The consultation was straightforward & quick--Katie thoroughly examined my skin and reviewed the high-resolution photos taken with their machine. Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end.

I've been getting facials done by Michelle for the past two years. She always does an amazing job…read moreand makes me feel so pampered each time I visit. They have great package deals, which seems steep when you initially look at the price. But once you actually get a facial, you'll see that you're definitely getting a bang for your buck. The facials are sooo relaxing and refreshing. My skin texture and appearance have improved significantly since I've started coming here. A lot of my gal pals have gotten eyelash extensions and I wanted to try it out too. One day while I was getting my facial done, I was asking Michelle what the process was like and inquired a lot about the aftercare (because I've heard that it can be a hassle, especially when it comes to cleansing your face). I took the plunge and tried the lash extensions, and I LOVE THEM. I have gotten soo many compliments about the extensions and everyone constantly asks where I got them done. Some of my friends couldn't believe how natural they looked. The lashes took some time getting used to it, but I think it was definitely worth the price I paid for. I love how much time it shaved off from my make up routine (I used to curl lashes, then put on about 3-4 coats of waterproof mascara). The night time cleansing routine got a lot faster, too. Overall - I love getting my lash extensions and facials from here. The staff is professional and the environment is clean. Their bookings are also very flexible and they're open every day! I book my appointments with them by speaking Korean. But they also speak English, and I believe one of the workers also speaks Chinese, as well. I would say that the only downfall is that the parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes (they have one spot in the parking lot, but when it's taken - you have to find street parking). I love Young Skin Care!

I've gotten lashes done many times and it does not feel as full as the rest of the times I have done them. She was pretty fast though which I appreciated (took less than 45 minutes) and I had extra time on my parking meter! I personally don't think I would go back again because I felt like I did not get the most out of the deal, and their longevity isn't as great as other places. My current lashes (not even a week later) looks as empty has it would at week 2 and I take care of my lashes :/ She was very accommodating though because I had to move my appointment last minute due to an emergency!

When I got to my appointment, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes since the person before me was still getting extensions. My eyes were burning throughout the whole process. I felt like the glue was cheap since I get my lashes done pretty often and this glue really irritated my eyes. When Eva finished, she told me she had added extra pieces than what I had paid for. I didn't really notice the difference but took her word for it. A week after I got my lashes done, practically all the extensions from my right side had fallen off. From experience, extensions last more than a week before your natural lashes started growing out and the extensions fall out. The extensions also feel rough and not as soft as other extensions I have gotten in other salons. Will not be returning.
