First visit: Fixed cracked iPhone screen. Second visit (about two weeks later): New screen wasn't flush against the case. They said it was likely due to heat and humidity (it's July in Texas) and would apply some glue. 15-20 minutes later it was fixed. Third visit (one week after second): I'm unable to touch anything on the very bottom of the screen next to the home button. This causes huge problems with anything that starts on the bottom row, such as the Updates button and iMessage in portrait mode. Took it in and they said it wasn't covered under warranty because it was "physical damage" to the screen which they assessed based on my description of the problem in the second visit. The best they could do was to offer a discount on another screen. I was not pleased. After this review and subsequent messages with the owner, I took my phone back in for further analysis. They found the screen to be defective and it was replaced under warranty. While my experience during the second visit was frustrating, my issue was ultimately resolved and I now have a working phone. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! You get what you pay for. The positive reviews here HAVE to be paid... This truck is not an Apple certified repair store. I came here today to replace my broken iPhone 6s Plus phone screen. They fixed it within an hour, and upon return, I realized my TouchID wasn't working. I took it back to the trailer and told them that it wasn't working anymore, and they said they aren't liable for damages (there is a warranty on the screen itself) and that only Apple can repair the TouchID feature for "security reasons". Complete Rip off. My new iPhone 6s Plus now will never have Touch ID because work that isn't done by an Apple certified store will prevent Apple from working on your phone. Never ever go to a store like this to replace a phone screen. Always go to the Apple Store to guarantee the work. read more

A repair will not turn your old phone with a broken screen into a shiny new phone. However, if you would like your raggedy old cracked screen to look great again, iFIx did that in minutes. read more

So these guys actually messed my phone up quite a bit while replacing the screen. After 3 visits to the kiosk in 48 hours, I had to take it to Apple. the Apple Store guys decided the wrong screw was used when replacing the screen which caused an electrical short and damaged my phone. But I will give 4 stars any day for awesome customer service. The owner literally met me at a store to buy me a new phone after one of his employees made what is an easily made mistake. It was an awkward and super inconvenient situation for all parties involved but as small business owners , they really took care of the problem and went out of their way to take care of their customers! I do have to say that they finally got my iPad fixed to my satisfaction although we still went round and round. They kept telling my husband that they wanted to give him a refund & he kept telling them he wanted it fixed, it wasn't about the money. I still wouldn't recommend them to work on your iPad. They don't seem to have any issues working on phones, but I wouldn't take my iPad there. There doesn't seem to be any communication between employees & what they should be doing. When my husband picked up my iPad, they just gave it to him, didn't ask for id, so basically you could just go in & they will give it to you. read more

My iPad battery was replaced pretty quickly. Unfortunately the "new" battery was bad. I took it back to them and when I was finally able to pick my iPad up the battery seems to work but the touch screen and action button don't work. So after waiting forever to get my iPad back it is now worse than when I took it in. Try repairing your i products yourself, you're just as likely to get it right as these guys! read more

The price to repair my 5 was slightly cheaper than the price posted online. Repair was very quick for my iPhone and brought it back from the dead (the digitizer was no longer responding). HOWEVER, the tech didn't test his work and the home button (on the front of the iPhone) does not work. I'm going to have to go back and get it fixed, which I'm sure they will do for free but, it's still a pain to go back. read more

I brought my phone here with a simple screen sensor problem. After the technician took it apart and rendered it useless, he told me that I would have to leave my phone with him overnight because he was not authorized to do anything more than replace the screen and there were additional issues that he could not resolve. He "guaranteed" that my phone would be ready by noon the next day and that I would get an email. By noon, no email. I walked back to the location and was told suddenly that my phone had water damage and was then educated on the basic corrosive properties of water and metal like I was in kindergarten. My phone will not even turn on at this point. So if you are looking to avoid a host of problems, I would recommend you avoid this place, as I went from thinking my phone (which is my work and personal phone) needed a simple fix to needing to completely replace it. No apologies for keeping the phone overnight, not reaching out the next day, or ruining my phone were provided ... just a lecture. read more

For starters, the customer service was great with constant communication from the owner Chris, who was readily available to answer any of my questions, happy to fix the issue at hand, and eventually gave me a full refund (after having my screen + battery replaced multiple times within a two month period). They are fast, the employee at the kiosk was very friendly, but the quality of the screens and batteries were sub par. After a week of having my screen replaced, I noticed that my battery life drained like crazy and started to experience issues with my phone (screen would blank out, shut off randomly even when charged at 20%, would start Facetiming or dialing numbers when I was on the phone). iFix insisted on replacing the screen again, then replacing the battery -- every time I went, the condition of my phone seemed to get worse and worse. The battery life was my biggest concern. After a full night's charge, it would die after 1 hour of use. Workmanship was also sub par - left fingerprint marks on the inside of my screen, incorrectly aligned the screen so there's a red dot peeping out of my camera. Long story short, I made about 4-5 trips to iFix kiosk downtown. They were happy to replace my screen and battery until they got it right... but they never did, so I got a full refund. Still experiencing issues with my phone to date, but there's not much I can do now but bring it into Apple or get a new phone. Besides the awesome customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place... unless you're willing to take a risk with your phone. read more
