For example, I was looking for a cheap sound bar and went a couple times browsing the selection and both times (a few weeks apart), the model I was hoping for was out of stock. Getting an employee to help is hit and miss. There are times when I can find some help right away, and others times where I wait for nearly 20 minutes for help. The location in Farmington has pretty good access but Station Park, generally, is not well designed and the parking always feels crowded and difficult to access. Overall, this Beat Buy is good, but not phenomenal. Luckily, there is an app to browse and order online.

The printer and ink selection is already extremely limited, and when I accidentally bought the wrong item -- literally off by one digit -- I was told all sales are final. No exchange, no return, no help. Just a quick $100 mistake that the store refuses to fix. That's not customer service -- that's a money grab. To make matters worse, I later found the exact same item on Amazon for about a third of the price. So not only does this store stand behind a terrible policy, it's also dramatically overpriced. Congratulations, Best Buy -- you just lost a customer permanently. I won't shop here again, and I'll absolutely warn friends, family, and coworkers about this experience so they don't make the same mistake I did.
