We purchased a house that has an antenna in the attic but couldn't get the coax outlets the…read morebedrooms to get a digital signal from the antenna.  John scheduled a time to come and look at the antenna, he called before he came and arrived on time.  He was very pleasant about going up into our dirty attic to see what is going on.  From there he was able to trace the antenna line to our basement and discovered that each of the rooms were wired but disconnected from a splitter.  Really simple fix to reconnect and now all the connections are working.  John charged a very minimal fee for the visit and was really great to work with.  Without his help we would not have figured it out.  I highly recommend Olson Electronics and will definitely use them again!

The printer and ink selection is already extremely limited, and when I accidentally bought the wrong item -- literally off by one digit -- I was told all sales are final. No exchange, no return, no help. Just a quick $100 mistake that the store refuses to fix. That's not customer service -- that's a money grab. To make matters worse, I later found the exact same item on Amazon for about a third of the price. So not only does this store stand behind a terrible policy, it's also dramatically overpriced. Congratulations, Best Buy -- you just lost a customer permanently. I won't shop here again, and I'll absolutely warn friends, family, and coworkers about this experience so they don't make the same mistake I did.

literally everything needs improvement. if this store isn't going out of business it sure as hell…read moreappears to be. empty shelves throughout the store. i went in to get a couple of rca cables and some speaker wire for my truck and the car audio section is basically 16' of empty peg hooks. no audio cables no speaker wire. a small selection of dash kits that's it. so im thinking this can't be right. maybe they're centralizing all the cables and wiring stuff so i go in search by myself cause nobody there wanted to help. as i walk over towards home theater thinking that might be where ill find what im searching for. NOPE. no rca cables only three items as far as speaker wire. all large rolls and i only need about ten ft. so im standing there in obvious bewilderment, thinking, this is crazy right? of the 8-10 employees i saw that walked two or three aisles over to avoid customers so i walked out. the only person that spoke to me was the guy leaning on the kiosk with his back to me telling me to have a good day. nobody thought, hey, this guy came here looking for something and is walking out empty handed maybe i should help. but then again i don't think one of them was over 25. when i decided to write this i saw the 2+ stars and thought that's about right but after reading some i realized that's too high. best buy will soon follow circuit city and incredible universe and others into obscurity due to apathy and mismanagement. people need help with electronics more today than ever before yet a place that built its brand on just that, has completely abandoned it. hopefully that's good for the local shops that were suffering under the big box stores.

They sell overpriced equipment they barely know how to configure when the exact same equipment is available for fractions of the price, and needs minor configurations. Our two week scheduled install is on its 8th week. They didn't order the proper parts, their installers/programmers come on site and leave as they please without communicating with our team. The parts they did order are not actually compatible. They forced us to purchase expensive accessories for controlling TV that they've then been unable to configure. They're TVs Amateurs at best.
