Great location. Called and the guy was there 20 minutes later. Did repair on the iPhone 5s screen. A week later the screen cracked, no dropping just every day use, place phone in back pocket where it cracked. Guess quality of glass was nothing compared to the factory glass. Came back in to see if they could help, said glass prices went up to 80 but he will replace for 70, told me i shouldn't sit on my phone and he was surprised it didn't bend. Wasn't told of the low quality and warning how I shouldn't use or what to do to protect as it does not compare to factory glass. No warranty, wanted to charge 70 again. I came here about 7 months ago to fix my broken screen. He repaired the screen within 15 min but later that day I found out I could not receive phone calls. The next day I went back and claimed he had fixed the problem. Literally 5 minutes later I went back to get my front camera fixed after I found out it had not worked. He said that he "didn't damage the phone it broke from a short circuit." He then told me to take it to the apple store as if something was wrong with my phone, but he said he did not do the damage. From my personal view he did do the damage, he was the only person to ever work on my phone, and now he was sending me elsewhere so he did not have to deal with the problem. I made a Yelp just to write a review on this. At first they did a great job at giving me a deal of 70ish or so for my broken screen. Which I enjoyed as a broke college student. I was very pleased with what I saw. Until I broke the screen again. Bad luck eh? Anyways I had moved to another place to get it fixed as I moved away from home for college They opened my phone and returned it back to me sayin they couldn't fix it as the screws were stripped and they couldn't remove the parts needed. I'm stuck with getting a new phone instead of replacing just the screen. A huge inconvience. I was very upset at it. I give it two stars for doing a good job on my screen but no more cause I can't get it replaced anymore. In addition the place looked very sketchy and unprofessional . Bad bad service! Told me a certain price for a screen replacement, and gave me another at the store. Although I confirmed before i went with the tech. The receptionist didn't know what she was doing which is understandable if she's new but she asked me what iPhone is this which is an iPhone 6 and the tech stated would replace the screen and he calls stating he doesn't have the parts if i want to put a screen partially damage for that same price. Like what kind of place is this. Never again. Wasted 10 mins of my lunch time, gave me the wrong info, and they don't have parts. read more

I had taken my s5 last time to get it checked because honestly I was not sure what was wrong with it. A screen kept popping up saying that I needed to plug in the original charger but when do so it kept saying the same thing and when I took off the charger it still kept doing it, so it kept draining my battery fast. So when I took it in, the guy was so nice he cleaned it for me and all and it is working just fine, he didn't even charge me, I was very thankful. I'm just hoping it doesn't mess up again. read more

Fixed my home screen button on my iPhone 4 just fine and for a reasonable price. Soon after, however, my ATT phone and Internet service were out! Had one to no bars of service everywhere I went. BIG inconvenience. Tried calling back five times and got no response from this "iDoctor". In fact, phone number is proprietor's personal phone number and you don't know if your calling iDoctor in the first place. When I was able to finally come in during their business hours the proprietor was most unpleasant to deal with. He did fix my phone service quickly but was taciturn, arrogant, and conceited, mocking my explanation and complaints of what was wrong with my phone and how disappointed I was for never being called back. Well, I will NEVER go back to this business and I've already found an alternative where they do good work and are communicative with their customers, professional, and decent. Note: the other staff serving me there on the first occasion were very nice and professional unlike the Doctor himself. read more
