It's close to the G train so that worked well for me. I came from Mahattan but it was no problem. I am happy to have her as my gynecologist. May she gonon to help a lot more people.

She eased my anxiety a lot. She saw that I was extremely uncomfortable and talked to me like a friend and not just a patient. Her voice was very calming. Usually, I experience some pain with an annual pap, not with her. I'm glad she did a breast exam. Her hands were gentle and didn't hurt me. I'm glad I finally have a female gyno. I was out of there by 1:25pm. The location has a bunch of other doctors on site. There's also a lab here which is great if she needed me to get tests done. Its a very clean office. The room I was in was off to the side so I wasn't worried about someone walking in mid pap exam. Its a small room with a little curtain. I noticed on this particular day mostly people who were older were waiting for other doctors. But its a doctor's office you're gonna wait. I'm happy they were practicing social distancing and doing temperature checks.

Yes, finally a place that understands me. It was nice to have no judgements and be in a safe zone…read more Patricia is and will be my medical doctor forever. The other nurse Dina is awesome as well. They both were very caring and helped me to continue the care of myself. I in no way felt rushed. They were very accommodating and asked the corrected questions. I wasn't just treated as a patient. I was treated as a human and spoken to like a friend would. My questions were answered. :::BATHROOM ALERT:::: Very clean, like super clean. They soap smelled amazing and the sinks were managed very well. The office itself is very clean it doesn't have doctor office smell. Welcoming having the gates open. The best to get here is to take the L train to Montrose. Its like half a block from the train. Their website has all their insurances that they accept. Also in the near coming days you can check your chart online. Very awesome. I recommend this place highly. They are very modern and in the coming months will use zocdoc! Very exciting.

I felt at ease being in her care. There were times she followed-up with me to ensure I was doing well throughout the turbulence of the pandemic. Dina is an example of someone committed to her work. I always struggled feeling heard by healthcare professionals, until being seen by Brooklyn NP. The attention to detail in a hard to navigate healthcare system truly is priceless.

I met Dr. Tiffany Rice through a mutual friend of mine ,who had worked for one of the best plastic…read moresurgeons in Manhattan for decades, while I had been searching for a solution to improve my appearance without plastic surgery. I had met/interviewed a few doctors to find " the one " who would understand my concerns but I was not quite comfortable with any of them. More importantly, I was not able to convince myself to do whatever they recommended as I was a bit afraid of trying their various recommendations. Simply, I could not trust any of them. It just did not feel right. This all changed once I sat down with Dr. Rice, this thirty- something, strikingly beautiful, confident, & very understanding Doctor of Nursing Practice( DNP) who patiently listened to my nonstop outburst /laments over an hour during the initial consultation. It was over one year ago & the rest was history. My quest of searching for the one who could enhance my appearance had finally ended. I was able to achieve the natural look, glowing skin, & improved texture not only for my face & neck but for my entire body. No oversized puffy lips or frozen forehead of which I just could not stand! The stubborn body parts looking saggy no matter how hard I exercise have improved drastically. Dr. Tiffany has solved ( & who is continuously helping ) most of my concerns . She is not one of the best; she is THE BEST. Check out her IG account, @dr.tiffanymrice for more information. On a side note, Dr. Rice has been, reportedly, "snatched up" by the prestigious & well known skin care institution, The Dangene Institute, @dangeneskin, as a partner, having been introduced by one of their mutual customers. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

She had not prepared for our appointment, but the team called me 30 mins before the appointment to ask if my insurance was valid (this was a follow up 10 days from the first appointment). You'd think they would want to make sure everything was ready. The doctor didn't know what she was talking about and told me essentially to come back if my numbers are in the diabetic range. Not interested in prevention only the cure where money can be made. When I got a bill from them in December, I was wondering how the amount made sense. I called my insurance and learned they didn't even bill for the follow up yet someone had asked my credit card number for the copay. So the insurance company had to call them to get it billed on my behalf. They are now sending me a bill still that is incorrect. Thankfully I didn't pay in cash but used my card and have a documented receipt. Because they are claiming I owe them copays that I've clearly already paid.
