She eased my anxiety a lot. She saw that I was extremely uncomfortable and talked to me like a friend and not just a patient. Her voice was very calming. Usually, I experience some pain with an annual pap, not with her. I'm glad she did a breast exam. Her hands were gentle and didn't hurt me. I'm glad I finally have a female gyno. I was out of there by 1:25pm. The location has a bunch of other doctors on site. There's also a lab here which is great if she needed me to get tests done. Its a very clean office. The room I was in was off to the side so I wasn't worried about someone walking in mid pap exam. Its a small room with a little curtain. I noticed on this particular day mostly people who were older were waiting for other doctors. But its a doctor's office you're gonna wait. I'm happy they were practicing social distancing and doing temperature checks.

I love that she is my PCP she is very understanding and reaches out to me when I am having an issue. I never have to worry about her judging me. Her office is very clean and she talks to you with respect. Her bedside manner is top notch, maybe because she is an NP and they are better than doctors in my opinion. Most doctors don't just offer help but she does. She actually cares and takes time with you. You will never feel rushed by anything. Very kindhearted and her location is like a mom and pop medical center. It feels like everyone is a close family. Her personality really puts me at ease because she reminds me of one of my family members. Too bad all locations weren't like hers. She takes control and fixes a problem and will not let you down. Yes, the office is small but it is so clean that you will not even notice it. You will not get treated differently if you have medicaid unlike some places that I know. She goes above and beyond with her check-ups and lets you know the reason why you have the appointment. If it wasn't for her then I would have to wait for months to be seen for my medical conditions. She will never force medications on you if you do not want to take them. You get to make your own choices. She understands that people act different to all kinds of meds and that treatment for everyone is different.

She had not prepared for our appointment, but the team called me 30 mins before the appointment to ask if my insurance was valid (this was a follow up 10 days from the first appointment). You'd think they would want to make sure everything was ready. The doctor didn't know what she was talking about and told me essentially to come back if my numbers are in the diabetic range. Not interested in prevention only the cure where money can be made. When I got a bill from them in December, I was wondering how the amount made sense. I called my insurance and learned they didn't even bill for the follow up yet someone had asked my credit card number for the copay. So the insurance company had to call them to get it billed on my behalf. They are now sending me a bill still that is incorrect. Thankfully I didn't pay in cash but used my card and have a documented receipt. Because they are claiming I owe them copays that I've clearly already paid.

During the time that I was her patient she was often on leave, and the doctor that was covered her practice did not return calls. I had a really bad ear infection that didn't get treated for weeks because I couldn't get anyone at her office to return my calls. Worse, she completely misdiagnosed my mom's Lyme Disease, trying to tell her she had stomach flu because that was what was going around. I wouldn't recommend her as a primary care physician.
