Located right off German Hill Rd. in Dundalk, this snowball stand is beautifully lit at night with bright neon so you can't miss it. Since it's only a stand, there is no inside dining, however there are a few metal benches adjacent to the building where you can sit and enjoy your order. The menu is located on the side of the building next to the window at which you order. Service: 5/5. Staff is always quick to take orders and is always very pleasant. The stand can get pretty busy during peak summer hours, but luckily the staff at Icy are efficient at turning orders quickly. I have waited in lines 6-7 parties deep and have only waited 5-10 minutes to get my order. Food: 5/5. This is my go to stand for a classic Baltimore snowball. They do a good job crushing the ice to a fluffy consistency as well as evenly distributing the flavor syrups. Also, when administering the mandatory marshmallow fluff, they put half in the center and the rest on top for perfect mallow distribution from start to finish. On my last visit we opted to try the new Banana Cream Mega Shakes they have been advertising and we were not disappointed! Icy Delights is definitely a treat!!! We went for soft serve ice cream last week and was blown away by the amount of ice cream that came in our large cones. I waited in line for a little longer than expected but it was worth it. They also have loaded/mega milkshakes, floats, shaved ice and sundaes! My next trip will include a loaded shake to say the least. Overall, hands down my favorite ice cream in Dundalk. The pricing is worth the visit. read more

I've come here frequently in the past and this place has really gone down hill. I've tried to contact them through their phone number and I didn't get a response other than a voicemail saying to message them on their Facebook page to get in touch with them. Excuse me? I shouldn't have to make an account on Facebook to simply give you feedback on your business. Your phone number should be where I can contact you for business manners and concerns. The woman working there had an attitude while making my snowball and simply couldn't careless about the quality. As stated previously, I've come here before and I know what their snowballs were like. They'd be full of flavor and you'd get a good amount for your money. Well not anymore. Nope, now they give you a big cup filled with shaven ice and a small amount of flavor. You can taste the flavor if you close your eyes and imagine it while you're eating your ice. Know what I recommend? Get some ice cubes, crush them, and eat them... after all, it's not like you'll get any flavor at Icy Delights. You save yourself some money, gas, and time. I recommend for you to go to SLOBS near German hill road. They actually care about their customers and the quality of their products. I'm done with this place. After a bad day, a lot of people look to ice cream/frozen yogurt/snowball places to enlighten their mood. Getting a decent snowball or good service shouldn't have to be an added hassle to your already bad day, especially once you've been nice to those assisting you, paying for a snowball, and tipping them. I had a taste for a snow ball so I saw this place and stopped, staff was very friendly and respectful, prices were very reasonable. The ice didn't taste moldy like most snowball stands in the area. They had a big selection. I will return again. On a side note I sure hope they get blue raspberry added to there selection, it is my favorite flavor. read more

I love love love icy delights. It's a great place for a great cold snack on hot summer days. Usually their lines are pretty long on most days in the summer but they're pretty fast most of the time, It's worth the wait too, I don't mind, I love snowballs!! I also love the gumball machine where you can stick your quarters in there, to possibly win a free snowball card!! It's not hard to win I've won a few times actually. I just love this place. Makes me miss living in dundalk because in severn we don't really have any snow ball stands. I WILL come back soon. read more

You can even mix flavors to make a custom flavor (cherry and lemon work well together). Longer lines on hot days, but worth waiting for. Best snowballs ever. Period. Their flavors are all gourmet, always delicious! If you've never tried the old fashion egg custard, I suggest that! Although you must tell them you want the marshmallow on top, or they will put it in the middle of your snowball. I have visited many snowball stands and none have ever compared to the "Hawaiian" shaved ice snowballs you will eat from Icy Delights. my wife and I frequent this place a lot as of recent (she cant get enough of this place). these are the best snowballs ive ever had period. there are a few drawbacks though. the line is almost always long, and they only accept a bank card over a certain amount of money. my only real gripe is the last few times I have came here the snoballs were a little on the dry side. but other than that this place is the best in town!! read more
