reasonable and it only took about an hour. Plus, the guys working here seemed super knowledgable. read more

This place is ok for a temporary fix but beware the fix does not last for long. I fixed my 4s screen, took him three trials to fix it, did not have the color I wanted and then the screen stopped working in 40 days. They did not take responsibility for it as it was over a month. Really!!! I would suggest pay the additional 50.00 and get it done at an apple store. read more

Such a great experience. They got back to me with a quote quickly and honored it when we got there. Bonus that they were open on Sunday. Kyle was great. He fixed the LCD quicker than promised. read more

One star is one star too many for this place. They changed the screen on my iPhone 5s four times and never got it right. There was one problem after another with these people and their parts. From a discolored screen to screens that wouldn't recognize selections or make unwanted selections to stripped out screws on my two month old phone. Every time I made a complaint or pointed out an issue, they acted like I had made the mistake or done something wrong for mentioning it. I ended up throwing my hands in the air and paid another place to fix what they couldn't. I just didn't trust them to open my phone up another time. I feel confident that no one working here has a clue as to what they are doing. read more

Well, once again I had a need to got to iFixandRepair. And once again, they DID NOT disappoint. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I am not sure why people are bagging on this place - I believe they are rating a kiosk with a similar name in the mall. There is NO other place that I would have my repair work done. Thank you iFixandRepair! You have a lifetime customer! I also appreciate your location in the mall - right next to Nordstom! read more

We have visited this store numerous times lately due to a run on damaged iPhones. The staff has been knowledgeable and perform just as they have communicated. The prices have been reasonable compared to other shops that I have visited. The store is in the mall, so the hours of operation will coincide with the mall. The only inconvenience I could see at this time is having to walk into the mall and being tempted to buy something else. The store is franchise backed up by a larger support company, or something like that, in Florida that is able to perform greater diagnostics and repairs not suitable for the store front. This allows a greater set of resources to be used, and helps keep the smaller repairs to be made in store. I have recommended to a couple friends just lately, and until something changes will continue to recommend this store for glass repairs, water damages, battery replacements, and other possible issues. read more

These guys are great. The charging port went out on my laptop, so I gave them a call to see if they could fix it. I just had two phones and an iPad repaired here! Great repairs and wonderful customer service.

Efficient and fast. Not as friendly as most places, pretty too the point. Cut and dry, not too big of a deal tho.

I've been in Texas for 4 weeks now (first timer) and these gentlemen were the nicest people I've interacted with. Very professional and eager to give you their best service. It's a headache having to repair a broken phone screen but not only did they fix it in a timely fashion, Kyle went out of his way to fix a small dent that was caused by the impact. He didn't have to and yet he did it without hesitation and repeatedly reassured me that his goal was to make sure I was happy and entirely satisfied with their service once I walked out the door. Thanks again guys, you both were truly awesome and friendly! read more

Screen separated from phone after only a month and a half. They have record of the repair in their computer but won't fix it because we don't have the original receipt. The screen is not cracked, it is just separating because of the poor quality. They seem like it will save you money but you will be going somewhere to get it fixed correctly very soon. Very poor quality and very poor customer service! read more
