The price was reasonable for same-day service and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to repair a screen to like new condition.

Is your phone important to you? It is to me as much as anyone for my line of work. Twice I had to fix a cracked screen: My daughter's phone was the first time and was like 15 minutes. The second time my case did not save my phone and I had to have him replace screen as well as the battery and he gave me a loyalty bonus and was done in enough time to go to Home Depot and back. Here's the math, in my opinion: Is your phone worth $150-200 and about 20 or so minutes? Stated differently, a new phone will cost you $600 and last you 2 years. This fix should have me good at least a year, which is a $100-200 savings...and gives me that in warranty. I HIGHLY recommend Phillip at Ifix. he's straight forward, honest as they come and is a lifesaver when it comes down to it. read more

I cracked the screen on my laptop and needed it fixed fast. Because of the size and it being a few years old they didn't have the part in stock and told me it would take a week to get it. I left my laptop with them on Saturday and to my surprise they called Tuesday and said it was ready to pick up. Fast, friendly service and great prices, I would definitely recommend them. read more

I took my iPad Air 2 in for a broken screen replacement. They were very easy to work with, explained everything and told me they'd call when it was ready. 3 hours later, good as new. Great job iFix! read more

Once again iFix to the rescue!! Love this place!! Better than having AT&T insurance for iPhones!!! So professional. So kind. Amazing group of people with exceptional customer service!!! read more

My PS4's HDMI port was broken by family members. I called around and found that they did the repairs for the same cost for me to buy the equipment and take the risk myself (they've obviously done this many times over). They fixed it flawlessly. I am very happy back to my FFXIV gaming! Their store is stylish and their service was extremely professional. My only regret is that I should have left a tip for those who worked on it! They will have my business while I'm in Texas! I live in Southlake and will happily make this drive for my electronic repair needs!!! read more

Phillip is a kind young man engaged in a business that will be a great success due to his commitment with customer satisfaction. His repairs are done in a timely manner and he drives to your location which is a fantastic advantage for busy people like me. Phillip honors all warranties related to malfunction of parts and/or defective installation which is more than reasonable. I truly encourage Phillip to franchise his business model. read more

Yoooooo!!!!!! This place is 10/10.. Great customer service. The guys there were super nice. The price was WAY CHEAPER than any other place I've gone. Got there at 5 left at 520!!!! 20min and they fixed my cracked phone. In the past I would go to other places like apple you would wait over an hour and the price would be super high. This place is affordable, and fast. Highly recommend this to everybody. read more

The staff were very nice. They have a great understanding of what they are doing. I would recommand them to anybody.

I've cracked my screen 3-4x and refuse to get another phone for some odd reason so places like Ifix of Carrollton are great! I got my phone fixed & glass protection screen for a little over $100 and the best part - it took less than 20 minutes! Most places ask for 2-4 hours at minimum to do a 10 minute job. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

These guys are awesome, walked in and walked out in 15 minutes. I hope I don't need to use them again for my iPhone repair, but if I do I will be back.. read more

Terrible customer Service!!! Do not take your iPhone here. They replaced my daughters iPhone 11 screen with a 3rd party screen - not an Apple approved screen and did not tell me it was a 3rd party screen. Once there was an iOS SW push, the phone died. I took the phone back for additional repairs and 11 days later they called and said the phone could not be repaired. I decided to take the phone to an authorized Apply iPhone repair center who got the phone working and advised that iFix used an inferior 3rd party screen and that's why the phone died and continues to have issues (can't find cell service for hours at a time, back-ups fail). In settings, the phone states "Unknown Part". iFix said they could not replace the screen since I had taken the phone to another repair shop even after they told me the phone was dead. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. As a repair shop, they should know not to use non-Apple approved parts as there will be issues. read more

This place is AMAZING. I dropped my phone at the airport returning to DFW from Boston. The screen spider webbed cracked. I landed in Dallas and stop by this place on my way home (Friday at 5:00). They were friendly and so freaking fast! They replaced the screen and on a new screen protector in less than 10 min! Not kidding. Total cost $120. This is a lot better than having the lay out $500+ for a new phone. Couldn't recommend these folks more!!! read more

They just have great customer service! Friendly, fair and quick. They repaired my iPad and the owner offered to stay open later or bring it to me personally. Great place if you need anything repaired. read more

This place is as good as advertised! My screen was malfunctioning and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. I am very happy. Work is quality.

Great service and price! I walked in with no appointment and they were able to fix my laptop computer in about 20 minutes. I checked two other places before I found ifix. The other places needed days to do the repair and quoted a minimum price that was twice what ifix charged me. I highly recommend ifix. read more

Excellent experience with ifix. Phillip is a role model for customer service and I enjoyed talking to him about how he's evolved his experience as iphones and technology have evolved. Continuous learning means he knows what he's doing to help people get back to our lifelines, our technology. I featured him and his family being great Humans at Work on my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/theelementc/ read more

My iPhone 6 was totally DESTROYED. The screen was so badly broken that pieces of glass were falling out. The button along the side which silences the phone was stuck and broken. I had badly abused the phone. I took it to iFix today, dropped it off, and went to get groceries. When I came back my phone was fixed like new. I elected to have a screen protector put on as well and the total was only about $120. Totally worth it! My phone looks beautiful now! Plus it saves me the hassle of a new phone and downloading all the apps and such again. read more

Excellent repair in under 20 minutes but make sure you call ahead of time to book an appointment. Also, be sure to confirm the price, the 49.99 is not up to date. read more

iFix - 20 minutes and a perfect repair, call before you go but you certainly won't be disappointed! - Electronics Repair Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Great service and fixed my phone in 30 minutes. Would definitely come back.

This is a 3-peat! First Phillip fixed my phone - broken glass and screen. Within 2 weeks, he fixed my daughter's phone - broken glass. Now, he's fixed my friend's phone - unresponsive battery port. All same day service! My friend was in from Virginia. Her flight was mid afternoon. That morning, when she tried to charge her phone (much needed for travel) it would not! We called Phillip. Within 15 minutes of getting the phone to him, it was fixed. Phillip to the rescue!...again!!!! read more

Broke my Iphone at 7am this morning and needed to get it fixed for work the same day. I messaged Phillip in the morning (before business was open) and he responded almost immediately. We figured out a time and he came out to my office and fixed my phone. Only took him about 15 minutes. He was professional, nice, and efficient. I would recommend him and his service to anyone around the DFW area. He takes cash and card! read more

I dropped my iphone in the toilet and Ifix was able to fix it. It has been a month and I haven't had any problems. They also fixed my screen and it looks like brand new. Thanks for fixing my iPhone! You guys are awesome! read more

Philip and Morgan were outstanding! I broke the back glass of my iPhone 11, and they gave me a quote over the phone and estimated time frame. Not only were they friendly, but their prices were way better than some of the other quotes we'd gotten. They were very professional and had my phone fixed quickly. Definitely recommend!! read more

Another 5 stars for Philip. Another super fast repair at a reasonable cost. Thanks Philip!

Phillip was great. I bought an iphone 6 for my wife and it was supposed to be a gift but i dropped it on my way outta the car. I hit up phil last minute and he welcomed me right over. My iPhone 6S jumped in the lake with me (in my pocket). The phone slightly came back to life in a bag of rice for 48hrs. However, there were multiple problems with it including cloudy screen, home button not functioning and the charger port not useable. They fixed everything in about 3 hrs and $89. Great service and communication. Also, the owner told me that leaving your wet phone in a hot car will dry it out sometimes even better than a bag of rice. read more

Great customer service! Fixed my phone like brand new. Highly recommend!

They fixed my broken iPhone screen and replaced the glass cover. The phone looks and works great and the service was fast!

I took my laptop is yesterday afternoon for a screen replacement. 2 hours later is was fixed. Other service centers said it would take 2 weeks! Ifix provides quick and quality service. They were also kind enough to answer any computer related questions I had. A very knowledgeable and experienced company. Thanks for your service! read more

My iPhone 6 wouldn't hold a charge unplugged for more than about 15 minutes, it took 4-5 hours to charge, and the screen was separated from the phone at the sides. I went into the nearby shop, showed the man working my phone (sorry I didn't even ask his name). He glanced at it and explained that the battery was swelling and replacing the battery would fix both my issues. He said it would take about 15 minutes to repair. He did the repair in 10 minutes while I waited, maybe less than 10. He brought the old battery out for me to see and it was huge, he offered to recycle it, a practice I value. It cost $97.41 taxes included. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, quick, and articulate. Will use again. Highly recommend. read more

Great service!! We have brought multiple phones for repair and very happy every time.

I found this electronic repair business tucked away in a strip shopping center near my home. I took my laptop in after having spilled water on it. Philip repaired it and got it up and going. When I picked it up, he explained that the warranty was good for one year and that the corrosion might return. It did, but Philip made good on the warranty and replaced the wifi chip at no extra charge. I call that amazing service. Additionally, Philip will come to you to do repairs. He is easy to talk to and will provide all the explanation you want. I highly recommend this business. read more

They were able to fix my iPhone 8+ screen in under 30 minutes, not to mention their prices are much more reasonable than some of the surrounding shops that I called! read more

I dropped my phone getting off the airplane in between the plane and jetway. It ended up on the tarmac with the screen in a million pieces. I called Phillip and he was at our house within a hour and repaired my phone like new. I had just bought an iPhone 6 and it would have cost me a minimum of $500 for a used phone on swappa. Highly recommend! read more

This is by far the best service I've experienced with screen repair. Philip actually came to my location & fixed my iPhone 6 led & screen for $60 less than any of the competition, the same day within an hour after contacting him. Definitely if you're wise you'll go with this company. read more

Excellent service. I called Phillip and asked for a quote on a replacement screen for my iPhone 6 Plus, he told me the price (which was very fair) and even came to my location. The first replacement screen had some issues but Phillip got a new one and threw in a free tempered screen protector for the trouble. Everything is working perfect. I'd definitely recommend his service! read more

Extremely fast service at a good price. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who was helping but he was very polite and professional.

Had an issue with the port in my laptop. The first place I took it to said it would be $180 just for labor and another $40 at least for parts. I took it to Ifix instead and they were able to do it total for under $90. Not only was it cheaper, but the service was fantastic. They told me it would be one day or so to complete when I took it in and that they would call me when it was ready. The day came and went and I hadn't heard anything which wasn't that big of a deal until I received a phone call around 7 from the man working on my computer. He said that he wanted to be a man of his word so even though they were swamped he would wait up after hours if I wanted to come pick up my laptop because it was done. The laptop works great, but you cannot beat the customer service. I highly recommend it! read more

These folks are FANTASTIC!!! They have fixed an iPad 2 which wouldn't turn on, an iPhone 5 with same issue, and reset a Gateway PC password which we could not remember from my niece who had not used it in a couple years. They are INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE! They are efficient. They are fair in pricing. This is my GO TO PLACE for electronic repair. (I also saw them working on a tv...so looks like they do it all!) read more
